ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE
Check-In is at or after 4:00 PM. If you plan to arrive earlier than 4:00 PM or you expect to arrive later in the evening, please give us a call so arrangements can be made.
Check-Out is at or before 10:00 AM on your day of departure to allow our cleaning staff adequate time to clean the property for our next guests.
DEPOSITS
50% of the total rental, including fees, is due at the time of booking. The final payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival. In the event that your reservation is booked 30 or fewer days prior to your arrival, payment in full is expected. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
CANCELLATION
We provide a full refund of payments received, less the administrative/merchant services fee (reservation processing fee), for cancellations made 60 days prior to the check-in date. We provide a 50% refund of payments, less a minimum administrative/merchant services fee (reservation processing fee), for cancellations made 30 days prior to the check-in date. No refunds are provided for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the check-in date.
As it states in each property listing description, the Reservation Processing Fee (Admin Fee) is non-refundable with all cancellations. Additionally, we have no control over the charges incurred from the Vacation Rental channels that you have booked through. Book directly through our website to avoid channel fees!
AGE REQUIREMENTS
The minimum age requirement to reserve any of the properties is 25 years of age.
SMOKING POLICY
Smoking or vaping of any kind is NOT permitted in any of our properties.
PET POLICY
Pets are NOT permitted at most of our properties. Our staff can recommend local kennels for your pets, if necessary. Properties that are pet-friendly require a non-refundable pet deposit.
WHAT TYPE OF AMENITIES CAN I EXPECT TO FIND AT EACH PROPERTY?
Start-Up Supplies include:
Bedding and bath linens include sheets, pillows, 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth per person
Bath starter amenities per bathroom include 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 bath bar, 1 facial bar, 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 body lotion, and a bath mat.
Fully equipped kitchen plus kitchen/laundry starter amenities including liquid dish soap, dishwasher and laundry detergent, paper towels, and trash bags.
ITEMS TO CONSIDER
We included beach towels, a beach wagon, and beach chairs at each property. Beach umbrellas and beach & pool toys are not included.
INTERNET
For your convenience, FREE Wi-Fi is offered to all of our guests at all of our properties. Please refer to the onsite property Welcome Notebook for network login instructions and passwords.
MOTORHOMES, MOTORCYCLES, ETC
Motor homes, RV's, campers, motorcycles, and trailers are not permitted in Sea Pines Resort, Shipyard, Palmetto Dunes or Shelter Cove, so please select your properties with these restrictions in mind.
LOST AND FOUND
Carolina Coast Vacations and Property Management is not responsible for any items left in a vacation rental property, but, we will make every effort to try to recover them. If located, we will ship the items to you for a minimum fee of $35.00.
PRIVACY POLICY AND TERMS & CONDITIONS
PRIVACY
ALL guest information is kept in-house and is strictly confidential. The personal information collected from you required to process a reservation, including name, address, phone number, email address, and credit card information, is used exclusively for rental contract processing and billing purposes. This information is not shared with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete your booking.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Guest is responsible for damaged, lost inventory, or additional cleaning fees that may be required and authorizes Carolina Coast Vacations and Property Management to bill their credit card on file. Please refer to the rental contract for details.

Guests shall not disturb other residents and agree to follow all community rules. Violations may result in the termination of your reservation without a refund.
Carolina Coast Vacations and Property Management is not responsible for personal articles that are lost, stolen or forgotten.
Smoking or vaping of any kind is NOT PERMITTED.
Guest agrees to hold the Property Owner and Carolina Coast Vacations and Property Management harmless for accidents or injuries that may occur during occupancy.
Carolina Coast Vacations and Property Management, its agents, and licensed contractors may enter the properties for the purpose of making necessary repairs or in the event of an emergency.
There are NO refunds for inclement weather except in the event of State or Local Government Mandated Evacuation. Rent may be prorated for this period at the discretion of the Carolina Coast Vacations and Property Management.
