Overall the facility was as depicted They need to have more bedding esp pillow cases The couch and one matress very worn I know it can handle 4 to 6 guests however there is not enough flatware despite the kitchen amenities being well thought out and stocked if small improvements are made ill come back again

My two kids and I absolutely loved this unit. We’ve stayed all over Shipyard and this was one of our favorites. It was clean, beautifully decorated, and so cozy. We will be back!!

This is our second time staying at the Colonnade Club Complex. It's a great location that is quiet, family-friendly, and close to many shops and restaurants. The villa is a spacious 2-bedroom unit on the first floor. Note: Access requires walking up a few steps to the porch area. The host provided many thoughtful extras, including beach towels, a wagon, chairs, boogie boards, and cleaning supplies such as laundry and dishwasher pods, sandwich and garbage bags, coffee, and toiletries. The pool and hot tub are nearby, with ample seating and never feeling overcrowded The beach is a 10 minute walk on a shaded paved walkway. There is beach parking if you choose to drive, but fills quickly. We would definitely stay again.

This was our second time staying at the Colonnade Club. We love the location, it’s an easy walk to the beach. The pool and covered hot tub were a favorite. The unit was as described, and the beach chairs and wagon were awesome amenities. Only reason to give four stars was because there was a very musty smell, mostly in the guest bathroom but when we got home all the clothes that were brought had to be washed due to the strong smell.

It was our first time in Hilton Head Island and this place very close to a lot of restaurants and shops. The only dislike was the villa had a very musty odor. All our clean clothes came back with that smell. The surrounding was beautiful, very close to the beach. The villa was equipped with everything we needed.

If you’re looking for a beautiful place with great amenities that’s just a short walk to the beach. The two-bedroom condo was easy to access, quiet and family friendly, with access to a pool and hot tub just a few yards from the front door. The beach is about a ten minute walk down a beautiful wooded path. While the place comes with free beach parking, it’s actually faster to walk than to drive and park. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful, providing everything we needed for our stay, and when there was a mechanical issue with the door lock, they responded within minutes, quickly solving the problem and checking in to make sure everything was OK. All in all, this place is a great deal and a perfect spot for a lovely Hilton Head vacation.

This was a great location for our family of 4. Quiet community with little car traffic. Able to walk/bike to the beach.

The townhouse was just as described. We were thankful for all of the supplies there. From the beach chairs, to the buggy and kitchen supplies.
