No Smoking. No Pets. No Parties. Please enjoy yourself and treat our home like you would treat your own. Do not take furniture out of the home or move it from one room or to another. NO RV's, sprinter vans or shuttles. No motorcycles or trailers are allowed on the property. Bikes must be secured. Only Shipyard parking passes are permitted within the Shipyard gate community.
Tennis & Golf: Access the Van Der Meer Tennis Club, Shipyard Racquet Club, and a 27-hole golf course.
Bike-Friendly: Miles of picturesque bike paths throughout Shipyard and across the island.
