This unit has a great location and was just like the listing described. Bed was very comfortable. Unit is very well equipped, especially the kitchen area. Would recommend for a couple looking for a quiet and comfortable stay. The unit was about a 10 to 15 minute easy walk to the beach ! Walking trails were excellent.

This was a great little place for a getaway from the cold for two. It is a 10 or 15 minute walk to the beach and a short drive to groceries (highly recommend the Kroger on HHI) and the kitchen is well stocked if you choose to cook, and there are many restaurants if you don't. The place was quiet, except for the couple times a week the leaf blower co.e around, but they are gone in a few minutes. The place is a great value for off season stays and for coffee and baked items, the HHI Social is highly recommended and just up the road a short drive or maybe a 20 minute walk.

We had a lovely stay—the location was perfect, and the amenities made everything super easy and comfortable. The space was well thought out and had everything we needed. We truly appreciated the space and hospitality, and with just a bit more attention to deep cleaning, this would be a five-star stay all around. Great space to stay. The beach was a quick 10 min walk, even with the wagon. Pool area was right outside the door, and the location is super convenient. Lots of stores, parks, mini golfing, food- all within a few minutes drive. Full kitchen was a lifesaver and clean up is a breeze. Thank you again for having us!

162 The Greens was a great place. The beach was very accessible, as well as a lot of great restaurants. I would recommend this place to anyone who is coming to Hilton Head. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you Carolina Coast Vacations.

My wife and I stayed here and would totally stay at this property again. It was in the perfect location. It was private, yet had great accessibility. We rented bikes and could bike to tons of different places in a short amount of time. Coligny Plaza hits like Piggly Wiggly, Frosty Frog Cafe, and Frozen Moo were about a 10-15 min bike ride. The walk to the beach was super easy and quick, max 15 minutes. We also loved the passes provided to park at the beach for free! The pool was clean and convenient, literally steps from the front door. The property's kitchen was fully stocked with anything you'd need to cook (pots, pans, cutting boards, dishes, etc.). Prior to and throughout the trip the hosts communication was excellent, helpful, and proactive! Could not recommend this property enough!

The villa was in a perfect location which was a short walk to the beach and a few steps from the pool. The location is very private and close to many restaurants and shopping. Directions was very clear on how to pick up the parking pass and the keyless lock entry was very convenient for checking in. A bonus was the parking pass was included in the rate so there was no additional cost at the resort. As for the villa, the kitchen was absolutely beautiful with everything you would need for your stay and very clean and spacious. We loved the Nest Thermostat in which the AC worked very well (especially for the bedroom being on 2nd floor). We absolutely would stay here again and would recommend this rental to others as well.

First they didn’t have anything but two sets of full towels; smelled like bad fish in the condo but the location is great. Asked about leaving early bc of tropical storm and minor son was scared sent me a message and said take him to a movie. went to wash clothes and washer was full of sand first day. Other than rhar, location is great. definetly only a two adult condo. sofa bed is informative for anyone else. We ended up buying an air mattress for son.

Personally, we had issues with the bedding. If you have sensitive skin, the detergent they used may irritate your skin (I broke out in hives and had to go to urgent care and I DO NOT have sensitive skin). Other than that, the place was clean when we arrived and the community that the bnb is located in is quiet and nice. It’s also pretty close to the beach, both walking distance and driving.

Hi Asenath. All bedding, linens, and towels are washed at a commercial facility with UNX commercial grade soap used for hospitals and hospitality companies. We’ve never had a skin sensitivity reported at any of our rental homes. We are so sorry to hear of your experience.

We have stayed in Shipyard many times, both using a timeshare and rental company. This Airbnb was perfect for the two of us this stay and comparable price-wise. You supplied many extras that were appreciated! (Ziplock bags, garbage bags, beach towels, goody bag and more!) Perfect location to the pool.

We had an excellent stay. The host provided ample instructions for check in, and a detailed property info packet ready when we arrived. The condo was stocked with kitchen supplies, beach towels, etc. They added nice touches to make our stay more comfortable. The pool is right across from this unit and the beach is walkable/biking distance. Bring your own beach chairs.

Great quiet place right on a fairway and next to the community pool. Beach is also very walkable from this unit. That being said these are golf course communities so by default everything is spread out for walking. However, everything is totally bikeable on the island and most places you want to go you will have a dedicated bike path. You obviously have to do crossroads but that is easy. The paths are tree lined with lush foliage, it's really beautiful! We are planning on coming back next year for the tournament. I guess I should say a few words about the unit. Very comfortable and nicely decorated. Upstairs bedroom is good sized, plenty of room downstairs in the great room and the kitchen is beautiful. We didn't cook as we only stayed 4 nights and was doing the tournament but if you spend a week it's a great kitchen to cook and save a little money.

Great place. Shipyard is great. Easy biking to pretty much anywhere on the island. Go to The Bank. Host was great. Super responsive and flexible. We’re coming back to HH in July and will look to stay here again.
