We were impressed that this place was exactly as described. Not only is the condo comfortable and well equipped (especially the kitchen) but it is tucked back in the most gorgeous setting! We would definitely stay here again!

We had such a wonderful experience in Evian Villa Hilton Head. Checkin is so easy, we were emailed a lock code 3 days before the vacation, received parking and a beach pass at the gates. Condo was very clean, tastefully decorated, with updated bathrooms, spacious bedrooms, quality bedding, and comfortable beds. The place is very comfortable and has enough space for at least 4 people. The only thing it was missing was a laundry basket. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we were cooking every night of our stay. The deck is amazing and very private, it faces a pond, there is at least one big gator in that pond, plenty of turtles, cranes, geckos, and a lot of colorful frogs. The 4 of us had dinner on the deck every night, and the grill was a big help with cooking. The condo is a 13 minutes walk to the beach or a 5 minutes drive. Sometimes parking was tricky, but we always managed to park. Walking to the beach was very easy too, the property grounds are so beautiful, there is a lot of very mature oak and pine trees that create shade, smells of freshness, pine cones, and flowers follow you all the time, we would walk to the beach without breaking a sweat, enjoying gorgeous grounds. The beach is beautiful, but unfortunately at the time of our stay there was a peak of the jellyfish season, but we could still swim in the ocean from 8 AM till 11 am. I would recommend this property to anybody, and we are definitely coming back.

We had a great two-week stay here. Although I didn't need to contact the rental company for anything once I was here, they had fabulous, speedy communication the two times I reached out prior to my trip. The villa was perfectly sized and comfortable for my family of 4. The kitchen was wall stocked. There was even a rotary cheese grater which was music to my Italian heart. There was a decently sized steamer pot for all my trips to Barnacle Bills for fresh seafood. Shipyard is a great location on the island. Biking was fabulous from this location although we only biked inside the Shipyard Plantation. This villa was walkable to the pool and just out of walkable distance (for my crew and all we bring) to the beach. There is limited beach parking at this beach access, so get there early or drive to one of the other various public beach access points. We would stay here again. We loved the location of this villa. It was great to return from the hustle of the beach to peace and quiet. We were surprised every day at the wildlife - herons, alligators, deer, owls. The interior of the villa was mostly well maintained. We had small issues with the dishwasher and with a handle coming off of a cupboard. Overall we would highly recommend this villa.

Great location in middle of island. Comfortable amount of space inside the unit for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. We loved the small deck with view of pond and seating area outside. Short 8-10 minute walk to beach. Pool and tennis courts close to this unit.

Our stay was very nice. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook nice breakfasts and dinners. All the beds were comfortable. Relaxing on the back deck was peaceful next to a small lagoon on the golf course. We used the Weber grill on the deck multiple times. We will definitely consider staying here again.

This was our second time staying at this property and we loved it just as much as the first time. It’s very comfortable for our family and has everything we need to make meals and just really enjoy ourselves! We had a gator in the lagoon who came very close to the porch, so be very careful in the backyard!

We had a wonderful week in Evian! This is our 3rd time staying in Shipyard. We all agree that it was our favorite villa! The unit was comfortable, spacious and well stocked. The location & proximity to the beach, pool & tennis courts was just awesome!

Feel free to stay here if you don't mind ... the overpowering smell of animals and animal hair drifting across the floor when we first opened the door (even though it was advertised as "no pets allowed". The couch stank so bad it took three days of fabric deodorizer applications to get rid of it ... flaking baseboards with paint chips on the carpet in the master bedroom ... walls, living room mirror, doorframes and bathroom light fixtures grey with dust ... dried toothpaste on the bathroom counter...swags of cobwebs and bugs dangling in corners and under the TV consul. This is a great place to stay as far as location, and if you don't mind spending hours of your precious vacation cleaning, this place is for you!!

Overall, the property is a great value. It’s a good location, spacious, great patio with a view, nice grill and stocked kitchen. The only negative part of our stay was the state of cleanliness the condo was in upon our arrival. The condo had dog hair on the couches and floor. It also smelt like a wet dog, we did notify the property manger of the smell and pet dander but no one ever followed up. On our last full day of the stay my toddler found a small bottle of nail polish remover under the love seat, as well as popcorn kernels . I would recommend this place to friends, but think the cleaning crew needs to give more effort given the cost of cleaning fee.

We were here on a 3-day anniversary jaunt from north of Augusta, GA. The goal was to relax and play golf, and we did both. The condo is well located for peace and quiet, and it's easy to get to shopping, groceries, golf courses, and activities. The unit is very comfortable, clean, and well furnished. We enjoyed relaxing on the little patio and even got a chance to watch a mama turtle lay her eggs in the bush right by the steps. The management company is outstanding in communicating by both emails and texts. Very impressive. We had no issues during our stay, but I feel confident that if we had a problem, it would have been dealt with ASAP. Lovely condo and location. We plan to return. 😀👍🌞😎

Great location, close to the beach, golf, and bike path The condo was very clean and spacious. It had everything plus more that you would need for kitchen/entertaining supplies. We will come back!

We always love staying in Shipyard and this property was excellent. A quick 10-15 minute walk or 5 minute drive to the beach, spacious, great patio, new grill and anything you could want in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable, too. We will be returning!

Really enjoyed the back porch and the neighborhood is beautiful. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The beds were pretty hard was my only complaint. Nice vacation.

We loved our stay! Shipyard is one of our favorites places in Hilton Head, and it's central to everything. Walking to the beach is doable from the condo but the provided pass for beach parking was very helpful. The condo has everything we needed.
