279 Evian Villa Pristine Getaway Heart of Shipyard

We loved our stay in Hilton Head! The house was perfect for two families and three kids. The walking trails, pool, and golf course were all close. The beach was a bit further than we were expecting (about a 20 min walk), but biking could get you there faster. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Great place, big bedrooms on the first floor with adjacent bathrooms. Upstairs bedroom was awesome for 4 teenage boys. The living room area was spacious and functional. Across from the community pool. We rented bikes and could get around biking, beach only a 10min bike away. Conveniently located close to grocery stores, shops, and even kids playground. Loved our stay.

We loved our stay in Hilton Head! Looked just like the pictures, super cozy and great location. Everything you’d want for a vacation! I also appreciated the detailed instructions for checking in and out. Hope to stay with Carolina Coast Vacations another time!

We spent a week here and have no complaints. The home was just as described online. The unit is directly across the street from the pool, which had plenty of seating even when crowded. The unit had a nice covered patio which was great for watching the alligators and deer by the golf course. The hosts even left a welcome bag, which was nice. Close to the beach, miles of bike trails in a nice area. We would definitely stay here again

Overall, this a good unit. We had problems with the air conditioning but it was fixed after 1.5 days. The unit is as described however, it could benefit from a deep clean. The bathrooms and bedrooms were spotless while the kitchen doors/windows had stains and bugs throughout. There was also lots of cobwebs and dead gnats in the living room ceiling. The unit is in a great location and is very quiet.

Great location and we enjoyed our stay. It is a bit more of a walk to the beach than expected. However, if you are not taking much with you, it was a nice stroll to beach access.

My husband and I, our two young children, and my parents stayed here for a few days in December, and it was absolutely perfect. The home is beautiful and incredibly spacious, and it had everything we needed. The outside views of the pond and golf course were beautiful. Absolutely 0 complaints. We would love to stay here again and again!

My best friends and I went on a long weekend getaway to celebrate our birthdays, and we had such an amazing time that we’re already planning to return with our families in the future. This gorgeous, 2-story villa with its open floor plan exceeded our expectations in every way! The space itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. We especially loved the cozy living room, where we spent our evenings unwinding after exploring the area. The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped for those who enjoy cooking while on vacation. Whether you want to prepare a quick breakfast or a full dinner, it has everything you need. It’s definitely a great option if you prefer dining in during your stay. The layout of the space is ideal for socializing and gatherings. The open-concept kitchen, living and dining areas seamlessly connect, creating a welcoming atmosphere where everyone can easily mingle. The spacious living room offers plenty of seating, while the dining area comfortably accommodates a group for meals. We also loved the easy access to outdoor space which made it perfect for both relaxed hangouts and meals together. It’s definitely a great home for anyone looking to spend quality time with friends or family. The outdoor terrace with a covered patio is the perfect setting for relaxing or entertaining, featuring a grill for outdoor meals and stunning views of the Shipyard Golf Course. Surrounded by nature, you can enjoy watching wildlife while taking in the serene beauty of the landscape—a truly peaceful and scenic spot for any gathering. Just a 10-minute walk to the stunning beach, this villa is ideally located near miles of scenic bike paths, perfect for exploring the area. The property also offers onsite lighted tennis and pickleball courts, along with a beautiful pool and gazebo/picnic area that overlooks the lagoon, creating a serene and convenient retreat right across from the villa. Overall, our stay at this 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa was nothing short of perfect. The home is spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed, and offered both comfort and convenience for our group. From the well-equipped kitchen to the beautiful outdoor areas and prime location, it truly exceeded our expectations. We can’t recommend this villa enough and will definitely be returning for future stays!

Excellent location, it is so very peaceful! Fun to watch the wildlife in the area. Safe surroundings and the home is very cute and exactly as photos show. If I return to HHI I will definitely stay here again!

This was our first time visiting HHI and I was a bit nervous about booking this villa since it was new to the market with no reviews. This villa was ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! It looked exactly like the pictures, was clean and well stocked with all the essentials and then some, and so spacious! We were a party of 8 and everyone had more than enough room to spread out. All 3 bathrooms were beautiful with loads of room. The washer and dryer came in handy for our family. We loved having our morning coffee on the terrace. The location is beautiful and private but close to everything! Carolina Coast were so great to work with, super responsive and friendly. We LOVED our stay and would absolutely book this villa again!
