This home was the perfect place for our family vacation. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped and the location was honestly fantastic for the price-only a 10 minute walk to the beach access. We would love to come back one day.

We LOVED this place. Looked exactly like the photos. Quiet neighborhood, the beach was close by, loved the bike/walking paths, and had everything we needed in terms of amenities. A perfect vacation!

We love this community and the condo was exactly as described. Clean and spacious. Right next to the pool and about a 10 minute walk (with 5 kids) to the beach. Host was super responsive and friendly. 5 stars!

One of the best appointed kitchens in a rental that I have ever had. They had everything I needed and none of it was in bad shape like some rentals can be. It was nice that it was so close to the pool.

We have stayed at Hilton Head many times, but this was our first time to stay in the Shipyard area. We always rent bikes for the week to get to the beach and restaurants. This location was perfect for that. Very close to the private beach access, and a 2 mile ride to all the fun of Coligny. But most of that ride is in the quiet gated community of Shipyard. Low traffic, and great paths. The condo was excellent, better than the pictures show. Clean, and roomy. I grilled out multiple nights on the back porch while watching golfers play the hole behind the condo. The A/C was not working when we got there, but one call, and the hosts had someone there and got it fixed before the evening was done. The condo, the hosts, everything was great. We will definitely stay here again.

This is such a beautiful place. We absolutely loved the house, the location was perfect for our young family, the pool was amazing and the walk to the beach was very doable for our kids (6,8,10). Unfortunately, we only got to spend one day there due to Storm Debby but we would definitely book again for a future date! Highly recommend Carolina Coast as well! They were kind and helpful and we wouldn't think twice about using them in the future!

Comfortable and clean townhouse with a great location. It was our first time to Hilton Head, and I did not know quite what to expect. This is a great location and we really lucked out. It is a very nicely maintained townhouse at the end of a neighborhood within a large gated resort. It is right near the neighborhood pool and an easy walk to the beach. We would love to stay here again sometime and would recommend it highly.

My husband and I brought our 2 year old to HH for the second year and this townhome was phenomenal. The location was just a 5 min walk from the beach and the house came equipped with necessities along with a pack and play, beach chairs, bikes, towels, the works. I reached out to CC to see about having the back porch light fixed and they promptly came by to check it. Unfortunately, it was more than a quick fix but they are taking actions to get it fixed. It’s necessary for night time porch use. We are hoping to stay there next year.

Our first trip with our 9-month-old was made perfect by this space! It's rare to find accommodations with two King beds, which was ideal as we traveled with our in-laws. Additionally, the third-floor loft was a fantastic feature where we set up our son's pack and play – he had his own quiet space. The upstairs is ideal for families, boasting two twin beds, its own AC control, and a large TV. Conveniently located just 50 steps from the expansive community pool, it was perfect for days when we wanted a break from the beach. The walk to the beach was effortless, and the unit even provides bikes and a wagon for hauling your beach gear. Central to everything, the location couldn't be better. For a family seeking a blend of beach, pool, and golf, this spot offers unbeatable value.

So very happy with our stay! So responsive and answered all my questions. It was all so easy. Easy walk over to the Sonesta for a wedding we went to. Would highly recommend.

This was the perfect spot for a family vacation. The condo was a 10 min walk to the beach or we had passes to park at the beach if we didn’t want to walk. Bike paths were great for walking and biking. We were right across from the community pool. The condo had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook every night. Beach equipment and bikes to use. We will definitely rebook again!

Very comfortable, well stocked with amenities. Comfortable beds. Quiet, lovely location close to restaurants. Loved that there were bikes available for us to use. The binder information was out of date. Disappointed that we couldn’t watch the Miami Open tennis on the TV, but that was minor - however, we could use streaming services.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at 159 Shipyard. Lovely neighborhood and really nice condo. Service and response from Carolina Coast was also excellent (and pleasantly very fast).
