Great location, nine iron to the beach. Great place for the kids and pups. A lot of things to do, half mile to restaurants, shops, golf courses, boat cruises out of Harbor Town, Sea Pines.

Great location and very nice home. The pool was the best part but also it was just a short walk to the beach and a very short drive (or long walk) to some really nice shops and restaurants.

Overall the place was adequate for us but it needs some upgrades and the baseboards were filthy which shows they dont value cleanliness. The proximity to the beach was really the best quality. The pillows were flat and we had to go buy a couple at Walmart.

Maybe a 2 minute walk to the beach which is super convenient. Super easy. House was very clean and as described. For being one house off the ocean, this place is a pretty good value. Tons of beach supplies, chairs, wagons etc which makes a trip to the beach a breeze.

This house was steps from the beach, great layout for our families. The location was just perfect. There was room for 3 or 4 cars and the pool and fence made a great backyard for kids and dogs.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Our friend group of 6 was very comfortable and had a great time. The beach is so clean and beautiful and there's so much to do in Hilton Head. The best part of the house is the location. It's in a very nice, quiet neighborhood- very walkable and bikeable- and just a very, very short walk to the beach. It's 2 houses to the end of the road and then the beach is just across the dune. It's also only 1/2 mile from Coligny. The property manager was very communicative and helpful, in particular with our request for the pool to be cleaned again after a storm blew threw. The main negative for us was the condition of the outside area. While the pool did get cleaned, it still was stained and the concrete around it is cracked and could really use an update. It was still usable, just not quite what we were expecting. Otherwise the listing is accurate and if your goal is to be close to the beach without having to pay oceanfront prices, this house is a great choice.

Very close to the beach. Nice pool. While the house is not fancy, it is clean, homey and very easy to live in! Perfect for us and our 2 dogs. We lived on the screened front porch and loved the fully fenced back yard area.

The house is in an amazing location and the heated pool is a great amenity. The kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms are basic but have everything we needed. Some of the older reviews said that this house was dated, but the interior was recently renovated and the kitchen and floors are in great shape now. Parking fits 2-3 cars, with one covered spot and the others behind it in the driveway. We had kids with us and it’s pretty kid friendly in terms of the layout and decor. Great communication with host! We had a great stay!

Such a GREAT location !! Close to EVERYTHING but so quiet and peaceful. Pics don't do the roominess of the house justice - all rooms are great sized. We will return. Hosts VERY easy to work with. Chose this place, awesome to have so much beach things to borrow while you are there. Enjoy !

Pool heated only upon request, and even then it didn’t work. It’s tough because this was the main reason we booked our stay here, was not usable even though we were told it would heat up in 24 hours it never did. 2/5

While the location of the house is excellent with the proximity to the beach it heavily lacks in the upkeep and care of the home. The outside of the home needs soo much TLC. The inside of the home needs some new furniture and appliances to be replaced but other than that is fine and comfortable.

The property is super close to a beach access and the house layout is great. The rooms are quiet. The neighborhood is residential. Only a 2 minute drive to shops and Coligny. However… The sheets had holes The fans were dirty There was sand on top of the comforter of two of the beds when we arrived (we think the sheets were clean though). The pool is in desperate need of resurfacing, but the heater worked great. It needs a remodel, but that is apparent from the listing. What was disappointing was simple things that aren’t expensive to take care of were left in disarray. Such as 1. Pictures had obviously fallen off the wall and the glass frames cracked, but they were put back up 2. The face plate on the microwave is hanging off (super glue could have fixed this) 3. Ripped sheets

GREAT location, just a stroll down the street to the beach. Clean pool that was serviced throughout our stay. Very short drive to Coligny, bikeable. Older house but had everything we needed for a great stay!

We absolutely loved the location! Super short walk to the beach, and short bike ride to Coligny which was perfect for my entire family! During our stay, there were two beach wagons and several one position beach chairs. The house was clean and accommodating! We hope you love your stay here as much as we did!

The home was accurately described in the listing and photos. The location is perfect for walking to the plaza and very close to the beach. The house was a great size for our family. Having a screened in front porch was great for relaxing at night. The pool can definitely use some TLC. There are big trees around it making it hard to keep clean, which is understandable. However, the pool jet returns weren’t working to circulate the water so all the debris sat on top and then sank to the bottom if it wasn’t skimmed right away. It was very convenient having a downstairs “closet” to put all of our beach stuff in daily. The rental came with chairs and wagons and some toy which was also nice. Some of the chairs are in rough shape though. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the house for the price point.

Nice place, reasonable, very close to beach easy walk. Loved the screened in porch. Plenty of rooms for me my wife and two kids. So easy to bike to coligny and restaurants and groceries. Love that the beach and place is dog friendly. Well stocked nice kitchen. No ice maker.
