972 Inverness Villa Golf Views Pool Tennis

There was plenty to do including the pool, beach, and bikes. The house was plenty spacious even on the rainy day when we had to stay inside with our kids. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook almost all of our meals there. There was plenty of communication and the response was quick from management. Overall, we had a great time!

We absolutely loved the villa! It was so lovely, comfortable, clean, and in the perfect location. I’ve stayed all over HHI over the years and I believe this villa may be my favorite. We can’t wait to come back. Everything about the accommodations, booking process and communication with host was perfect!!!

Great place to stay! The home is very quiet, comfortable and clean. The host is very communicative and made us feel welcome even before we arrived. Their guide book is super helpful and got us oriented for a great time.

Remarkable location! Provides endless opportunities for every age: golf, beaches, biking, kayaking, walking, shopping, dining. We enjoyed watching the alligators and turtles (sunning safely by the ponds), as well as cranes and birds . Carolina Coast provides every comfort. Beautiful, very spacious accommodations with exceptional features among the palms, Spanish moss and water features. You will love it!

We couldn't have asked for a better condo for our winter trip to Hilton Head. Beautifully remodeled, with plenty of space for our family of four. Perfectly located in Palmetto Dunes, close to the beach, restaurants, all of the the area activities. Highly recommend!

This was supposed to be a family getaway to Hilton Head but my wife came down with COVID, so it became a solo work trip for me. The place would have been great for a family. I really appreciated the little things like laundry baskets, a pizza pan, the Kuerig, a pack n play, etc.. A real full service vacation. Only really a couple of downsides. It is the fartherst condo from the pool at the location, so that would have been tougher with a 3 year old. Also, getting in touch with someone on the phone took a couple of calls. I was fully aware of cancellation policies but a little empathy from the agent would have been nice, when I called about my wife coming down with Covid. If you want a really nice, clean place to stay with amenties though, look no further than 972 Inverness Villa.

My husband, 2 teen daughters and I stayed for a week. The home was immaculate and beautifully furnished. The location was perfect. Quiet, close to shops and restaurants and the beach. We had such a wonderful time that we didn’t want to leave. Will definitely be returning. Thank you for a fun and relaxing vacation.

The Palmetto Dunes resort is super convenient for families. This place was great for us and our younger kids. Management was very responsive, they came immediately to fix our internet connection.

Unit was very clean, but we did need to dust the fan. Loved the updated villa. It was beautiful. We also really appreciated the fully equipped kitchen. No carpet was a plus. Easy to clean up after beach days. Our little ones really enjoyed it! Pretty easy to get to the beach.

Just got back from a great stay. The property was really comfortable and clean and the location was perfect. Loved the pool and having the beach nearby was an extra bonus. We also enjoyed biking on the beautiful paths by the lagoon. Lots of great restaurants nearby and just a short ride to Harbour Town. The property manager replied to any questions we had right away. Beautiful home- Highly recommend!

Great location for us. Place was clean and well stocked with everything you'd need. Couldn't find extra trash bags for the kitchen. Being on the golf course, it can be a little loud early but it didn't bother us. Definitely rent again on our next visit if available.

We landed in Hilton Head two days before Christmas and during one of the coldest days on record. Unfortunately with the homes being built on stilts this exposes them to a lot of wind and cold, and we woke up on Christmas Eve to frozen pipes. The owners were extremely responsive and even helped us change locations to another property that worked great.

This was a relaxing place to stay that backs to the golf course. The beach was about 10 minutes away on our rented bikes. The outdoor grill here was nice, cold AC, nice kitchen/breakfast nook, etc. Would stay here again!

The property was exactly as described and the photographs were accurate. Our family has stayed many times at Palmetto Dunes but this was our first stay in the Inverness Village that backs up to the golf course. We enjoyed being tucked away but beware the grounds crew for the golf course is out at 6 am most days. The beds in the unit were comfortable and the walk in shower in the master was very nice. No lack of water pressure either as it’s almost too forceful. The only thing that would have made our stay better was having better fitting sheets for the bed. The king bed sheets were too small and the twin bed sheet were too big. Overall, very pleased and would definitely book this unit again!

This villa is beautiful, with lots of natural light and all the amenities. It is an easy bike ride to the beach or short walk to the pool.

The condo is located in a very quiet location and is decorated in a calming, peaceful beach manner. Sitting on the deck for an early breakfast is a relaxing way to start the day. The convenience of the pool, tennis courts and General Store adds fun to the day. When we talked to the condo agents they were both responsive and pleasant.Thank you Hilton Head - we will return.

Great villa in a wonderful spot in Palmetto Dunes. Very clean and lots of space. Would definitely book again! We are usually in the Disney resort, so cleanliness and amenities are important to us. This villa has it all also.

Family of four (2 adult children). An older unit, but nicely updated. First trip to HHI and no idea what was what as far as where to stay. Fairly centrally located on the island, so easy in and out. Well appointed. The only thing that was missing was hand soap, probably an oversight. Would stay again.

This was a great property. Very well stocked Lots of things you need here. So many kitchen appliances , lots of dishes, utensils, nicer pots and pans (rare finding in rental property) knives, etc. property has been updated and is comfy and inviting. plenty of towels were provided, Which is also a plus. Property manager was prompt in responding to a very minor issue on arrival. Guests in this complex can use the tennis courts and pool at no charge which was a huge perk for us as we play a lot of tennis on vacation. It was just my family of three, so it was the perfect size. Would stay here again in a minute.
