Across from the Beach 3BR Villa in Prime Coligny

Very roomy place, great set up for us traveling with adult kids! The bonus bunk room in the hallway was a great extra space. Location is excellent, right next to the pool and back gate to get out onto the bike trail. There is construction next door so not a great view from the patio, but it wasn’t loud and will eventually be done. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location with a great patio to hang out. The parking situation is very serious but a free parking lot nearby available from dawn to dusk. We ran out of toilet paper, paper towels and detergent. They said it was up to us to restock. It’s a pretty large space to give minimal products. Enough detergent for one load… had 5 people staying for 1 week. I think I would just do a hotel next time.

The condo is in a great location. The beds and bathrooms were nice and were able to accommodate children and grandparents. Unfortunately, the washer was not working while we were there and when we reported the issue to management, they advised they would not be able to fix it while we were there. They offered to take our laundry somewhere to clean it, but were difficult to coordinate with and unpleasant to deal with when picking up and returning the laundry, as if we were inconveniencing them. That experience soured our stay.

When we arrived there was poop in the main floor bathroom and several dead bugs behind the bathroom door. There also was a large dead bug in the kitchen sink. These things could have been avoided if someone had checked out the unit before we arrived. The tile floors on the main level should be replaced as the grout is dirty and tile was not too clean. I ran a swiffer over it and it was black. This could be a great condo if these things were addressed. The 3 bedroom three bath plus 2 beds in an alcove are great. Which makes me wonder why there is only 1 parking space available. There are guest parking spaces but we were told they are for owners and their guests only. I called the city to see about where to park a second car and was told the only place you can park overnight is at the airport. That’s a 20 minute drive. Carolina coast vacations gave us a parking permit to use at their location which is closer than the airport. A condo that holds 8 needs 2 parking spaces. Location great!

I love love loved this place. I give it five stars nice and clean and a wonderful location. There was only one parking spot for the unit that I didn’t like and someone got very rude to my elderly mother in law for parking in the guest spot. So make sure you park a second car elsewhere. Also I wish they had a half bath for the ones that were not staying could use, all the bathrooms were in the bedrooms.

Great location close to everything!. Plenty of room for six adults comfortably. Just as described. Full time residents we met at the pool were very friendly and offered great eating recommendations! Great communication and assistance on anything we needed! Did not want the vacation to end! Hope to come back!

We loved our stay at continental club. Perfect location, right next to the swimming pool and with easy access out the back gate onto forest avenue and right across the street onto walkway to beach. 3 spacious bedrooms with own bathrooms. It had a villa feel to it with gate on front entrance of each unit and felt private because there are only 16 units so not a lot of people in and out. Loved that the back patio was completely enclosed for our 18 month old grandson. And had our own grill and table and 6 chairs outside to enjoy meals together. Only drawback is that there is only 1 parking spot so had to spend time driving my daughter back and forth a few miles up Pope Ave all week to get to her car when she wanted to use it. This second spot was free for the week. We will definitely return.

This was our second stay at this rental. Great location, close to the beach. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. The pool area is really nice. The condo is very comfortable and has an outdoor space in the back that we enjoyed.

The house was really comfortable for 6 adults .every room was tasteful and the beds were very comfortable . I loved the little balcony outside our room .The kitchen was well equipped but we would have loved some wine glasses . The courtyard was excellent for sitting outside eating or reading . The location was brilliant within easy reach of beach and many bars restaurants and shops .It was so easy to walk everywhere. We visited the Tiki bar sand bar the Bank and oyster shack which was amazing. Day trips to Bluffton and Beaufort lived up to our high expectations.Harbour town was also worth a visit . I would love to stay here again The little tree frog gave us a lot of pleasure!!

Place was nice, enjoyed that it was walking distance to the town. The only compliant would be that mouldings and under the furniture was very dirty. Also, some dusty tables. The Kitchen was clean. The Bathrooms were clean except the moulding.

We enjoyed our stay at HHI. There was so much to do in the area. The villa was beautiful, clean, and perfect for our family. We enjoyed our beach days and had fun horse back riding. The restaurants and shops were great! We will definitely visit this area again next year.

What a great week at the Continental Club. We were two families with our tweens. The house and bed linens were very clean and plenty of room for everyone. We made breakfast most mornings with the well stocked pots, pans, and utensils. We’d pack up the wagon with the beach chairs, towels, and sand toys to walk to the beach which was the perfect distance for the kids with no complaints. The pool was next to the unit and well maintained with plenty of room for multiple families but we were usually the only ones there. The patio had plenty of furniture for everyone to lounge on. The location really can’t be beat. Steps from Coligny Plaza and you’re no more than a ten minute drive to any restaurant on the island. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend the week with old friends.

Just as it was described. Plenty of space for a family, laid out well. Very nice location that is close to all the shops. Very short walk to the beach. Very clean and the check in process was simple. Managers were quick with communication as well. No complaints! Would love to visit again in the future

We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay at this Airbnb. The condo is private, cute, clean, and as described on the listing. It was very nice for 5 people. We especially appreciated the three bedrooms each with their own bath!! The condo is close to coffee shops/restaurants, across the road from a beautiful and clean beach, and right off a bike trail. It was the perfect getaway and we would highly recommend for your next Hilton Head family stay.

Nice place convenient to Coligny shopping, grocery and beach. Safe and nice to be at bike trail updated inside small shower in one room but the other two bathrooms are very nice I would recommend to anyone who has plans to come to Hilton head! Nice patio on the back and front nice pool.

Great spot, right across the street from Coligny Beach! Perfect for our group of 6. Each of the 3 bedrooms had a full bathroom attached which was so convenient. Place was crystal clean and we were provided all the necessary beach supplies :)

My sisters and I met at Carolina Coast’s Hilton Head condo and loved the home. It was completely stocked with all the things one needs for a great beach vacation, including a wagon and beach chairs. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook or grill at home. The bedrooms were good sized, beds super comfy, and each had its own en suite bathroom. On top of all of that the place was immaculate and just across the street from the beach! Highly recommend and would go back in a heartbeat!

We had a great stay! This unit is on the end right next to the pool. It's a five minute easy walk to Coligny Beach. Beach towels were provided. All beds were comfortable. We could walk to Coligny Plaza for restaurants and shops. We would stay again.

Short walk to the beach and shops. There is a fantastic playground for kids just north of the property. Kitchen was well equipped by FYI there are no extra spices or anything. There is a wagon and beach chairs available too.

Lovely Condo close to everything but also felt secluded. Condo had good amount of space and we really enjoyed the grill and patio area. We did see 1 palmetto bug inside but only once and the sprayer company must come out monthly so they came while we were there. We would book this unit again and already planning our next trip.

Super easy check in with very accommodating hosts - they answered questions promptly and gave us extra parking passes. Property was just as described - clean and very well equipped with a lovely welcome package! Also in walking distance to the beach, restaurants and bars Overall a wonderful experience - would definitely return
