Great location. Easy walk to the beach and Coligny. The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything you need to cook meals.

Awesome location - convenient to the beach, Celebration Park, and Coligny. We loved the back patio and pool. The unit was spacious and well-equiped. Carolina Coast's communicated very well and the welcome package was fantastic! We'll be back!

Although the layout was great, the floor turned our feet and socks black. Also the dining room light fixture was dusty and had bulbs out and missing. Staircase light did not work.

My family and I stayed here and had a wonderful time! There were 5 of us (my mother in law, 2 adults, 2 kids) it was the perfect amount of space! Our kids are elementary school age and the playground being so close was a savior on a number of occasions - it’s easy to walk right over there! The beach access was also walkable and there are tons of shops and restaurants within a 5 minute drive. The host was great and responsive. The place was clean and had everything you’d need and more! We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our time at this Coligny area condo. We chose it specifically for its proximity to the Lowcountry Celebration Park and it's incredible playground, but found this location to be absolutely incredible. It was just a short walk to the park, beach, and TONS of shopping/dining options. There was really no reason for us to get in the car all week. Would highly recommend this area for anyone. We were happy with the value of this unit compared to other 3BR options available. The unit is setup well with one BR on the main level and two upstairs. The private fenced back yard was great, but take bug spray and some citronella, as the bugs did make it

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Greatly appreciated the amenities such as beach towels, beach buggy, and beach chairs. Nice decor with great enclosed backyard space and use of gas grill. Great proximity to beach about a 10-minute walk. Less than 5 stars given as the place needs deep cleaning and a better mattress in the downstairs bedroom. During our stay, there was no washer/dryer available, but the property manager provided overnight pickup laundry service, which was greatly appreciated. Otherwise, would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

The condo was close to the beach as advertised & we loved that. Also, they left a few gift bags, which was such a nice way to start our vacation. The washer/dryer was broken & so they offered to provide laundry service and that was a very nice option. Enjoyed our Hilton Head stay.

Disclaimer- after 2 days we were issued a full refund for this Airbnb due to a broken AC unit. Upon arriving, the door to our unit was open with a man inside who told us the AC wasn’t working. It was 80 degrees, the part for the AC unit was unable to be fixed until Mon and we arrived Sat. No mention of compensation for this inconvenience. We waited upstairs for an hour to find pee in the upstairs toilet, black chunky stains on the queen bed comforter upstairs, & animal hair all over. My daughter’s feet turned black after walking around barefoot By Monday, due to an incorrect refund Airbnb corporate issued due to the air, at 11am the renters gave us one hour to resolve or they’d kick us and our sleeping toddler out, with no where to go. At this point we were done, took our refund from Airbnb &left If you’re the owners of this property, I would run. These people lack professionalism, kindness and empathy. No WAY you’re going to gaslight a pregnant woman and tell her the AC did work

Interesting spin on the events that caused the cancelation of your reservation by AirBnb for lack of payment that you could not resolve before Airbnb asked you to leave. No refund was provided as no payment was received by Airbnb. The gentleman that was in the villa upon arrival was the owner of the company and he was addressing the HVAC efficiency issue - which was functioning, but, needed to be serviced (as he conveyed to you). The part was replaced the following business day and at no time were you without AC. None of the other issues that are stated in your review existed during your brief stay, nor was anyone gaslighting you. We did attempt to work with you both through phonecalls & Airbnb messaging (please review our communication with you on the Airbnb platform), but, per Airbnb, you refused to complete the payment process with Airbnb and your reservation was canceled internally. In the end, Airbnb paid the host in full for your stay through their AirCover program which protects hosts and owners from the fraudulent behavior of or damages caused by their guests. We always attempt to work with our guests to resolve items that arise, but, the guests must also be willing to work with us as well as Airbnb.

Stay was amazing. Place was right in the middle of lots of restaurants, shops, etc. We rented bikes and it was an easy ride across the street to stuff. There was a playground right by, the pool was close and the beach was a quick walk. We loved having beach towels and chairs there. I loved the small touches like the dishwashing pods and laundry pods and she even left us a small gift with lots of recommendations. The patio was amazing to sit outside each morning with the birds, trees and squirrels. It was my favorite place to be at peace! Kids enjoyed having their own space. It was a great week, would definitely stay again! Location was great!

Beautiful, well appointed condo in such a great location. We walked everywhere - to the beach, to the restaurants and coffee shops, and even to The Bank one night. Gorgeous backyard; the kids loved the “hook game.” Great communication and accommodations.
