We had an amazing stay here! The place was extremely clean and looked exactly as pictured, plus it was fully stocked with all the things that you would need or want while you are traveling. The location was also perfect- we were walking distance to both all the restaurants in Coligny Plaza, as well as the beach. The host was great with communicating and made all instructions very clear. When we come back to Hilton Head, we will definitely look to stay here again. Thank you for an amazing stay!

My best friend and I stayed here and we had a lovely stay. Nice pool area and 10-15 walk to the beach, restaurants and shops in Coligny. Villa was clean and nicely decorated. Communication with property manager was excellent.

Location ideal. Short walks to Coligny and beach. Unit was as advertised, all amenities present, working fine. Stairs to bedrooms very steep and slippery, could use some carpet steps for safety. All in all very good, we would stay there again.

Kitchen supplies, linens and kitchen/bathroom towels, beach chairs and wagon, beach towels, washer/dryer, dishwasher tabs and dish soap, trash bags, plenty of closet space, games...everything we needed. The poll was great, and it was a short bike ride to all kinds of restaurants, shops, and the beach. We had a great stay!

Great stay, felt just like home. Loved having a welcome basket allowing us to start off our stay. Beach towels at arrival were also a good surprise.

We had a great escape to Hilton Head! We’ve stayed in this complex before and what a great find. Easy 5 min walk to beach, easily walkable to Coligny, the “pirate” playground, and the Bank. Wonderful layout for our family (2 kids under 12). The kids loved the close access to the pool. Great outdoor dining and a stocked kitchen- couldn’t ask for more!

We will most definitely be back! This was so perfect for our family of 4. We loved the unit, the location and the privacy. Definitely recommend to anyone have the peace and quiet but a quick walk to all of the adventure.

Wow, to say this was a great stay would be an understatement! The location is unmatched! Coligny Beach, along with restaurants and shopping are less than a 15 minute walk away. The beach is right across the street, through a little cut through between Seaside Villas, about a 10-12 minutes walk. We had a 9 and 4 year old, and this walk was super manageable! The wagon in the closet was perfect for hauling our gear as well! The second best thing was the pool, literally in the backyard — which made it easy to use the bathroom and bring food/drinks back and forth! We were there more than the beach! We even used the BBQ grill on the back patio to grill hotdogs one of the nights. Best of all, the host is super responsive. We found out that the upper bathroom tub was draining super slow on our first night. We reached out, and when we came back from the beach our first full day, it was already fixed! We would love to be able to stay here again next year! Thank you for the memories!

We very much enjoyed our stay at your condo. The location was great. We loved having the pool out back. It was peaceful and the condo was very clean. Everything we needed was provided. Perfect location walkable to a beautiful beach and Coligny Plaza although we did hire bikes from Peddles and thoroughly enjoyed riding around the neighborhood and along the beach while Dolphin watching Loads of lovely restaurants nearby and we did make use of the BBQ in the yard to cook steak and prawns from Piggly Wiggly.

Our stay was fantstic. The location was perfect - close enough to the beach and Colingy park with sidewalks to get to both. The condo was comfortable and we enjoyed the ability to walk to the pool from the back door.

This was the perfect place to stay with my husband and son. The house was just as described and was so clean and organized. The house had everything we needed - plenty of towels (bath and beach), beach chairs, and wagon. It was spacious enough for our family of three and we loved how close it was to shops, restaurants, and the beach. One of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed in!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. It has everything we need. We can easily walk to the beach and Coligny plaza. It’s clean and quiet. The furnishings are simple, beds are super comfortable. Give it a try for your next trip to HH.

The condo was just as described and very clean upon arrival. There are three beach chairs and a wagon for use. A beach umbrella and toys for the kids would have been nice but we purchased those at a nearby store. Although the condo is on the main floor, the bedrooms are upstairs if you have someone who is unable to do stairs. We had a couple issues regarding a running toilet & a leaking sink but the host was quick at responding & having someone out to fix the issues! The location is perfect as it is off the busy road but close enough to walk to stores & beaches! Overall, we would stay again!

Had a wonderful time and 22 Deallyon #47 was outstanding. Stayed for 3 weeks and really enjoyed it. Only needed a better grill and a full length mirror. Close to beach, golf and great restaurants. Would recommend to friends and family.

I was doubtful that the place would be as nice as described, but the villa was beautiful and the women who take care of the place are extremely thoughtful. My mom and I tend to pack for everything, but they already had kitchen supplies, towels, extra blankets, and so on. It was just the 2 of us, but it would be great for a bigger group too. It’s super comfortable. They also left plenty of helpful information about the island and surrounding activities, which was much appreciated!

The accommodations were beautiful and spacious. Nice areas to hang out inside and out. Communication with management company prior to arrival was less than favorable. While there we had no needs that needed to be addressed so unsure how communication would be while there. There were lots of places the management companies number was posted so we knew how to reach someone if necessary. Location is definitely walkable as described but wish we had known just how much walking prior to arrival. Thankfully we set up bike rentals prior to arrival and that helped. The pack n play, beach towels, and 3 beach chairs were nice surprises that helped make things easier. Kitchen is well stocked with both traditional coffee maker and pod coffee maker. Our 15 year old slept comfortably on the pull out couch. Wish we had somewhere to hose off in the front upon returning from the beach since there isn't a place at the closest beach access but a walk around the building to the back had a hose.

Very clean unit and enjoyed our stay. Only downfall I saw was it was hard to hold onto the handrail for the steps to the second floor. It needs to be round in order to actually hold it for stability for the older generation.
