The listing is accurate! There was a beach wagon, beach chairs, a few beach towels, and a few boogie boards. There was also an umbrella for you to use as well. All you have to do is walk over bridge and your in the sand! we had a great time. We are first time travelers to Hilton Head and I couldn't recommend it more! My 6 and 4 year old had a blast!

We had a great stay at this place on Hilton Head Island! The location is perfect — just a 1-minute walk to the beach, right on the first line. The price-quality ratio is absolutely fair. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a simple meal. It’s not a luxury rental, but if you’re looking for a comfortable spot to relax by the ocean, get some sleep, and make your own breakfast — this is a great option. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who values location and practicality!

Carolina Coast was a great host. Their communication and response time was amazing! They provided a welcome bag and a good supply of kitchen and cleaning basics.

On balance the unit was fine. However the broken box spring upon our arrival was very disappointing and unacceptable, making for a miserable night, but grateful that Bob on a Sunday morning replaced it. Also, the balcony furniture was rusty and needs replaced. Know the nonstick cookware did not have appropriate accompanying utensils, but metal instead.

Older complex but well kept . Our unit was redecorated and newly painted ,etc. Had all the basic necessities even beach chairs, etc out on the balcony. Places for bicycles in the covered garage area. Nice walkway right out to the ocean .

Great place to stay. Right on the beach. Even though we were there with hundreds of other people you would never think it. Very family oriented with no loud parties, noise, or music. Very quiet and peaceful. The villa was comfortable with all the comforts of home. We would for sure stay again. 💜

Our stay was nice. The condo was comfortable and we really appreciated a nice couch to sit on. The bed was comfy too. The walk to the beach was a little more than we expected, but would have been easy for a young couple.

We have stayed at Seaside Villas for 12 years. This is by far one of the nicest units that we have ever stayed in! Updated, clean, fabulous furnishings, on the quiet side of building 2, and great view of the ocean. A larger refrigerator would have been nice— we cook in a great deal and usually stay 10-14 days. We will be back at this unit next April!

Outdated condo with little space to move around. Good: Fantastic location Beach access Bad: Needs update The space is very limited Lots of furniture which looks like clutter Mattress seriously needs to be replaced. There are stains and a huge sinkhole which made it very uncomfortable to sleep. The balcony wasn’t cleaned, it had cigarette ash from previous guests The appliances are old and loud, but they function. Overall, we had few issues but management response was quick which is much appreciated. If you just want to care for the location and don’t mind outdated and less sqft property to spend a day or two, this unit will work. There are other units within the condo that looked modern and renovated.
