Coastal Breezes Ocean Views Seaside Hilton Head Villa

Great little place to stay, location was awesome and quiet - walking distance to everything! Love Hilton head and this was a perfect place to stay on a 4 day beach getaway.

We have stayed at Seaside Villas for 12 years. This is by far one of the nicest units that we have ever stayed in! Updated, clean, fabulous furnishings, on the quiet side of building 2, and great view of the ocean. A larger refrigerator would have been nice— we cook in a great deal and usually stay 10-14 days. We will be back at this unit next April!

We had a great stay. Lots to do with great views. Lots of adventures available if so desired, or just relaxing was an option as well. From relaxing with a cocktail all the way to skydiving. Great stay! Place was clean and exactly what we expected. Thank you!

My husband and I would definitely recommend this stay! It is a great location - 10 minute walk to several restaurants and shops, 5 minute drive from several grocery store options, and seconds from the beach front! There is so much to do on Hilton Head and this villa is in the perfect spot so you can do it all!

Want to see the ocean from your villa? Have beach front access that seems as though it’s your own private beach front property? Oh and you have a beautiful pool just case you need a break from the beautiful ocean. My wife and I truly enjoyed this quite, clean, re-energizing villa. I grew up around the island and I absolutely loved this location and amenities!

This is my 2nd time booking here. It is a no frills condo, great location, plenty of amenities, comfortable bed and soft sheets and towels. All the necessities for a perfect week at the beach at a great price. I will be back again for sure.

Space was smaller than expected but worked well for our stay. Easy beach access and we walked to Coligny Plaza multiple times.

We love HH and look forward to our visit there every year. Booked this unit in the familiar Seaside Villas based on the description. When we arrived, we were disappointed to find the unit’s furnishings were old and ratty. The bed - OMG - a disaster. Noisy, old, frame falling apart and slamming against the wall with every turn. The bedspread was disgusting. White “stains” on it that I didn’t want to know what they were. Balled it up and put it in the closet. Even the walls in the bedroom had dust on them. The toilet barely flushed requiring multiple flushes for the simplest waste to finally go down the drain. The couch in the living area is threadbare and the throw pillows have stains on them. There are much nicer units than this at Seaside Villas.

The room was very small , beds were in bad shape , ( disgusting mattress cover on pullout bed ) air conditioner had trouble getting the master room cool, kitchen was well supplied, overall a nice stay , any more than 3 people, good luck ! Great beach access!

My mother in law and father in law stayed in this condo and absolutely loved it! It was spotless and has everything they could need. It is on the beach (short walk over the dunes) and has a lovely pool. This condo is so close to restaurants and shops at Coligny (you can walk there) and this year we found a new pirate ship playground just before Coligny that is fabulous for kids. The host was wonderful with communication during the entire process. I would absolutely rent this condo again.

Overall the unit is tiny but okay for two people and maybe a couple of young kids under 5. There is no tub, shower only very small bathroom. It is minutes from the beach and you can see the ocean from the balcony. The unit is a bit dated and run down and in need of some TLC. The toilet takes 3 minutes to fill the tank and the dust bunnies under the bed are proof no one has cleaned under the furniture in a long time. Soap scum on the shower doors is noticeable as well. The bed is very soft. We did have a very large roach on the bed comforter one morning. The comforter fell off the bed during the night and when we picked it up off the floor to make the bed in the morning there he was at least an inch and a half long!! If you are going to charge a visitor $160 for cleaning then I guess I would expect better than what we got. The unit is likely only 500 sq ft. It should be spotless. We will return to HH but not to Seaside Villas.

First plus was for the property overall. Very well maintained, pool area was very clean, plenty of parking and overall quiet. Second plus is for the location. Right on the beach with a short walk. Close to coligony circle and tons of food/shopping options.

Older complex but well kept . Our unit was redecorated and newly painted ,etc. Had all the basic necessities even beach chairs, etc out on the balcony. Places for bicycles in the covered garage area. Nice walkway right out to the ocean .

Great location and stay... would recommend. Had a slight issue with shower door and some glass but it was rectified quickly with follow up.

The place was even better than advertised. Right by the beautiful beach and the co do pool was great. You could not ask for a better location. Highly recommend this villa!!
