Coastal Charm Convenience Beach Club Villa

Great value for the property! About a 5 to 10 minute walk to Coligny Beach. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Very clean and felt like pictures and description accurately portrayed everything!

This Airbnb is a wonderful location to stay at!! It’s so nice to be able to walk everywhere you need to go and feel completely on island time. The place was clean and the whole area was quiet and calm. This was our second time here and it was just as amazing as last year. We are already looking forward to our trip next year!! 10/10 recommend for anyone looking to book this place!

My family really enjoyed staying here. The home was spacious and clean. The location was absolutely perfect! We could walk and ride our bikes to everything Coligny Beach had to offer. If you have young kids, it’s so ideal. You’re right across from a playground and children’s museum as well as the public parking for the beach. Amazing! Check in and communication were great when I had questions. I would 100% recommend this home for anyone who wants a good location to everything.

This condo was perfect! Beds were comfortable. There are 2 patios which I loved! You can walk to everything. They also provided beach chairs which was perfect for us! The kitchen has everything you could need or want including a crockpot which really helped save time on cooking so we could spend more time on the beach. I would definitely stay here again!

I stayed here for a week in April. There were some positive experiences staying here but there were more negative. I'll list them below and leave it up to readers in deciding whether to book. Pros: location is close to the beach and restaurants. Walking distance of about 8 minutes. The host is responsive when you call. It was nice having a place to wash the sand off before entering after a beach day. Upstairs bathroom is fairly nice. Good closet and drawer space for your belongings. Some beach gear provided. Cons: the place was not clean upon arriving. We did a lot of cleaning up front and wore slippers 100% of the time. The rug in the living is especially dirty and thread bare. The water at the kitchen sink doesn't get warm and the garbage disposal doesn't appear to work (not a good combo). The water attached to the washer/dryer is backwards. Be careful washing your clothes. Cold is actually very hot. We learned this the hard way.

Great location!!! Easy walking to beach, shopping, restaurants. Or just a few steps out the back patio to your pool!!!

Great location to the beach, restaurants & shopping. It does need some TLC ( bushes need trimming) and deep cleaning ( dusty filter & fans), especially post the Covid pandemic.
