Great place to stay!! It was comfortable and walkable to everything in the area. We really enjoyed being able to grill on the patio, that’s not an option at most rentals in the area.

The place was great. Nice peaceful surroundings. Quiet neighborhood. Walkable to some local restaurants. In very close proximity to lots of grocery stores. The kitchen was very well equipped and the grill was nice. Also nice peaceful patio to relax on the back. It was nice to have the half bath downstairs, and still two full baths upstairs. They made nice additions like USB ports in the kitchen, as well as USB ports in the master bedroom. They also had a nice cabinet of prior guests leaving spices, oils, etc. for use and provided beach towels, lawn chairs and beach items, as well as a gift basket which had microwave popcorn and coffee and plenty of dish tablets as well as laundry tablets, which was very nice. The TVs are all smart TVs, so you can stream anything. The master bed was a little too firm, but the linens and pillows super nice and comfortable. This rental was phenomenal! My family had a blast and wish we stood longer. The area was great, loved how close it was to everything and how private it was. The pool was awesome and loved how close the beach was. Inside was very pretty, clean and comfortable. Thank you for a great stay! We will be back !

Good place, amazing location. The place has all you need to cook a meal. Walkable to the beach and Cologny Plaza. We rented bikes and enjoy our stay. Cons… Communication not so good. The upstairs is hot. It gets better at night and extra fans help. We had problems with roaches but they came and spray. We didn’t see any more after that. Mold in the upstairs bathrooms. Over all we had a good time.

The place was perfect! We had two parents and two kids (7 and 4). The complex was somehow nice and quiet and very close to a lots of shops, restaurants and a great playground. The back patio is so peaceful and feels secluded and the pool area is nice with plenty of chairs/tables to relax in. I highly recommend this unit and will book again with this company.

Such a great location! It’s about 10 minutes walking to the plaza with a bike rental spot on the way. Such a cute beach house vibe with plenty of privacy. We had issues with the vertical blinds but management was very responsive and everything was taken care of. We only stayed for 4 days but I could easily live there! Hopefully we’ll be back next year!

Super-cute condo. Perfectly decorated to make you feel comfortable and at home. Love the patio outback. Perfect getaway for a Girl’s Trip, but would be good for families too. Just book it!

The 2 story condo was perfect for our family! It had everything you need and a 10 minute walk to the beach. We are big on cleanliness and it was spotless. That was a major bonus for us! Our stay at the Carolina Coast Vacation Villa was wonderful! It was clean, comfy, and well taken care of. With the friendly surroundings it was an easy and lovely walk to the beach. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Location, location, location. This unit is the perfect placement for a family visiting the area. Every day we walked to the lowcountry celebration park to the pirate ship. A short and easy walk to the beach, shops, and endless restaurants. The unit is exactly as described, with anything you might need for an extended stay. The beds are all comfortable and ready to go on arrival. Check in and check out were a breeze. Don’t hesitate if you’re thinking about booking here.
