Perfect. The house was incredible, a great space for all of us. Plenty of room and great kitchen. Would highly recommend if coming with family. Would definitely book again

Several maintenance issues Some electrical sockets did not work. Light bulbs out in numerous places. No mattress pads on the beds. Bed post on the upstairs mb was loose. Several drawers on the chests were stuck Shutters in the master were either loose or missingKitchen lacked several things. Some items were not clean.I left you two dish towels. there was only one and a wash cloth. There was only pot holder and no hot pads.I left you a glass liquid measuring cup,I left you a pitcher for iced tea, etc.When we arrived, the pool was not clean.Burners in the grill need to be replaced.We appreciate that you had plenty of beach gear for us We liked the area and our family enjoyed their stay at the beach.Look forward to coming backWe have been in the vacation rental business in the past. I would have appreciated input like this to improve our clients stay.

Great House very poorly managed. I would not rent from that management company ever again. The house is for sale for 3 million and they treated it like a apartment.* Plantation shutters in 2 rooms completely broken and would not close. Master needed a blanket so people walking on path couldn’t see in. * Numerous light bulbs out* Pool filthy - we cleaned it* Pool deck filthy and sap which was on our feet the whole time * Sap all over out door furniture and Deck,which ended up on our clothes and all over us.* Light on main fan gone* Hot tub doesn’t heat* Main water filter is flashing and doesn’t work * 1 of the Bar stool the bottom is falling out * Master bath door will not close if you want to reopen it and toilet not working properly. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t and when it does, it takes 10 minutes to refill.* Master bedroom door will not lock or stay shut. * It’s a good thing The owner’s private closet was locked, but not shut because we needed the Allen wrenches in there to fix the crib.* first time I’ve ever seen a child’s leg get stuck in between the slats of a crib.FYI, if you’re about to rent the house, they emailed us one day asking if they could show the house to a prospective buyer. Pathetic.

House was as described. It was very spacious and decorated nicely. It was very clean when we arrived. Lots of extras like beach towels, chairs, wagon, etc. it would have been helpful to know that beforehand so we didn’t bring all of that though!Pool needed daily cleaning due to its location (lots of trees) and we weren’t able to really enjoy it because it wasn’t heated. Called and asked property manager about it but had no response. Beach access was great and convenient but beach restoration project was frustrating. Being a large property, it should be expected that guests might arrive separately. We requested and paid for a 4th parking pass which we picked up with no problem. However, we had problems with every car getting in except the first. We were given different instructions by entrance security and it was very frustrating for us and our later arrivers. Sea Pines needs to do better. When we tried to explain we were told different things by different guards we were told that was policy - though it was not applied by all. We will think twice before taking the wholeFamily there again.

Great location! We were to the Beach so easily which is great for 3 kids, Salty Dog, Beach Club, Plantation Golf Course, Tennis Courts, Pickleball Courts all by bike very easily. Beautiful home. The house had plenty of room for 4 adults, 3 kids, spacious. Loved that each room had a bathroom and separate living spaces for multiple families and kids if needed. Garage had a lot of beach supplies to use which was great. (beach wagon, beach chairs, boogie boards, skim board)

We had a lovely stay at this home. It was extremely spacious with lots of space for everyone and good sleeping arrangements. There were two large common areas with TVs where you could watch independently of each other. We found the dining table great for hosting Thanksgiving for our family. The home was a short walk to the beach which our kids loved. The check-in process was also smooth with the company. I don’t have much in terms of constructive feedback, but the only items I would say is the kitchen didn’t have a ton of cooking supplies and was a bit sparse for the size of the home. The pool and spa are not heated and were not clean (I suppose because it was November - though we had warm days). And the house is set far back within Sea Pines, so it is a 15 min drive once you’re within the area. Overall a great time though - we did walk to the salty dog café one day and also played pickle ball nearby. The area is idyllic with lots of walking paths - thanks for having us at your home!

Sea Pines is absolutely charming, and this house is just a very short walk to the beach. I loved that wagons were included in beach chairs, as well as umbrellas. We hope to return one day as the layout was just perfect for extended families!

Pros: Great location and house. Plenty of room to spread out. Cons: No option for heating pool and problems with HVAC (but Carolina Coast was very responsive and really tried to help our situation). Upkeep of house is declining since prior year with some maintenance repairs needed.

House is a very short walk to the beach down a private path. The open kitchen and den are a great hangout spot. PLENTY of room. Bedrooms were large and beds were comfy.

My family has vacation in Sea Pines for close to 30 years . This years home in Sea Pines is the first time my daughters and their families agreed they would like book this same house next year. The size , layout and location accommodate our growing family perfectly . The plumbing upstairs needs attention and parking with three vehicles is challenging, but other than that it is PERFECT . Thank you to the owners and the protect management company.

Nice location, main level of house updated. 5 star master on first floor. 2 level in need of updates. Poor lighting in all bedrooms, carpet needs replaced stained and very dirty. Pool area nice space, but dirty. Front porch in need of a power wash and garage door did not lock. Management charged $500 to heat the pool, and in the homeowners description it states “no Heated” pool. Called management and they removed the charge. If updates and clean up are made if would be a more inviting space.

We had a great time at Sea Pines Resort. The house was perfect for our family. The location of the beach from the house was a 5 minute walk, and the privacy of the houses and beach were great! We highly recommend this house for a family vacation of 6 adults, 3 children ages 5, 3 and 3 and an infant just under 1 year old.

We had the best time in this house! The pool was nice and walk to the beach was perfect! My 8yo grandson keep a list of all the animals we saw on our trip and we were surprised how many we saw. We usually go to Seaside Fl, but Hilton Head is our new go to! Thanks for a great memory making trip!

This was our first family college spring break trip as our two kids are now both in college. The accommodations were ideal for our family. We enjoyed games nights while also giving the kids space (to look at their phones). The beach access was just steps away for morning walks so that worked out perfectly (as long as you remember the walkway marking on the beach lol ). I would highly recommend this property.

This house was amazing for a weekend and was able to accommodate 10 adults in my party. The beach is a 2 minute walk away and the location feels mostly private. The house has a wonderful layout and unique character. The host was helpful and very responsive. We had one minor maintenance issue that was discussed and resolved to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend this place!

We come to Sea Pines every year, and always stay at a home with a pool and within 3-4 houses of the beach. In terms of location, this home was perfectly situated -a very easy walk to the beach. That was correct. However, unfortunately, that was the best thing. There were many broken items in the house (blinds were broken, wooden slats were missing), it wasn't fully cleaned (dirty hair in multiple baths - particularly in the one where I had planned to bathe the baby, which was disgusting). Some areas had been re-done (like the primary bedroom bath), while others were entirely dilapidated. Most disappointing, was how the management responded when we had an issue. We called them to heat the pool (I had thought it was heated beforehand, since it referenced a "spa/hot tub" in the description), but never specifically REQUESTED this. I called as we were headed there - and was told they would call the owners to ask (I told them i would pay ALL fees for this) and call me back. NO call. We get to the home - the pool is FREEZING (it's shaded). My kids (who do swim team, used to cold pools) even hated it. I contacted management - and received the most curt, most unpleasant response possible. No "we're sorry it's cold" even...just downright officious. We spent the week avoiding the pool - which is unfortunate, given that we rented it with that being half the purpose, and never bothered to contact management again, as I now knew how to expect their responses.

Enjoyed the house. Was very roomy. Showers in some rooms need attention. Either cold water or water gushed out. Need larger bbq for this size house. Too small a grill for so many guests. Overall we were very satisfied

You cannot beat the location of this house! We have a 7 month old and a 3 year old and the walk to the beach was super easy for everyone. The kitchen was awesome and had all the essentials. I would tell anyone else looking to book this spot to bring most of anything you use in your home especially if you plan to cook/eat or do laundry here. Only two dishwasher pods are provided, only one thing of laundry soap provided, only one role of paper towels provided, the toilet paper is so thin it is tough to wipe (glad my husband brought his own). Additionally all the bedrooms have windows that don’t have coverings except one. If you have Littles like us who need dark rooms make sure you bring extra blackout shades or slumberpods. Last, bring your own rugs. There is no rug inside the front door or the door from the pool/outdoor shower, when we arrived it was pouring and multiple people slipped and fell coming into the house. Overall great stay, pool was awesome too!

The house is very spacious and updated and easily fit 11 of us kids and adults. Clean and comfy. There were some issues with the house and the property manager responded quickly.
