Dog Friendly Villa Walk to the Beach

The location was amazing. Very close to beach and shopping and restaurants. Place was cozy and great for the dogs. Quiet and safe. Will definitely come again!

We had a great time at this place! very convenient location if you travel with the kids since the beach is right cross the street,the park with very nice playground is 5 minutes away. The big plaza with a buch of shops and restaurants is also in a walking distance. The host provided all the essentials for the beach which was very helpful. we will definitely stay here next time!

Wonderful stay, clean house, very comfortable and “ homey” You cannot beat the location closed to the beach and to Coligny Plaza. We were able to watch the sunrise on the beach with our little dog who had a blast . Thank you for hosting us and our little fur baby.

I needed to get out of town for a few days to relax and write. I've never been to Hilton Head, except to visit friends. This listing was FANTASTIC!! It is so close to the beach! It is so clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable. They even had doggie poo bags for my little fur baby. They had beach chairs and umbrellas available as well. It was the perfect location. Other reviews mentioned that it needs a little TLC, and I couldn't disagree more. It is a very nice, well-kept, well-maintained, beautiful home. When I come back to Hilton Head, I will be staying there again for sure.

We loved the location, the easy walk to the beach. We appreciated the extra conveniences like the laundry detergent, the coffee pods. One of the few pet-friendly places in HHI.

Great stay. As other reviews mentioned, the place needs some TLC. A VERY IMPORTANT NOTE THAT I WISH WE HAD KNOWN PRIOR TO BOOKING: The air conditioner cannot be set below 72 degrees. Also, the dryer only works in 25-minute increments. These two things were disappointing since we were traveling with young kids. There was a very nice welcome gift upon arrival, but simultaneously the hosts neglected to provide basic amenities like hand soap... The pool was a hit with our kids, but even that felt a little under-maintained. For example, there was a leak in the baby pool that locals said had been like that for over a year. All in all, it was a great stay, but we will probably stay somewhere else during our next visit to Hilton Head.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect; just a short walk to the beach and close to great restaurants. The home was very comfortable for our family, and the kitchen was impressively well stocked with everything we needed.

The family had a great time, they enjoy it to the extend that we will return soon. Some minor hiccups such as the water spigot outside that did not have water, but we still manage to enjoy our time in Hilton Island. Thanks for all the good communication and quick responses.

The villa was great. It is a bit dated and the tub didn't drain well. For all of it's flaws, the location couldn't be beat and Carolina Coast Vacations were unbelieveably responsive and was able to cater to my needs. I would highly recommend them!

The condo was nice but really needed some TLC. The bathtub faucet was broken, so you could not take a shower. They did come and fix it promptly, it was just inconvenient (ESPECIALLY WHEN SHARING A BATHROOM). We couldn't shower when we arrived. We Had to wait until the next day after it was fixed. The area was ok, the walk to the beach is not too far but the path is thin and overgrown. They do have beach chairs there and an umbrella so that was nice. The outdoor table was not cleaned off and the chairs were dirty as well, so not very inviting to sit outside. There was no grill, which would have been nice. Over all its not bad, Its an easy walk to get places. I just think it was a bit overpriced for what they offered. Keep in mind there is only one bathroom,so you have to share.

Nice place, walking distance to Coligny Beach. Very well decorated and well equipped unit on two(2) floors. I would like to come back next year unless there is a trade dispute with Canada. I stand with my country.

Location, location, location. The condo really is just a 5 minute walk to the beach. There is a public pass-through walkway through another complex about half a block away. The place has plenty of room for a small family. My only quibble was that some of the items clearly needed a repair (clothes dryer, light switches). Overall, it is a really great place to stay. I would stay there again.

This villa was perfect. We really liked the bedrooms being upstairs and the living room (new furniture) and kitchen areas (with washer/dryer). The walk to the beach was literally right across the street down a path! PERFECT! The pool was great too. Coligny Plaza was right up the road with all the shops and restaurants. Great location and the layout of the villa was great too!
