Fairway One Villa Golf Lagoon Views Walk to Beach Club

Beautiful location with views of the golf course and located across the street from the Beach Club and the surf. The property was clean and well equipped for our visit - a destination wedding weekend. Instructions/communication was clear - no hesitation in recommending this property to others.

A great location right across from the beach. Looked just like the pictures. Two rooms are technically adjoined but there is a way to not enter the other room to get to living area by using an outside door. Met our needs!

Our stay at the villa was exactly what we expected and more! The location was perfect for us. We rented bikes from Island Life Bike Rentals on HH so we had bikes waiting for us upon arrival. Highly recommend renting bikes from them to enjoy the beauty as you ride around the island. The back of the villa has amazing views of the golf course and the front is directly across from the beach entrance at Sea Pines Beach Club, and it's only 2 miles to Harbour Town with sidewalks the whole way. There are miles of endless beach with hard sand to ride on. The villa itself was spectacular, exactly as pictured and very spacious. The guest rooms have their own wing making it private and separate from the primary rooms. The (2) full baths is a big plus as well as a full washer/dryer. The beds were super comfortable and made with fresh linens. We will come back and stay in this villa for sure!!

My buddies and I stayed here for a golf trip. The home has an awesome view of the golf course. The weather was so nice, we enjoyed the Beach Club across the street for dinner and drinks in the evening. Will book again.

For a family of 4 and grandparents the layout is great with jack and Jill bathrooms for kids .Location location location. Being across the street from the beach club is also great for families . Fairway one view is terrific.

We had a long weekend stay. It was amazing. Right across from the beach and exactly what we hoped for! Watched golfers tee off and played card games at night.

My family and I stayed at this home for a week at the end of July during a family reunion in HHI. This home was absolutely beautiful from the inside out! It had a great location being across the beach club with beach access, along with the trolley stop. It had beautiful views of the golf course, spacious bedrooms, lots of extra's (beach chairs, beach towels, beach wagon). There was plenty of room to accommodate my family of 4 plus 2 friends. The unit was very clean and very comfortable, and having a full washer and dryer helped during the week. We truly enjoyed our stay at this unit and we can't wait to come back! The host responded to any of my questions/needs right away. Thank you for helping my family and I have a fabulous time in HHI! Wish we could have stayed longer.

I think the view would have been nice - it rained the entire stay and was overcast, but we did see an alligator right across the lagoon! Directly across the street from the Sea Pines Beach Club made the rainy days not as bad. Great location and easy entrance/exit through the Sea Pines Ocean Gate vs the main gate. All the light bulbs in the lamps were fluorescent hospital lights that were better for creating a headache vs lighting anything up to see. LED bulbs are great, but they make "warm" light vs. operating room. Other than that, we loved the condo! Clean, comfortable, nice TV and internet. Good HVAC.
