Fairway One Villa Golf Lagoon Views Walk to Beach Club

This property was in an excellent location right across the street from the beach club and next door to one of the golf courses so we were able to easily walk to both. The condo had lots of space and a great view. In the main tourist season there is a trolley that stops just across the street which is very convenient for easily accessing anything in the Sea Pines!The layout would not have worked with 6 adult guests as you had to walk through one bedroom to get to the 2nd bathroom and 3rd bedroom. Furnishings and carpet were a little dated and tired, but for a family vacation it would be fine. The condo was generally clean, but a few of the rugs were dirty when we arrived, so we washed them.The climate control system worked well--we were comfortable in both cold and warmer weather.The host was responsive when we had an issue with neighbors who had blocked in our car. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

I think the view would have been nice - it rained the entire stay and was overcast, but we did see an alligator right across the lagoon! Directly across the street from the Sea Pines Beach Club made the rainy days not as bad. Great location and easy entrance/exit through the Sea Pines Ocean Gate vs the main gate. All the light bulbs in the lamps were fluorescent hospital lights that were better for creating a headache vs lighting anything up to see. LED bulbs are great, but they make "warm" light vs. operating room. Other than that, we loved the condo! Clean, comfortable, nice TV and internet. Good HVAC.

The perfect location! It’s right across from the beach, we walked everyday. The condo was much bigger than we expect! It has a beautiful view of the golf course and pond in the back. The front court yard was spacious and private. I appreciated that it had all the beach gear we needed. I liked that it was well furnished! It had a large dining room table that sat 8 people, and various other seating options which is nice if you are vacationing with the whole family. The layout of the condo was very well thought out! The price is unbeatable! I come to Hilton head every year with my mom and this is the nicest condo and location we’ve stayed in. In previous trips we’ve spent more money on a less desirable condo, so this is a pleasant change! We definitely will be coming back next year and I’ve already planned to come here on another trip with my boyfriend and his immediate family as well!

For a family of 4 and grandparents the layout is great with jack and Jill bathrooms for kids .Location location location. Being across the street from the beach club is also great for families . Fairway one view is terrific.

Nice place to stay. Easy walk to the beach. You do have to walk through one bedroom to get to the third bedroom. It was ok because we had kids in the first room. Would not be ideal if you had adults staying in the first bedroom. The place was mostly clean, the ceiling was noticeably dirty in the main living area. The water dispenser did not work on the fridge.

Hi, This villa is in a great location and we really enjoyed our stay. The view of the golf course is great as well. However, for the rental cost, I do feel that the bathrooms need to be updated, especially the master. The kitchen needs to be stocked a little better as well, especially if you have a full house. Also, one minor point, it seemed all of the other units had outdoor showers but this one.

The villa is well located in Sea Pines. The beach club is across the street and many trails for walking and biking are nearby. The villa was quiet and very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay in Sea Pines was wonderful. The condo was a perfect location just across the street from the beach and had a beautiful view of the golf course. The bike rental shop was within walking distance and the complex that our unit was in was very quiet and peaceful.

We had a long weekend stay. It was amazing. Right across from the beach and exactly what we hoped for! Watched golfers tee off and played card games at night.

Very nice location. It was unfortunate that the heating system failed and the condo alarm system failed. Also the pots and pans were not clean. The pots and pans still had burned food on them. Had to clean myself. Dishes were old and cracked. Really too bad as the location is very nice. Frig was not fully operational and stove light was broken. There were bugs in the bathroom sinks for 3 nights. We were instructed to flush sinks with water for 5-10 minutes. After the fourth night the bugs seemed to be gone. Can deal with some of this stuff for a few nights but we were there for a month. Over priced for what the condition was.

This villa has a beautiful view in an unbeatable location, but unfortunately it was not what we had hoped it would be. The layout is misleading. Technically, yes, the villa can sleep 8. However, the max. number of people it can hold comfortably is 6. There are only 2 bathrooms and one of the bedrooms (w/ the twin beds) is open to the hallway that leads to the back bedroom, so there is very little privacy. There was loud construction going on next door that I was not made aware of before our trip, though they were respectful and did not start working too early and stopped by 5pm. There was an alarm in the villa that went off 10+ times and we had to follow the host's instructions repeatedly to turn it off. There was no permanent solution and it went off at all times of day/night. The villa also needs some repairs: the fridge water filter, one of the stovetop burners, the sunroom light, and several outlets throughout the villa don't work. We enjoyed our stay but prob. will not return.

Great place to stay - loved the short distance to walk to the beach. Very quiet setting, lots of space. The 5 girlfriends bike trip was a blast. There are 3 bedrooms; however, the one bedroom has to walk through the bedroom with twin beds - nothing major for us. There was an alarm panel that beeped, but we contacted the host and they texted a solution. They seemed to be available anytime of day - so great, friendly and fast response. We would definitely stay at this same place again! Loved being in Sea Pines area too. Great comfy beds, clean linens everywhere! Thanks

Our stay at the villa was exactly what we expected and more! The location was perfect for us. We rented bikes from Island Life Bike Rentals on HH so we had bikes waiting for us upon arrival. Highly recommend renting bikes from them to enjoy the beauty as you ride around the island. The back of the villa has amazing views of the golf course and the front is directly across from the beach entrance at Sea Pines Beach Club, and it's only 2 miles to Harbour Town with sidewalks the whole way. There are miles of endless beach with hard sand to ride on. The villa itself was spectacular, exactly as pictured and very spacious. The guest rooms have their own wing making it private and separate from the primary rooms. The (2) full baths is a big plus as well as a full washer/dryer. The beds were super comfortable and made with fresh linens. We will come back and stay in this villa for sure!!

My family and I stayed at this home for a week at the end of July during a family reunion in HHI. This home was absolutely beautiful from the inside out! It had a great location being across the beach club with beach access, along with the trolley stop. It had beautiful views of the golf course, spacious bedrooms, lots of extra's (beach chairs, beach towels, beach wagon). There was plenty of room to accommodate my family of 4 plus 2 friends. The unit was very clean and very comfortable, and having a full washer and dryer helped during the week. We truly enjoyed our stay at this unit and we can't wait to come back! The host responded to any of my questions/needs right away. Thank you for helping my family and I have a fabulous time in HHI! Wish we could have stayed longer.

We absolutely loved this villa! We’ve been coming for years and this was by far our favorite location. Right across from the beach, the house itself is so peaceful with a beautiful view! We were greeted daily by our two gator friends that hung out in the backyard (which we adored) and had overall such a great time. We will definitely be back!

House was exactly as described and perfect for our 2 families with 4 littles - 2 king rooms was amazing! Could not have asked for a better location (literally 5 min walk to the beach!) and the private courtyard was a dream for laying out beach toys and an extra play space for the kids. Beds were extremely comfortable, bathrooms were incredibly clean and the space was open and inviting. We will definitely be booking again!

If I could leave more than 5 stars for location I would. We have been coming to Sea Pines for years and this is by far the best location. No need for trolley at. As this is literally across the street from the beach and avoid loading up/unloading off trolley to and from beach, we actually had more beach time on this trip than we have had before. The views of fairway one out the back windows were beautiful. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of household items and beach accessories available. The interior could use some updating but with this location, it makes anything lacking on the interior a minor detail. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay! It was just a few minutes walk to the beach, right across from the Sea Pines beach club, which was awesome! Also, only a 10 minute walk to the Plantation Golf course. Beautiful view out the back of the first fairway, and a very quiet community to stay in. We always enjoy coming to Hilton Head and Sea Pines never disappoints. We truly appreciate the opportunity to stay here!

My buddies and I stayed here for a golf trip. The home has an awesome view of the golf course. The weather was so nice, we enjoyed the Beach Club across the street for dinner and drinks in the evening. Will book again.
