Absolutely LOVED this condo! This was our first trip to HHI with our two young boys and the location couldn’t have been more perfect. Walking distance to everything you need. Felt very safe and secure in the gated property. This unit is literally steps away from pool which was so convenient and had a short walk to the beach. Amenities were wonderful!! Unit was updated and had everything you need. Very clean and comfortable and good towels and beach chairs provided. Would absolutely stay here again!!

Condo was beautiful and perfect for my family for a quick weekend getaway. We really enjoyed the location and having the pool within steps of the back patio. The condo was clean and stocked with everything we could have needed. Some of the furniture could be updated (primary room mattress was severely sagging and very uncomfortable). Very responsive and friendly host. Thoughtful welcome amenities. We look forward to returning to this condo, I’m just hopeful there will be a new mattress when we return.

We are a family of 4, with two small kids and we loved the easy walk to the pool and beach! We all enjoyed the big screen TV for movie nights too! The villa was in great condition, just as described. We would definitely stay again!

Great place. We would stay here again. The convenience was incredible. So close to the pool and beach boardwalk. We especially loved that it opened up to the grassy quad area. It was great for our kids. Walkable to all that coligny has to offer. Only things I can think of to make it better is if the property had a communal grill area, and if they had ceiling fans. Great experience and we will likely stay here again!

Everything was great and as advertised. Everything worked. Beach chairs were either new or in very good condition, and came with a wagon that worked well to roll to the beach. No beach umbrellas, but they don’t claim to, so we brought our own. Very large tv in living room, over 90 inch. WiFi worked well. No issues other than the beds and pillows could be a little better, but that is a common issue.

Amazing value for families. This ground level end unit is right by the pool and closest unit to the beach. The grassy area was a bonus, big enough for baseball, soccer, frisbee, etc. It was awesome to eat outside on the patio. Unit is updated really well. The kitchen and bathrooms make us want to renovate our house! The living room TV is like a home theater. We rode bikes to the park and restaurants daily.

We had a great stay with Carolina Coast Vacations! The condo was perfect, we were within walking distance of shopping/restaurants, and couldn’t have asked for better beach access. My only complaint was the very loud maintenance noise from 8a-5p that woke us up, but that’s not in the owners control!

This place was beautiful! All the best parts of Hilton Head were a short walk away. The pool and hot tub were just steps from our unit as well as a large grassy area our kids used to toss a ball. The unit was extremely well supplied with everything we needed. They even included quality beach chairs and a wagon for the super short walk to the beach. Our kids also loved the board games provided when we had a rainy afternoon. Overall, we highly recommend this spot!
