Harbourside Villa Steps to Shops Dining Marina

We had a great time staying at Harbourside. It's in a great marina community with restaurants, stores. boating activities all a short walk from the condo. We had one minor maintenance issue and it was taken care of within hours of us calling. The unit itself has a great layout and we enjoyed having a two story unit.

You can't beat the ability to walk down a flight of steps and out onto the harbor! We loved strolling the walkway, seeing the fireworks, and dining at the restaurants. Plus having the PD amenities was also a win! Excellent place for the price. And let me say one more time how exceptional the folks at Carolina Coast were!

This was our first time visiting Hilton Head and we would definitely stay here again! The location and amenities were amazing, and we had a great week here.

Amazing place and incredible location with all the amenities, shopping, and restaurants in walking distance around the harbor. I brought my bicycle and enjoyed the trails around Hilton Head and being in a very bike friendly community.

Great place to stay. We’ve stayed in the complex before, actually right next door so getting there was super easy for us. Host was very helpful and communicated well. The upstairs bathroom didn’t have the best water pressure, but that’s seriously the smallest thing and the only thing we didn’t love, everything else was amazing! The marina always has events going on so there was plenty to do. Would totally stay here again and I highly suggest you stay here too!

The property is in a very nice harbor area with restaurants within walking distance. It was well equipped and very comfortable. We used is as a base to explore the southern part of the SC Coastline. We had a great stay and plan to be back.

We can’t say enough about the responsiveness of the Carolina Coast team ! We had 2 questions during our stay and they were answered within minutes. A fantastic location - we walked down to Hilton Head Social Bakery for delicious croissants in the morning. Restaurants , dolphin tours and the amazing marina are literally right downstairs… book it !

Husband and I stayed here for 2 weeks. We very much enjoyed our stay, the unit is very comfortable and great location. Fun walking around Shelter Cove, and enjoyed the restaurants and shops. Rode our bikes most days to the beach. The unit could use some updating, but wasn’t an issue.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. We love staying here. The convenience of staying in Shelter Cove is unmatched. It was also really nice to avoid the hassle of beach parking by taking the Dunes Buggy.

We enjoyed our stay. The property was in a great location to take advantage of the Palmetto Dunes amenities. It met our needs perfectly. The hosts had great communication. We will definitely consider Carolina Coast Vacations for future vacations.

Pros: It was a nice floor plan. Within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Good location. Comfortable. Cons: It needs some updating. Cracks in floors. Noisy outside. It said kids free unit but kids were playing outside our door in the morning making a lot of noise.

My husband and I escaped the cooler weather this winter and stayed 15 days here. This one bedroom was perfect for us. The condo was very clean and had everything needed to settle right in. It is clear the management company does a very good job. We love Shelter Cove--it is centrally located and you can walk to everything! The best restaurants on the island are literally at your door. We would have loved to stay longer and will be back soon!!!

The condo was very nice. Everything was very clean and well organized. The light in the bedroom was not the most user friendly and the HVAC needed servicing. However, I would consider both of those things very small inconveniences. Overall, the place is incredible. As for the check-in process, it can be slightly daunting. First we had to find a lock box in shopping plaza with vague instructions. We also were not provided the access code to our condo like we were suppose to be. Luckily, someone in the leasing office was able to help me get squared away. The staff at the leasing office is very friendly and helpful. Despite my previous comments, I could not recommend staying here enough. We will definitely be back. The location is fantastic. I love staying in Shelter Cove. There are so many restaurant options, all of which are incredible, just downstairs of your condo. If you stay, you must stop in the Hilton Head Social Bakery. Fireworks are every Tuesday night throughout the summer. There are tons of activities within the harbor, where you will likely see alligators and manatee. Beach access is a short drive and not overly crowded. In conclusion, I strongly recommend staying here.

Property was fantastic as advertised and close to walking trails, golf and places to eat. Perfect for the two of us. Although not an issue for us (yet :) ) I would caution those with mobility issues that the spiral staircase might prove to be a challenge for some.

Very clean, bedroom upstairs very large, bed really comfortable. My only critique is there were only 4 dinner plates so having our friends for dinner wasn’t possible. The large jetted tub was nice but the water was Luke warm. The balcony overlooked the dumpsters and parking lot. Nice area to be in though with restaurants and shops

The condo was clean and very nicely decorated. Very nice condo overall. The location right on the Marina was wonderful! Everything you wanted in restaurants, coffee shop and retail stores right below! The balcony could have had better furniture to match the inside though, making it more inviting to sit there. Wonderful walking area and we enjoyed renting the bikes. awesome.

Really lovely place! My wife and I really enjoyed staying here. It was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. There are many shops right near by as well as the Breeze Trolley service and Dune Buggy service to get around. We decided to rent a car to make things easier, but its definitely not a necessity! Many great places to eat right near by, I recommend the Social Bakery for lunch or breakfast (literally right bellow the apartment!). There are wonderful sunsets and relaxing evening walks along the cove to be had. The hosts were very kinds and easy-going, would absolutely recommend to friends and family.
