Harbourwood Villa 150 Golf Views of Harbour Town

Beautiful location on the golf course! It was very peaceful and we enjoyed sitting on the back porch. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean. We would stay there again!

We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect and within walking distance to Harbourtown there were some minor issues like ripped screens, lightbulbs out and part of the front blind by the front door missing or cracked the air-conditioning also wasn’t working when we first arrived, but Carolina coastal vacations was proactive at getting someone to come out and it was fixed. Overall four out of five stars for location. The back porch area was wonderful and spacious.

Exceptional location on the 9th fairway or Harbor Town Links. Easy walk to the lighthouse shopping area and the Links clubhouse and restaurant. Short 5 minute drive to supermarkets and pharmacy.

Everything you need. The sunroom and kitchen were great. Bedroom and bathrooms could use a handyman but it’s a wonderful location and cute little place.

We absolutely loved the condo and especially the location. The furniture was comfortable and the sunroom was a wonderful place to sit and enjoy our morning coffee. We had an issue with a toilet that kept running and called to report it. They promptly sent someone to check it out. But it wasn’t someone who could fix it. She said that they would send someone out to fix it, but never did so we just lived with it. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need including a crock pot which was unexpected! However, a few of the dishes/mixing bowls were dirty and had to be washed before using. It was nice to have an enclosed area to store our rental bikes. And the proximity to Harbour Town made a nice ride for breakfast or watching the sunset. It would have been nice to have a pool pass, but the Sea Pines beach club is a short drive away. Though there are signs of some needed TLC upkeep (screen in the screen door is torn and loose, paint wearing thin under the picture windows) the unit was homey and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location looking direct at the Harbour Town Clubhouse. Kitchen has all pots / pans / utensils needed to cook (for once we didn’t need to buy a pan or utensil). Has beach chairs etc also. Our 3 weeks went quick!

We enjoyed spending a week in this villa. The location was perfect for our needs. The kitchen is well equipped, but it could use a refresh on some of the appliances/pans. Cleanliness was adequate, but could use a thorough cleaning. We brought our own lounge to watch the golfers go by -- a great way to spend a sunny afternoon. We will definitely return.

We had a great stay over the 4th of July. We are regulars to Sea Pines (have been going regularly for over 15 years) and we all agreed this was one of our favorite places. The condo was a perfect spot - great location, comfortable cnd clean). We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location and utilities all in working order. I would happily stay there again. A couple of the screens on the property are in need of repair (allows for insects to make entry when doors or window are open and air not on). One of the storm window frames on the 3 season porch is in need of repair, to block insects from entering the porch.
