We had a great experience! Everything was as described. Condo was clean and in good shape. Had a few questions and always received responses very quickly. The location is great. Definitely could walk to the beach and the Coligny area shops and restaurants. Appreciated the wagon to transport our beach gear. Very happy with our stay.

The place was exactly as described & fully stocked with everything needed for a great beach stay. The owners have a beautiful unit & our stay was wonderful. Only issue was the bathtub stopper doesn’t work so we were unable to give 2 yr old a bath. Realty company did not activate entry code prior to arrival or respond to numerous calls. Airbnb was contacted & door code was then activated. We were left outside waiting during all of this with a 2 yr old.

We had a wonderful time vacationing for a week with our young adult children at this property. Spacious, conveniently located to beach and shops, well-equipped, clean and comfortable. The powerful air conditioning was especially appreciated.

We loved staying at this condo! The higher ceilings made the space feel larger, the master bedroom was spacious, and we couldn’t hear anyone above us. Great location for walking to beach, coffee, dining, mom and pop shops, and more. The beach accessories (wagon, chairs, umbrella, etc.) were in great condition. We would certainly stay here again! One thing to note: we did not hang out on the balcony much because the a/c units were loud and ran the entire time. It was 100* during our stay, so we didn’t mind since we wanted to stay cool inside, but if it were a little less hot, we could have been bummed about the noise. All in all, a fantastic and roomy place for my family of four to stay.

We had a wonderful stay here. The location was perfect - walking distance to the beach and lots of restaurants. The rooms were nice and on separate sides of the condo so we had privacy from the kids. The sand toys and beach wagon definitely came in handy. Thank you for the hospitality!

We had a great stay. We really appreciated the extra amenities for our 13 month old-pack ‘n play, booster seat, and wagon for the beach. Being so close to restaurants and the beach made everything so convenient.

This villa looks just like the photos.. bright and lovely.. had all of stuff you needed for beach though we could not figure out sunshade think some pieces were missing but no big deal. It was so close to the beach. The place felt very clean and had everything you need to feel right at home.. there were a few spots around a kitchen knob but those can be easy to miss..i just wiped down.. no biggie. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay there again!

Incredible stay! We were so happy that we extended! The apartment has everything you need for a perfect family vacation from beach chairs, towels, and a wagon to board games! The apartment is also incredibly well laid out. The two bedrooms are on opposite sides so you have full privacy. It also has a great relaxed, coastal vibe. My favorite was the location- above a tennis/pickleball court & pool and across the street from the beach. Everything was walkable. My husband and kids said it was their favorite airbnb that we have stayed at. We have nothing but positive things to say about the condo.

We had to cancel our booking last minute due to cyclone Debby. This tropical storm caused severe flooding, power outages, and transport problems. We provided multiple images of the severe weather warnings, and even the link to the Hilton head website stating severe weather risk. The host never acknowledged this and still expected us to travel there with small children. They refused to issue a refund.

This condo was perfect for our family of 4. It was spacious and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Very close walk to beach and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!

Great stay for our family of four! Plenty of space and very clean. We enjoyed using the pool at the complex. Short walk to the beach and very close to many restaurants and grocery store. Would definitely recommended!

We had a great family trip. Great location! No issues whatsoever. Cute place and perfect size for a family of 3. Parking underground was convenient and kept the car cool. Easy walk to the beach and Coligny Plaza but also continue to many other attractions and restaurants in the area.

We had a great stay as a family of 5! 2 adults and 3 kids (10,7,2) Plenty of room for us. Walkable to the beach, super helpful they have a wagon, plenty of beach toys, tent, etc for the beach! Nice and clean when we arrived, quiet area

Check in was a breeze. We loved the location. We couldn't believe how clean it was. If we are traveling to Hilton Head again we will stay here again. We loved the peace and quiet. Everything was so well documented and great instructions. Just an idea for the host is to label the garbage disposal switch. I turned that on twice when I wanted to turn on the overhead light in the kitchen.

Perfect location with kids. Pool on site. Easy walk across the street to beach. Easy walk to park with awesome playground. Multiple restaurants and places to get ice cream and treats that are walkable too. Property was clean and had everything we needed.

My family and I had a fantastic stay here! The location was amazing! It was walkable to the beach and the unit provided beach chairs, towels, beach wagon and toys which my girls loved. It is also walkable to a cute shopping area with restaurants, cute shops, and a grocery store. The kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed. Parking was convenient. The unit was very clean and the in unit washer/dryer was very handy.

The location was fantastic. We could walk to the beach as well as shops and restaurants. It was close to the ocean so we could here the waves as well. We did have a bit of an water damage after a sever storm that knocked down trees in the area but the team responded quickly and addressed the issues very quickly. I would visit again in the future.
