Immaculate Beach Villa Spacious Floor Plan

We have been staying at Palmetto Dunes properties for years and this one was a disappointment. The rugs, furniture and bedding are in need of cleaning or replacement. The AC unit was not adequate and we were very uncomfortable sleeping at night due to the lack of air circulation. The master shower needs to have the shower drain snaked as the water backed up in the shower each time it was used and we had to stand in water while showering. Was not the best value per night for the space.

We were totally comfortable during our stay. The directions / instructions made it easy. We especially appreciated the inclusion of the parking pass and the throw blankets (it was cold during our stay.)We would stay here again.

Walked to the general store each morning. Played pickelball at the courts in Palmetto Dunes. Enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Walked the beach.

Beautiful property! The unit itself is clean and lovely with a classy, updated kitchen and bathrooms, very comfortable beds, and balconies that give you a glimpse of the ocean. The complex offers both serenity and fun — two outdoor pools, hot tub, health center, grilling and picnic area, tranquil paths around ponds, and a quality rinse station coming off the beach. Buildings are solid; we barely heard any neighbors. We ended up here after staying elsewhere for a couple of days, due to an unexpected issue at the first property we had booked. Property managers handled the transition professionally.

We have been staying at Villamere for over ten years… this property was one of the best! There was a slight issue with the AC… however… we made one phone call and it was fixed immediately.

Perfect location in Palmetto Dunes! Villamare was super clean & family friendly. Plenty of parking! The unit itself was clean, fully stocked, and roomy. The location is prime especially for families. The pool and the beach are on site and an easy 2 mins walk, if that! The adult only pool was a nice option if you want to have some quiet pool time as well. We will definitely be back!

The listing itself was recently updated and very nicely done. Good location near bike rentals, tennis, restaurants and general store. Host was responsive to our request for updated pass codes for pool and beach access.

Beautiful condo in a perfect location to enjoy Villemare and Palmetto Dunes. Spotlessly clean and tastefully furnished, very spacious and comfortable. The host provided excellent communication and a nice welcome bag with some helpful basics to get us started (coffee, snacks, soaps, etc.) We would happily rent this unit again!

The good: location is good but has an extremely limited beach/ocean view, ocean is a 3 min walk. Pool is nice. Palmetto Dunes is great.Not good: extremely limited wifi. Could not stream anything on the television, that was disappointing. The beach chairs provided were not in good shape, would be good for owners to get some nicer once’s. Contacted the property manager about wifi and streaming, they answered but overall the issues were not resolved. I wouldn’t go back as I work while on vacation and the wifi was too spotty to get consistent strong signal for teams calls.

This was our first visit to the property. Nice updated property, close to shopping and great restaurants. Quiet with nice views from balconies. Indoor/outdoor pools and fitness center well equipped and just a few steps away. Comfortable bedding and well equipped kitchen. We will be coming back!

We have been visiting Hilton Head for over 50 years. We love Palmetto Dunes and have stayed on various properties over time. We enjoyed our stay at Villamare. It is a very well-maintained property and in a great location. The unit we rented at Villamare had good bones, meaning it had a very nice layout and matched the photos advertised. Our disappointment centered around the furnishings. To elaborate ... the sliding door off the master bedroom had a screen door that was off-track and we had to take it down to have access to our balcony; sofas were dated and stained in several places and the rug beneath the sofa was upturned about 7-8" and we had to place something on it to prevent tripping; king bedspread was stained; the kitchen needed more cookware (skillets and pots). The furnishings are dated/tired and need to be updated. We would stay at Villamare again but not in this unit.

We had a great stay and enjoyed the easy 5-minute walk to the beach and the beautiful pools and hot tub. The condo is nicely updated and has everything to make your stay accommodating. Having a beach wagon and chairs available for use was incredibly convenient. The only minor issues we noticed were the quilt in the main bedroom, which was visibly dirty, and the couch, which had noticeable stains. However, everything was beautiful aside from that, and we truly enjoyed our stay!

Perfect location! Easy walk to pools and beach. Also, very walkable to pickleball and tennis. Condo was exactly as described and loved all the amenities. It was our first time flying to HHI so loved the fact there were all the beach equipment and towels provided. We usually drive and pack all that from home. Everything we needed for another awesome trip to our favorite island.

The space, surroundings and stay were as described. Where the unit is situated on property provides easy access to both pools, beach and covered parking area. Luggage carts are available for easy loading and unloading. We truly enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to coming back soon.

We stayed here with our daughters family and 1.5yr old and had a great time! Place was clean and looked exactly as pictured - we just wish we could see more of the ocean, but it did not change our view of the condo. Loved having an elevator and 2 full on-suites too. We'll be back Hilton Head

The size and set up were perfect for 2 couples. Kitchen was lovely and well equipped. The 2 bedrooms, each with own bath worked out so well. Comfortable beds and the rain head shower was wonderful. Both balconies were put to good use. Very short stroll to the pools and beach. Would happily stay here again.

This condo was great. Clean and spacious and cozy, our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The condo was in a quiet location, only minutes to the pool and beach. We loved that it was renovated and had all the newer appliances. The kitchen had everything we needed when we cooked meals for our kids, the beds were very comfortable and we had fun playing all the family games and reading books that were provided for the kids. We would definitely come back!

This property had everything we needed. The unit looked like the pictures, and we had plenty of space. The spa-like walk-in shower was a highlight, and we enjoyed eating out on either of the two balconies. Everything was clean and we had enough provided supplies (tp, trash bags, etc) to last the week. We appreciated the extra bath towels and beach towels. The two outdoor pools are very nice, with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas. I especially enjoyed the adults -only pool area. It’s not far at all to the pools and beach. It’s close to everything you need on the island. We’d happily stay in this unit again! The only minor thing is that the WiFi is slow, but on vacation that’s not a big deal to me. Thanks!

Our stay in Hilton Head was wonderful. The unit was very spacious. It was a very easy walk to beach and pool. The kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed. The wagon the unit supplied was great to take things to the beach. The chairs supplied were in rough shape but within a hour of contacting Carolina Costal, new chairs were delivered to our unit. The check in and check out were extremely easy. I would stay again.

The door lock would not work when we arrived but was able to be opened remotely and was serviced shortly ward. Beautifully, tastefully decorated. Amenities all there down to “to-go” coffee mugs for mornings on the beach to tons of easy reading books and games for all ages to a beach wagon with chairs- score! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would book here again.

We loved the location. On the beach, walked out every morning. Also walkable to shops and restaurants. Used indoor pool and hot tub every day which was a hit with my two young children. Look forward to coming back again!

2416 provided an excellent short vacation for our family that’s been coming to HHI for 35 years. Beds were comfy, kitchen was well-appointed, and the showers were amazing! Beautiful grounds with easy access to the beach add to the overall excellent experience. I loved being able to walk to the General Store and the beach club. Our family gives 2416 Villamare 5 stars!

We come to Hilton Head every winter and always enjoy a place near the ocean. The condo was in a perfect spot for us to enjoy the indoor pool and hot tub during the winter. When there was an issue with one of the tv’s and shower, they sent someone over to fix both. Would stay here again.
