Immaculate Beach Villa Spacious Floor Plan

The size and set up were perfect for 2 couples. Kitchen was lovely and well equipped. The 2 bedrooms, each with own bath worked out so well. Comfortable beds and the rain head shower was wonderful. Both balconies were put to good use. Very short stroll to the pools and beach. Would happily stay here again.

This condo was great. Clean and spacious and cozy, our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The condo was in a quiet location, only minutes to the pool and beach. We loved that it was renovated and had all the newer appliances. The kitchen had everything we needed when we cooked meals for our kids, the beds were very comfortable and we had fun playing all the family games and reading books that were provided for the kids. We would definitely come back!

This property was fantastic! I believe the 21+ pool is new or was newly renovated which was a nice, more quiet pool than the family one. Both of which are nice. Easy beach access. Lots of bike racks by each building if you rent bikes. Host was responsive. We would happily stay here again, it was a wonderful amount of space for 3 people and easy access to so many things nearby.

The condo appeared to be recently renovated and was beautiful and calming. Well stocked with fluffy towels and dishes. My husband loved the coffeemaker which made a pot or a cup of coffee. The door lock would not work when we arrived but was able to be opened remotely and was serviced shortly ward. The community was well maintained and the beach was a short walk and a snippet view of the ocean could be seen from the corner balcony.

The condo was perfect for our family of four. Close to the beach. Close to Hilton Head Outfitters for Bike Rental. Easy to get around. Would highly recommend.

Walked to the general store each morning. Played pickelball at the courts in Palmetto Dunes. Enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Walked the beach.

We stayed here with our daughters family and 1.5yr old and had a great time! Place was clean and looked exactly as pictured - we just wish we could see more of the ocean, but it did not change our view of the condo. Loved having an elevator and 2 full on-suites too. We'll be back Hilton Head

Our family had a wonderful experience. Our kids each brought a friend and we had plenty of room. We love Villamare, the pools and easy access to the beach. The unit was updated, clean and sufficiently stocked. We can’t wait to return!

This property had everything we needed. The unit looked like the pictures, and we had plenty of space. The spa-like walk-in shower was a highlight, and we enjoyed eating out on either of the two balconies. Everything was clean and we had enough provided supplies (tp, trash bags, etc) to last the week. We appreciated the extra bath towels and beach towels. The two outdoor pools are very nice, with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas. I especially enjoyed the adults -only pool area. It’s not far at all to the pools and beach. It’s close to everything you need on the island. We’d happily stay in this unit again! The only minor thing is that the WiFi is slow, but on vacation that’s not a big deal to me. Thanks!

Beautifully, tastefully decorated. Amenities all there down to “to-go” coffee mugs for mornings on the beach to tons of easy reading books and games for all ages to a beach wagon with chairs- score! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would book here again.

The good: location is good but has an extremely limited beach/ocean view, ocean is a 3 min walk. Pool is nice. Palmetto Dunes is great.Not good: extremely limited wifi. Could not stream anything on the television, that was disappointing. The beach chairs provided were not in good shape, would be good for owners to get some nicer once’s. Contacted the property manager about wifi and streaming, they answered but overall the issues were not resolved. I wouldn’t go back as I work while on vacation and the wifi was too spotty to get consistent strong signal for teams calls.

The listing itself was recently updated and very nicely done. Good location near bike rentals, tennis, restaurants and general store. Host was responsive to our request for updated pass codes for pool and beach access.

Perfect location in Palmetto Dunes! Villamare was super clean & family friendly. Plenty of parking! The unit itself was clean, fully stocked, and roomy. The location is prime especially for families. The pool and the beach are on site and an easy 2 mins walk, if that! The adult only pool was a nice option if you want to have some quiet pool time as well. We will definitely be back!

We have been staying at Villamere for over ten years… this property was one of the best! There was a slight issue with the AC… however… we made one phone call and it was fixed immediately.
