Step out onto the spacious private balcony, furnished for outdoor dining and relaxing. Overlooking the iconic Mermaid Statue, the balcony sits just above the marina’s shops and restaurants, making it easy to stroll below for waterfront dining, live music, and sunset walks. A handy balcony closet is stocked with beach gear and beach towels for guest use.

The open living space is designed for easy vacation living, featuring:

The bedrooms are tucked quietly down the hallway:

Guest Bedroom: Two full-size beds, TV, and ensuite bathroom with tub/shower
Fresh linens and bath towels are provided for your stay. Pack 'n play stored in the closet for little ones.

Community Perks:
Community Pool: Relax and cool off in the private community pool, just steps from your villa. The pool is open daily from April 1- October 31. The pool is not heated.
Shelter Cove Harbour: Stroll along the marina, lined with boutique shops, waterfront restaurants, and live entertainment.

Parking pass must be visible in windshield at all times
Please Note: We provide starter amenities upon check-in. This includes a full set of bath towels for each guest, travel-size bathroom toiletries & two(2) toilet paper rolls for each bathroom. Beds will be made for you with one(1) set of clean bed linens for each bed. In the kitchen, you will find starter packs of laundry & dish detergent, dish soap, one(1) paper towel roll, coffee filters and trash bags, and dishtowels. The kitchen is fully stocked with cutlery, cooking utensils, appliances, and dinnerware, salt & pepper, foil and ziploc bags. Beach chairs, beach wagon, and beach towels will be included, as well!
