Ocean Views Immaculate Windsor Court Villa

We love booking in Palmetto Dunes and as always our stay was amazing. This unit was recently renovated which was a pleasant surprise and the primary bathroom made us not want to leave! A relaxing large walk in shower with a rain shower head. Quick steps to the beach from our condo, ease of access to several activities like Cologne Plaza, Sea Pines, & Shelter Cove. 10 minutes driving from Kroger and best part is covered parking available first coke first serve! We rented bikes which allowed us to ride throughout the community and go to the local putt putt. The condo includes everything you need from linens, smart TV in every room, a coffee pot and keurig, as well as beach & pool toys! You will not be disappointed when booking!

Great place. It was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen was a bit sparse in cooking things but we worked around it. Beautiful beach and view from the apartment.

This is the cleanest listing I’ve every stayed at. That’s not to detract from other listings I’ve stayed at, it’s to emphasize how clean this unit was. Beautiful place with a beautiful view. Looked exactly like the pictures. Absolutely gorgeous and would highly recommend. Thanks for everything.

This property is absolutely gorgeous it’s in a great location with a partial view of the sea. The condo is cozy, comfortable and had everything we needed. I would recommend bringing your own laundry supplies if you are particular about your laundry. I would also suggest that the property owners think about purchasing a new coffee maker and blackout curtains in the bedrooms. Overall, we love this property and look forward to coming back in the future.

Enjoyed our fall visit to HHI and loved the villa at Windsor Court. Nice view of ocean (through the trees), short stroll to the beach, and nice pool and hot tub. Only negatives were the bugs on the kitchen counters (not overwhelming) and the lack of hot water in the master bathroom shower.

We loved the proximity to the beach and the pool and showers directly off the beach were perfect. The Villa was clean and in good shape. Management company did a great job communicating the process to get checked in and all that would be needed. We will certainly be back!

Palmetto Dunes is the perfect area on HHI. That said, there were a few things that could be done better at this condo: * master bath is very outdated. Very small stall shower then large tub surrounded by mirrors- yep you will be seeing every angle from the toilet LOL! * sparse supplies- no beach towels, chairs, umbrella, etc. also no pantry supplies (salt/pepper, spices, K-cups,). Given a “starter pack” of towels, 2 rolls of tp and sample sizes of dish soap/detergent * pillows and bedding are old and not comfortable For the price so much more could be offered with just a few of these items.

Had a problem with the totally broken oven was given some electric skillet worked out for us but definitely new bed pillows are needed badly!overall it was worth it

This condo in the Sea Pines neighborhood delivered on all our expectations. The beach access is directly behind the pool to spectacular sunrises, cycling, sunning and splashing in the tide pools for little ones. A zero depth entry pool as well as a larger pool along side a covered sitting area, hot tub and gas grilling space provide excellent outdoor lounging opportunities. The garage entry is handy for dropping off right near the elevator and had ample space for bicycle storage. The condo itself had a nice western look to the ocean from their deck, the main living area and the master. Condo had all you would expect plus a pack and play and a beach wagon which was very handy. The sea pines area is extremely handy for shopping, golf, tennis, walking or biking.

Very happy with the condo. Beds were comfortable, decor was stylish, Wi-Fi was good, and water was great (we could all take hot showers). View was fine but would have preferred to be able to see pool. Only problem was master bedroom toilet was very dirty when we arrived. Also, the master bath had a small shower and there was no closet in guest room. The Windsor south building was clean and we had a fantastic week at Hilton head.

Nice having two pools and the beach. Unit had beach wagon and chairs for our use - a nice touch! Patio was sheltered from the hot sun for afternoon breaks. Our granddaughters loved the whirlpool tub! SuggestIons: the facility should consider improving the path to the beach with a boardwalk for beach wagons. It was inconvenient to need to pre-Checkin for a gate pass before entering the property maybe the guardhouse could distribute them on arrival.

We love HHI and always had a good experience with renting a house in palmetto dunes. This unit was clean, spacious and very close and easy walk to the pool and beach. Bike rental available in the neighborhood and perfect location for our family! We enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay and vacation experience. The condo was clean and had everything our family needed for a long weekend away. Every room had a beautiful view and my favorite part was the spending time on the porch. September is the perfect time to visit HHI. We used the pool each day and spent hours on the beach as well. One pool and the hot tub were closed due to maintenance for the duration of our stay, which was unfortunate - but that is no fault of the owners. The kids loved seeing the turtles each day and the property was very beautiful and well maintained. Our booking experience was very smooth and we would love to return to this condo again next year!

Property & condo were both terrific and we loved it! Will definitely come back if we do HH again. Pool was a bit unkept; filter had not been cleaned out in LONG time & lots leaves that would continually just get cut up in the water each day. We even dumped it once, couldn't find a skimmer net or we would've done that too. Needs attention by staff. My only irritation in the condo itself was that water in the master bathroom sinks would not warm up-not even luke warm. I don't think the kitchen did either. Washing your face at night with cold water=no fun. Overall, it was outstanding.

We loved the location of the condo! The beach is beautiful, the pools were nice & it was quiet. The condo had most everything we needed in the kitchen & comfortably accommodated the 4 of us.

The condo could have been cleaner. The linens on the king bed looked like they had not been changed from the prior renter. People renting a condo like this expect clean everything and not a kitchen stocked with flea market finds. The views of the ocean are great and we really enjoyed sitting on the deck and looking at the beautiful garden, the rabbits, deer and especially the ocean.

While pricey, this condo was very nice. Palmetto Dunes is a great area to stay in. This unit is the furthest away from ocean and on backside of this building but still has a partial view of water from bedrooms / balcony. Only complaints would be with overall Windsor building. Only one elevator when it should have two. Broken glass in elevator taped up when we arrived and wasn't fixed all week. Hot tub also out of order when we arrived and i don't think it was repaired. And there is no way to recycle that we know of (maybe there's somewhere on island to drop it off but would be nice if there was a collection bin downstairs at Windsor at least)

Last minute I was looking for a short family trip. Came across this wonderful unit. Perfect size for a family of four. Great location to alot of stuff and right on the beach. Very clean unit with pretty much everything you needed. Both bathrooms were perfect size. Would definitely rent this place out again.

The condo could have been cleaner. The linens on the beds are pathetic. People renting a condo like this expect decent sheets, not threadbare ones. The views of the ocean are great and we really enjoyed sitting on the deck and looking at the beautiful gardens and especially the beach and ocean.

We were very pleased with the condo and the grounds. Everything was clean and very comfortable. Beach and pool access were easy and private. The balcony in the condo was large and had plenty of seating with great views. The beach was perfect for walking, biking or sitting under an umbrella.
