Oceanfront Sunrises in Upgraded Seaside Villa 225

We have rented 225 before so when we saw the unit had been upgraded we booked it again and were not disappointed. The upgrades were spot on and everything very clean. The view from the balcony of the ocean and sunrises is spectacular and never gets old. Kitchen was well stocked and plenty of beach equipment with beach wagon made beach time a breeze. This location is perfect with an easy walk or bike ride to Coligny beach, shopping, and great restaurants. This unit met all our needs and will definitely stay here again.

We love this villa for the direct ocean view of morning sunrises, dolphin watching and an easy walk to the beach. The convenient location so close to Coligny Circle provides easy access to various restaurants, shops, Centennial park, and so much more. Very clean and well appointed which provided a delightful experience. We will definitely be booking 225 Seaside for our visit next year.

The stay in HHI was fun. The upstairs couple with 3 kids was the only trouble we had. The kids stomped on the floor at 7:00 Am till about 9:00 PM at night every day of our stay. I even went and knocked on there door and they would not answer. That was really our only disappointment.

We stayed in this unit for one week at the beginning of October. It's clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. It has a great view of the beach and ocean from the balcony.

The view from the balcony of the ocean doesn't get better than this - no obstructions and a bit of greenery with the dunes that brought some wildlife. You can hear the ocean from the balcony. The perfect place to sit, sip, read, and relax and easy walk down to the beach. The condo is cozy but has everything you need - well-stocked kitchen and linens. I had a problem with the toilet after arriving and the management responded and fixed the issue very quickly. I spent a week here on a working sabbatical, with a day or two friends. Perfect place and I plan to stay here again. I spent a lot of time watching the sunrise/sunset either from the balcony or on the beach. Bike rental was nearby. An easy walk or bike-ride to Coligny Beach which has everything you need in terms of grocery, beachy and local stores, and great restaurants. Perfect location.

We have stayed in sea pines before and preferred this more central, yet quiet, location. Walk or bike ride to everything hilton head has to offer. The view out front is perfect.

Loved staying here! You can walk to the Beach, & also to Coligny Plaza where there are many shops, restaurants, & a Piggly Wiggly Grocery store! Had a nice view of the ocean, which was great for morning walks!

The view was magnificent! This is a nicely updated unit and very clean. There were plenty of towels including beach towels. There was no bedding for the pull-out sofa and the air conditioning was very loud and couldn’t keep the bedroom cool.

When we pulled the couch out to get ready for bed, there were food crumbs inside so we were not able to use it. When stripping the bedding upon leaving, as asked, I noticed that the pillows were stained and dingy. I don't expect the pillows to be brand new but these were used for a very long time and that made all of us feel uneasy. Other than these things, the condo was fine. It has a beautiful view of the ocean and is close to a lot of tourist places to shop, eat and visit.

This was the first time I've been back to HHI since my wife passed away a year ago. We came to the island annually for about 15 years and had stayed in this unit before. It was clean and comfortable. Sitting out on the patio to watch the sunrise was peaceful. I will return every year!

The location and unit were as advertised, a great view of the ocean and access to the beach. The air conditioning unit was noisy and unable to cool the bedroom. The bathroom towels and bed linens were terrible, cast offs from the Salvation Army.

The view from the balcony and location was the best part. Upon entering the unit we were disappointed by the miss communication of a washer and dryer in unit. It’s not inside the unit, but down two hallways and is used by everyone on the second floor. This should be communicated on listing. The bedspreads and couch are filthy with stains. I would look into a different cleaning company. We had to clean off the 1/2 in of dust before using the ceiling fans. There is only a small wall air conditioner in the front of the unit and it does not cool off the bed room or bunk area. The curtains have a rusted 3 in water stain all the way across. This unit to be so much better if it was deep cleaned. I get it’s the beach but I believe your cleaning crew is doing the bare minimum.

We have stayed in this complex several times before and found this unit one of the more updated ones. Kitchen well stocked but did not cook during our time. Fans in all the rooms- including the bathroom- which is important due to the set up of these units. The airflow is always an issue in these units. This one did come with an additional fan which was helpful to have in the hallway with the bunk beds. There were 4 sets on the balcony which was also nice and they provided additional beach towels.

Property was good. Loved the starter kit. Kitchen was missing some crucial tools (like a sharp knife). Hallway light was too dim to be of service. Using a dimmer switch would light when needed and nite lite when needed. Dishes on top shelf of cabinets were not reachable and no foot stool was provided.

The property managers did a wonderful job communicating all important updates, including the parking lot resurfacing, gate codes for the 3 different doors. On-site, the rules were clearly posted and the condo was clean.

It would have been nice to have had an extended stay discount. Other similar units in the same building do give a discount. Otherwise, a good stay. The couch needs a goodprofessional cleaning, replace the bedroom dresser, current one is a joke (missing handels, stiff operation,worn out) the view is the big asset. Charlie

Love the location of this unit. Easy access to everything we like to do in Hilton Head. Could use a little TLC but nothing that would stop us from renting again. Bed was comfortable and not a lot of clutter in the unit. Ample cooking utensils if you like to cook in some. We plan to return...

The condo was a smaller condo but had plenty of room for my family (husband,myself and 17 year old son). The view from the room was excellent. Location was great. Only thing I didnt care for was having to go up to the room to get key fob before we could get vehicle on the gate instead of having a code you can put in to get through gate other than that. Pool was cold so didnt use that but to be fair it is October also. Look forward to future stays.

The view is fantastic although you can’t really use the deck in the morning due to the suns reflection on the water. We were careful to not run into the bedroom door as it literally hits the end of the bed when open. Love the bathroom sink but the toilet runs if you don’t work the handle a certain way. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the unit but it was mostly comfortable.

This is a great minimalist condo right on the beach. It’s so simple to get to anywhere on the island from here. We biked almost everywhere and this is the perfect home base for doing just that. Not to mention the view from the balcony, the simplicity in getting down to the beach, parking, and access to all of the shops and restaurants. The beach wagon, chairs, and umbrella made beach time a breeze. We enjoyed our stay and hope to book again here.

Room was not up to expectations of cleanliness, definitely could use a good deep cleaning hair and dead bugs were everywhere. The sliding glass door was super dirty (which is the main focal point of rental) shower makes a horrible loud noise when on. Is it full stocked kitchen which was nice. Getting into your gate, and your room and parking was a big challenge.

Our condo was clean and was well equipped. We had plenty of extra towels and supplies for our week stay. This is a 2nd floor unit overlooking the ocean, excellent views and close to the stairs to get down to the ground floor. There is covered parking for your car. Beach towels were also provided as well as beach chairs and a wagon - nice! There’s also a nice selection of books and games. Great condo, great location within walking distance to Coligny plaza. We’d definitly stay here again.

The property was accurate described and pictures were exactly as the unit is! The location is excellent you can walk to shopping/ Resturant’s and 2 of the local tiki huts. Parking was easy the view is excellent It’s oceanfront and easy to get to the beach! We had a great vacation here!
