Oceanfront Villa Direct Beach Access

Everything was perfect. Place looked even better than the pictures. Very updated and modern. We were extremely thankful that they messaged us to let us know we were able to check in almost 3 hours early and we didn’t even ask! We are already looking to rebook again for next year!

Overall, we had a wonderful stay. I loved the ocean view although slightly blocked by the palm trees. It’s a short walk to the beach and to the pool. The kitchen and bathrooms were very clean. My only complaint is that I wish the couch was cleaned better, and there were stains on the throw pillows in master bedroom and couch that need to be cleaned better. There is also a gate code to the pool that we were not provided with, so another guest in the condo complex had to tell us. Other than that, we enjoyed the view, the beach, and the wagon they provided. The resort is very nice and has several restaurants and a general store that took care of all our needs. We would stay again :).

This place is an amazing oceanfront balcony condo with a beautiful view of the dunes. It’s an easy walk down the stairs to the beach and pool with a wagon and several beach chairs provided for your use. Updated kitchen and bathrooms - master shower is wonderful. My family of 7 loved it here! Parking was very convenient- in front of building or under the building. Great location!

We had never been to Hilton Head before and were surprised at just how beautiful it is! Warm, calm ocean water, soft white sand, and also a lot of forest area and wildlife! We had a wonderful time! The condo is located in a gated community that contains pretty much everything you would need. A general store, several restaurants, biking trails throughout, and a bike rental place, they even have a free shuttle service that will take you anywhere you need to go. Easy walk to the beach, which is private and not overcrowded. Can't say enough about this place.

We enjoyed our time in Unit 114. You do have a somewhat obstructed view of the ocean from the balcony but overall it was a fantastic experience.

This condo is located within Palmetto Dunes so the location is private and secure. It is on the first floor above the ground level. The elevator worked well and multiple luggage carts are available to help for moving in and out. The building is on the ocean with a very short walk to the pool and beach. The unit has been recently updated with a lovely kitchen, nice flooring, and furniture in very good condition. The condo matches the photos exactly and the unit was clean, without clutter. We had a peaceful time at Hilton Head and would certainly consider renting this condo again.

It was fabulous! The condo is in a great location. It was clean and easy to access. The drive into the complex is some of the most beautiful scenery on the island. The trees are amazing. My husband and I agreed that we definitely chose the best condo and complex.

This first floor unit in Barrington Court was perfect for our family. The unit was very spacious and clean. We could see the ocean from the balcony, and beach access was literally right below us. The pool was also a very, very short walk away. The unit was as described with updates throughout the condo, including the master bath with an oversize shower and two shower heads. Wifi worked fine, all necessities provided, smart tv in every room, Keruig and a separate coffee maker, blender, washer and dryer combo, hair dryers, beach towels, beach wagon, and even 4 beach chairs. We will definitely book this unit again.

This unit needs serious updating and CLEANING! The photos do NOT represent the condition it’s in. We left 3 days early and would’ve left earlier but couldn’t find last minute accommodations. Upon entering the until smelled badly. Dust caked on top of fridge as well as AC vents, baseboards, AC return filter register and every corner of the floors which can be easily reached by a mop. Mold in both shower/tub drains and tubs are very difficult to get in and out of. Shower curtain rods and door hinges are rusted. Toilets don’t sit firmly on the floor mount and rock when sat upon. Screens in living room torn, sliding closet doors do not sit in the tracks. Several floor tiles throughout are cracked and the bathroom tiles need serious help. The atrium is in need of paint and repair and the bubbler in the pond in the atrium didn’t work during our entire stay which leads to stagnant water and a breeding ground for mosquitoes. You cross your fingers every time you enter the noisy, creaky elevator and hope you don’t get stuck in it. We wasted our money renting this unit. We would DEFINITELY not recommend this unit and would not return. Renter BEWARE !
