Pet Friendly 128 Evian Villa Pool Pickleball Tennis Beach

We stayed for the month of December and couldn’t be happier. The Villa was clean, and well maintained. The kitchen had everything you could ask for. Good walking distance to Coligny area. We will be back!

Great location in Shipyard community. Close to amenities and beach. Unit has everything you need for your stay including beach chairs, cooler, etc. Would stay again.

The location was perfect. The biggest problem was the neighbors above. The ceiling/floor is paper thin. Heard every single footstep. The people above were active all hours of the day and into the middle of the night. Didn’t enjoy a single night of sleep. Cleanliness could have been better for what you pay. But the amenities of the place were great and easy to get to everything.

Great stay- only complaint was air conditioner had issues a few nights. While weather was cooler the temp in house was uncomfortable. Issue was addressed quickly both times. Would def stay again.

This was our first time in Hilton Head and the apartment couldn’t have been more comfortable for a family of 4 and 2 dogs! Easy access to the outside for morning walk, open kitchen, comfy beds, great internet (great for streaming movies at night), beach gear and towels! Easy bike ride to beach though we took the car with the gear. The grounds at Shipyard are beautiful. Thank you for a great stay!

I loved it. Spacious place along golf course. I had my 2 dogs so being on first floor was great. Quiet and close to main road. Bed was very comfortable. Great pillows. Wonderful shower had great pressure and lots of room. There is a nice dog park about 10 min driving away. Beach is 7 just minutes away by Coligny. CrossFit gym 5 min drive. Host had nice beach/pool bag with towels ready to go. Pool about 4-5 minute walk but can easily drive and park there.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. Close to the action and shopping but quiet and tranquil when we came home for the night. Great walking trails and we enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen.

Was a beautiful and quiet area. Wasn't a lot of busy traffic. Glad they were dog friendly. The only 2 minor things is the tv in the master bedroom only had a handful of available channels, and the master shower pressure was a little intense haha. To be fair I'd rather it be strong vs not enough and the pressure may be great for other guests. Otherwise it was clean and quiet. Would be happy to visit again when in the area!

Carolina coast was very roomy and private! We loved being on the shipyard property as it is very convenient to all of the amenities. The condo is roomy and comfortable and has everything needed for a comfy stay. We would return for another stay

We had a perfect Memorial Day weekend stay at Shipyard! Location is great, the place is spacious, and comfortable. We had no problems finding parking at the beach parking lot in the neighborhood even on a busy holiday weekend (listing says it’s a 10 min walk to the beach, more like 25 min on foot… Would recommend just parking at the beach) Great stay, would definitely come back and recommend to others!

We stayed here for about two weeks while we waited for our house to be ready to move in to. The area was beautiful, quiet and private. We felt safe and had lots of room to enjoy. The home was clean and looked just like pictures. We left a few items behind and they reached out immediately and made a plan to get them back to us. Very honest folks. I would recommend this place a million times.

The host was very helpful and responsive. The unit was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, there were plenty of towels, including beach towels, and they also have beach chairs, beach umbrella/toys, and a wagon available for use, which was a very nice touch, especially for people who couldn’t travel with those items. The bed in the master was comfortable and the shower in the master was large and very nice; the whole unit was as described in the listing. It’s in a great location, close to the beach and Coligny Plaza. The only real con I would note is that the unit we rented was a bottom unit and there were guests in the upstairs unit above us that we could hear, quite loudly at times, but luckily we weren’t at our units at the same time too often. We also would’ve loved if there were ceiling fans in the rooms to have on while sleeping at night, but overall, we had a great visit and would definitely stay here again!

We loved this property! Great location and easy access to everything the island has to offer. It’s also in a very quiet area, which is nice. We felt like the owner cared about their guests’ experience by providing a little welcome package and having other niceties available, like beach towels and other resources to make it a comfortable stay. If we had to provide any criticism, it would be the cable television options. If you like to wind down the night by watching sports, cable news, HGTV, or Food Network, your selections are limited. Granted, you don’t go to Hilton Head to watch TV, but a more complete cable television package would have been a nice addition to the stay.

We have been traveling to Hilton Head for several winters now and this villa was by far one of the cleanest we have stayed in. Everything was as advertised and checkin went smoothly. We would have booked for next winter but it was already “taken.” Looking forward to future stays here. Thank you!

The envelope wasn’t ready which held our parking pass and it took time to get a temporary parking pass but they came up with alternate plan for first day and delivered our pass the next day. During our stay someone showed up unannounced to come inside and a get a package to send off to owner. Office forgot to notify us, seems a bit unorganized that way. They did respond quickly when lock battery died and got someone out right away to change the battery. With that being said, the place felt very much like home. Great location! Loved the area and all the paths, private beach access, overall a nice place! If you are sensitive to noise of someone walking above you get an upstairs unit as sound barrier between upstairs and downstairs isn’t very good and we could hear every step the upstairs people and only 2 adults staying there. Everyone was so friendly in the Shipyard area. The kitchen in this rental was the best equipped kitchen we have ever had and that was so nice to have.
