Prime Beach Walk Villa Pool Patio Courtyard

We had a fantastic stay at this property for our family vacation (traveling with a 6 and 4 year old). The proximity to the beach was about a 10 minute walk, which my four year did without issue. The unit comes with beach chairs, beach wagon, beach towels, and boogie boards. We separately rented a beach cabana, cooler, and beach toys which arrived the morning of our check-in. The wagon was able to hold everything. The unit was also well within walking distance of the Coligny Beach shops. Check-in was at 4 pm, and while that was clearly stated upon rental, it was a bit unfortunate that they could not accommodate us any earlier. Lastly, to clarify some earlier comments; we had no internet issues at all. I was able to take a video call for work without issue. There were no wasp concerns either. The unit was clean and came with plenty of towels for showers, etc. Overall a nice stay and would strongly consider it again.

Unfortunately, there was quite a bit of rain which certainly is not predictable. Upon entering the villa when we arrived there was a noticeable musty/stale odor. It became evident why. We came home one evening to discover a significant amount of water entering the villa. There was close to an inch of water in the living room and bedroom close to the sliding glass doors. There was also water dripping down the blinds at the bottom of the stairs which was collecting on the carpeted stairs. We spent the better part of one night moving furniture and cleaning up water. When I called the emergency line to make them aware, I was told to use the towels at the villa to clean up the water and they would provide new towels the next day.

Great location! Super responsive to questions. Only issue is wasps were on the patio area. The patio area was awesome and huge!! It was sad we couldn’t use it. But the nest on our balcony was removed right away. The bigger wasp issue had to be resolved by the condo regime so not really the fault of the owners. Anyway it was a great stay, wonderful AC, comfortable beds and plenty of of room. All amenities as stated. We loved the location. Pool was very private and felt like an oasis.

Amazing location, walkable to Coligny Beach and all of the restaurants and shops near Coligny Circle. Nice and quiet in the evenings despite the convenient location. Perfect for a family. We’d love to visit again!

This unit is in a great location across from the beach and near the Coligny shopping center. Very clean space with a pool in a quiet area. We had a great stay and will definitely consider coming back to this same unit.

We really enjoyed the location of this listing. It was right by Coligny Park and we were able to walk everywhere. They had some beach supplies available which was fun and helpful! Inside was clean but certain things looked rough - carpets were stained, paint was dirty. The pack and play was disgusting. The host was kind and responsive. They brought us a new pack and play. You cannot use the upstairs balcony due to numerous wasp nests but the downstairs patio was lovely. Be careful though - the screen door doesn’t open easily and some of the chairs looked like they would fall apart if you sat on them. We wish there were blankets or replacement sheets. Towels were old. Lastly, the host was transparent that the pool was not heated but it was a bummer we couldn’t use it, too cold.

Our family really enjoyed our stay! The location is incredibly convenient to the beach, and many shops and restaurants. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed from cooking essentials, starter coffee pods, and beach essentials. The internet was quite slow and streaming on the TV was glitchy unless I used my phone as a hotspot. The beds were very comfortable and the place was clean.

Great space in an awesome location. Just be aware that you absolutely cannot have more than one vehicle parked here. I also don’t believe there are any other overnight parking options on the island, so carpooling is a must.

Great location! Good value for the condition. The place could use some updating- still has older carpet and spotty WiFi so difficult to stream TV or do work on laptop without interruption.

Great place to stay. The beach and restaurants are walking distance. We enjoyed the Tiki bar on the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay in this Airbnb! Not only was the home clean, lovely, and in a perfect location - but the communication with this host was super helpful. When we had some questions and needs upon initially booking the home, the owner of the company, Bob, reached out to me personally and addressed all of my questions! Bob even went out of his way to meet some specific requests that we had. I felt very heard, seen, and appreciated as an Airbnb customer. Also, my family truly enjoyed the fact that the beach was a pleasant walk away - we loaded up the wagon that the home provided and enjoyed our walk to the beach twice a day! This unit is a gem within Hilton Head!

Absolutely perfect location! Just a short walk or bike ride to everything you could possibly need—beach and pool access, grocery stores, great restaurants, and shopping all nearby. The home itself is spotless, spacious, and incredibly well-stocked. We had everything we needed, from towels and linens to both a Keurig and a regular coffee maker, plus plenty of cookware and utensils. We really appreciated the thoughtful welcome bag, which included Keurig pods, ground coffee, coffee filters, beach towels, dish and laundry pods, sandwich bags, and more—such a nice touch! The house manual was clear, helpful, and made everything easy to navigate. Overall, we were extremely impressed with the home and the location. I’d absolutely stay here again with my family and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and relaxing getaway.
