Great place to stay! Plenty of things to do at and around the house - pool, fish off the dock, board games, relax, rent a bike, they even had plenty of beach toys and activities in the garage. Very quiet area of Palmetto Dunes and easy to get to. Would 100% stay again.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your home in Palmetto Dunes. We had no issues. The home was well maintained and clean. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed cooking together in the kitchen which was well stocked. Lots of outdoor seating to enjoy meals and relaxing. Pool was lovely and heated as promised upon our arrival (note: there is an extra cost to heat). All of the fellas enjoyed fishing off the deck - and the curious alligator was a delight for us Northerners. We brought bikes and enjoyed walks and riding in the quiet tree shaded streets while enjoying the lovely homes. The beach is a short walk away. HHI is our favorite place to vacation. We will be back to this property. Thanks again.

House is clean and beautiful. Spacious. Great location and 10 minutes walk to beach access . A fully equipped kitchen. All beach supplies readily available in garage. Extra fridge was very convenient. Pool was clean and enjoyed by the family.

We had a blast and loved the accommodations. Plenty of room, a relaxing pool, lots of lawn furniture, a gas grill and a number of bathrooms. Our group of 10 had a great stay.

This was a great place for our family to spend a week together. There was plenty of space for eight adults and two babies. We loved the pool!

This property exceeded our expectations. Beautiful; clean house, spacious, perfect proximity to the beach. The backyard was beautiful and the pool was perfect. My only recommendation is that you bring bug spray and citronella candles because the bugs will bite you.

This property was absolutely the BEST for our 9 family members! The layout is wonderful! A lovely kitchen and great room with lots of windows looking out on the pool! Each bedroom has its own bathroom! The bedroom above the garage was perfect for two of us! We loved the short ride to the beach and of course having our own pool! I highly recommend this property!

Wow!! What an amazing place to stay!! We loved your home and pool area! Everything was so clean and beautiful. The Dune Buggy to the beach was so convenient picking us up from the house as well as the delicious restaurants in Hilton Head! We will absolutely recommend this place and would love to stay again! Pool pump was not working. Water was dirty and kids didn’t swim in it. For most of our stay the pool was not usable which put a damper on our stay.

We had a wonderful time! The house layout was perfect for my family. We loved the privacy in the backyard with the pool. Carolina Coast was very helpful and accessible with any question or requests I had. We will come back again for sure.

The house was clean, spacious and had a great back yard and pool. The beds were very comfortable with each bedroom having a private bathroom. I would highly recommend this house if you have a large group visiting Hilton Head.

Nice home on quiet street away from plantation hub but close enough for convenience. Home is large with private backyard and a nice 15 minute walk to beautiful beach that is not crowded. Home is older but in good condition and has everything you need, bikes, beach chairs, towels, ping pong table and plenty of space for a large family including a pool.

Enjoyed our time! The home was absolutely pristine. I am very particular when it comes to cleaning and didn't notice a single flaw. The location was perfect, very quiet neighborhood.
