We enjoyed our stay here. It was super convenient to walk and bike to local restaurants and attractions. Beach access is on the property. Everything was nice for us!

Absolutely perfect! Comfortable, clean condo with everything you need. Very nice having the beach chairs and cart included so we didn't have to bring our own. Communication was excellent. Great host, you can book worry free!

Perfect peaceful place for a couple or small family right on the beach which was awesome. 10 minute walk from coligny. My fiancé and I had a wonderful time.

It was our family’s first time down to Hilton Head Island and this condo did not disappoint. It was so close to both the beach and coligny. We were happy that they provided a pack n play for our son. One less thing to travel with. The place was clean and quiet. I would stay here again in the future.

The SeaSide Villas oceanfront condo from Carolina Coast Vacations was a fantastic spot. The digital instructions through ABnB, welcome package and written instructions provided in the unit were all very helpful. The balcony provided a nice view of the ocean. The location is great for accessing Coligny plaza including shopping and restuarants. The beach is ~100 yard walk across the dunes. Beachware like chairs and a cart to transport them to the beach were all provided. The kitchen and bathroom both seemed recently renovated and were in good condition. A few opportunities for improvement - the living room rug didn't seem to be vacuumed, there were some chip crumbs around the foot rests. Probably the most important thing to me when going away on vacation is a comfortable bed that is in good condition. The bed in this unit is no longer in the best condition and definitely sagging which creates discomfort.

The property was clean and in a good location, but the size of the space was very misleading from the pictures listed. The space was extremely small and not enough room for me, my husband, and our 2-year-old. We were not able to fit the pak-n-play in the bedroom with us because the bed took up the entire bedroom. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and hard, and covered in a plastic that made it very noisy and even more uncomfortable. It was also very hot because there is NO central A/C unit. It's a window unit that doesn't reach the bedroom, so we ended up having to sleep on the pull-out couch in the living room (right beside the window A/C unit) due to being so hot.

We had a very wonderful stay here! Such a short walk to the beach and a beautiful view from the patio of the ocean! It is also very close to Coligny Plaza - easy bike ride or very short drive, there are so many shops and places to eat! Would recommend!

The apartment is very well furnished and have all the utensils you may need. The host responded very fast when we needed. Very close to the beach. And the beach features (chairs, etc) made the trip much easier.

Great stay at Carolina’s place. Perfect size for my wife and I, might be a bit tight with adult children. Highly recommend. Carolina was great for accommodating our extra night stay. She responded quickly to our needs.

My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay. Clean, safe, quiet area that is just steps from the beach. There are a wide variety of local restaurants, shops, & coffee spots nearby. Our trip ended too soon. We hope to be back!

A nice, updated condo with an ocean view. Overall a nice experience staying for a week in September. Negatives for us were we found all the non stick cooking pans and pots had badly damaged coating that were peeling off, some very very gross looking and dangerous. The host got us a new set in a day, but weird no one and no cleaning people had these removed prior, unless no one cooks at all in this condo? The fan blades needed dusting, and the shower grout was looking a little dirty in spots. Otherwise, very clean. Photos showed boogie boards and beach umbrella. We did not see those for use during our stay. AC worked, but had trouble cooling the bedroom even with the ceiling fans on trying to circulate air. Also was pretty loud. Beds had plastic covers under the sheets, which are noisy if you move. Great location and decent ocean views. Unit is very well decorated and styled. Well equipped kitchen and the large doors into the bedroom make it feel bigger!

This location cannot be beat. It's walking distance to the shops and restaurants of Coligny but on a quieter stretch of beach. The view from the balcony is gorgeous and a very relaxing place to start and end each day. It's also a short drive to all Sea Pines has to offer and on a great stretch of road and sand for bicycling. This is my fourth stay in Hilton Head and this spot was the best location. The couch and bedspreads were well used but everything you really want to be clean (the bathroom, sheets, kitchen) was spotless. The best unexpected perk were all the little things that aren't always included but can make a stay much smoother like extra towels, small zip lock storage bags, new travel sized toiletries, dish soap and detergent, a new dish sponge, and things for kids like board games and beach toys. The space was a little tight for a family of four and the bunk beds are cot-width not twin-sized, but the location and hospitality made this a steal with all accounted for.

This is a great place right on the beach in HHI!! It fit the 2 of us perfectly. Great view of the beach. Easily walk to and from the beach! It was very nice they had an elevator to get up and down, along with carts to carry your luggage. The bathroom shower is updated and very nice. While this apartment is on the smaller side, it’s perfect for a couple looking to enjoy the beach! We will be back for sure!

You cannot beat this location!! We were able to walk easily to the beach and especially appreciated the beach gear provided. The free trolley and Coligny Plaza were so close. The condo was very clean and updated. The host did an incredible job of making check-in easy and the information binder in the unit had a ton in it. The ac had some trouble cooling off the bedroom fully. If visiting in the summer, just bring a tall fan and you'll be fine. Our two children really enjoyed the bunk beds. I really loved the view from the balcony! Thank you for making our first trip to Hilton Head magical.

This condo was as pictured/described! Family of 5 was snug but still doable. Easy access to beach and pool. Everything that we needed was available in condo. Plenty of blankets, beach and bath towels. Location was walkable to stores, restaurants and great pirate ship playground.

This was our second time to Hilton Head Island and it was just as great as the first time. The condo is tight for our family of 5, but you could not ask for a better location if you plan to be on the beach as much as possible! The condo and building itself was clean and we plan to stay in this building next time!

The location is great, and the unit was certainly up to par. However, I wouldn’t recommend having over 4 people at this location. It’s a bit of a squeeze. I would stay here again.
