Serene Golf Lagoon Escape 235 Evian Villa in Shipyard

We really enjoyed our family stay there! There were lots of games and puzzles to do on the rainy days. We really appreciated the use of the 6 beach chairs and beach cart. The only thing that would have made it better would be for it to be right on the beach. When we went to the Shipyard Beach Club to park, there were no parking places. So, that would be the only downside to this location. It was also confusing to find late at night because the house numbers weren't very visible. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay! :)

We were so happy from minute one since we arrive to the house is so beautiful and we feel like home. The views spectacular and the house sparkles and comfortably. So close to the beach. Perfect location. I highly recommend this place. The service from Carolina Coast Vacation is A+. 😊

Wonderful townhome in Shipyard. We rode bikes everywhere in Shipyard and surrounding areas. Walking distance to the pool. Great location.

The accommodation though not real new was well maintained. The location was real nice and quiet except for natures critters. The huge oaks and pines provided lots of shade.The Beach was closer than expected with nice restrooms and sand wash off stations. The beach was clean, water was warm with nice waves for family to enjoy.The internet was a bit lackluster with the upstairs TV struggling to operate smoothly.The lagoon was entertaining with friendly turtles, visits from the local Croc and birds that swim like a fish, stick their head out of the water like an eel and primp on land when done in the water. All this happening with golfers doing their thing in the background.

Loved everything about this rental. They provided absolutely everything you need - laundry baskets and drying racks to sandwich bags and aluminum foil in the kitchen. It may sound trivial but it makes life a lot easier. Great location and plenty of room for my family of 4. The place was clean and well maintained and in a great location. We loved the outdoor space too. Highly recommend.

Such a lovely stay. So much space for the whole family and super clean and comfy! Two bedrooms upstairs, one downstairs- which helped with one member of the family having mobility issues and able to sleep on the first floor. Stunning view, and great porch for morning, coffee. Couldn’t recommend more!

A well stocked, nicely decorated villa with beautiful views of lagoon and golf course. It has the best coffee maker of all rental places that I have stayed in in my entire life. The cleanliness of the property was superb as well. We will definitely stay in this property during our visit to Hilton head in the future.

235 Evian showed exactly as we thought which was great. Three bedroom three bath was great as everyone had their own space. We really love the deck as it’s quite spacious from both morning breakfast/coffee and evening chitchat after a day away. We’ve been to Hilton head 10 times or so and this is our first time in Avion, but have stayed at other properties and Shipyard. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to any family or friends. Thanks to the owners for sharing their villa with us!

Beautiful condo in a central located area on Hilton head Island. The kitchen had everything for cooking. This three bedroom three bath was a gem! Going on a girls vacation here is the best! Can’t wait to return to this condo!! Very close to the beach, home was able to sleep multiple family members and was set up very very nice. Great back patio to relax on after golf. We will be back!

We spent Thanksgiving here with family. The property is so nice and our go to property. Since the summer, there was a new stove, new deck, furniture, and some work done to the deck, which is very nice! It is a peaceful quiet neighborhood within an easy bike ride to the beach at Shipyard. We’re getting ready for summer!!

The condo was very nice and comfortably fit six adults. The deck was great to have coffee in the morning and watch the wildlife by the lagoon space parentheses and also the angry golfers who hit their balls into the water parentheses. The location was wonderful. It was very quiet and kind of secluded. Within minutes, you could be away from the heavily traveled tourist area and into a quiet neighborhood. Biking was easy and nice, even to the beach. We are already wanting to plan for the next year.
