We had the best time! The house was so clean and nice, the outdoor furniture on the patio was very clean which stood out to me. The bunk bed room was perfect for kids. The host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I would love to stay here again and highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay. Our favorite was the screened in porch overlooking the beautiful back yard and the pond. The occasional alligator visits were exciting! The location is great, access to the private beach was a plus.

Everything was excellent. We have stayed a few houses down in the past, and our stay was just as nice. We absolutely love HHI and we will return again next year. Hopefully to the same house. The host called us himself when we informed him of the toilet and sink leaking.

My family and I stayed here for a week and it was just what we needed to relax and unwind. There is a peaceful view of the lagoon from the screened in porch. The pool is a couple minute walk and very private. The location is a short drive from local attractions. We drove to Coligny beach and shops, 8 min drive. There is a beach within the Shipyard community as well that is private. It's a mile walk via the bike trail, but we drove there. We were provided with towels and beach chairs. Each bed had a set of towels with a small bag of complimentary toiletries. Gas grill and washer/dryer worked well. We were notified that we could check in early which was very helpful for us and communication was quick and clear. Overall, worth the value and would come back to stay again.

Excellent place, beautiful, spacious, perfect for a family of 8, it was a unique experience, the house is very nice and has everything you need to be stress-free, I would definitely love to return next summer. This place is a 5 star, recommended for future customers.

Not a bad stay but wasn’t the cleanest air bnb. There were several dishes dirty, crumbs on floor and mold on shower curtain, very dusty fans. Location was great, beds were comfortable and house was everything as advertised. AC went out and they got it fixed for us same day. Overall not a bad stay.

The house was just perfect for our family! Short drive or walk to the beach and the kids loved the yard with the pond and the pool was close by. The kitchen was well appointed and there was a washer and dryer as well! Everything we needed!

I can't say enough good things about this rental. Having stayed at multiple rentals in HH (both in and out of Shipyard), I can say this is our favorite so far. Comfortable king size beds in each bedroom was a plus. The unit was stocked with adequate starter supplies as well as other thoughtful touches. Decor is updated and tasteful. The kitchen was well stocked and lacked nothing we needed to prepare meals. The countertop ice maker was helpful. The screened porch was spacious and comfortably furnished (don't miss the plug in string lights for ambience) and we enjoyed coffee there in the mornings as well as other meals throughout our stay. Having complimentary supply of beach towels and beach chairs was so helpful not to have to bring our own from home. We rented bikes for the duration our stay and it took us approximately 4 minutes to bike to the beach. We enjoyed Java Burrito and Southern Coney restaurants very close to the rental-you could bike there if you wanted to. We will definitely rent this unit again.

My girlfriends and I had an excellent stay! The home was very clean and exactly as described. The kitchen was well stocked with cutlery, cookware, cutting boards, serving dishes, glasses, etc. (we were truly amazed). The screened-in porch was an absolute hit! If we weren't at the beach, we were on the porch, relaxing and gator watching (such a cool experience!). Carolina Coast Vacations was super friendly, informative, and responsive. I would 100% recommend vacationing with them for your next stay.

It was a beautiful and peaceful place. We really enjoyed breakfast on the screened in porch - plenty of room for everyone and a beautiful view of the creek, along with its wildlife. My brother owns a house around the corner on the golf course. There was a nice path to walk to his place. The beach access is very nice. We would use it again.

30 Kingston Cove was a great place for our family of 5 plus grandparents to stay. We had plenty of room with 3 bedrooms. The mattresses were very comfortable and the decor in the whole house was nice and updated. Loved all of the fans with remotes! The kitchen is adequately stocked with anything we needed to cook at the house. I appreciated the separate ice machine as I think the tap water on the island tastes a little funky. It also had a standard coffee maker and kerig. There were also some miscellaneous pantry items that were helpful to have on site. The back screened in porch was a nice addition you don't always get with a vacation home. The table was big enough for all guests and the sitting area chairs were comfortable. The adirondack chairs on the deck were also very nice. The beach is a short bike ride from the house. Part of the ride is on roads but mostly is on the bike/pedestrian walkway which is paved. You also get a parking pass if you prefer to drive. We did not encounter any issues with the house or with Carolina Coast. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved this place and the area! Photos matched the description and all of the amenities were great! I did notice the floors were a little dirty but didn’t affect our stay. We would recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Great location, easy access to beach, restaurants, pools is small for number of guests using. Great view of 8th hole golf . Unit missing needed appliances/tools like a wine opener, scissors, etc. If staying more than 1 week, the supplies are not quite sufficient. Laundry area needed cleaning and updates. Glass top tables in living room don't work well for families with small children. Carolina Coast was very responsive to any request. Despite small issues with the unit, we would stay in Kingston Cove and use Carolina Coast for future HHI stays.

We enjoyed our stay and the nice, quiet street. The House was well-stocked including the kitchen, better than some more expensive supposedly "boutique" places we've stayed on the island. The amount of space was just right for us, and our kids enjoyed the bunk bed. The pool was smaller but very nice and the pool house restrooms were surprisingly nice and updated. Our only quibble would be that the laundry room is very warm with it being in the sunroom, but having laundry at the home is a must for us, so we're glad it was there.

Family members from CA and NM who had never visited the southeast low country came for a family wedding in Savannah. I rented this and it was more than comfortable. We spent most of our time on the large screened porch. I would most definitely stay here again. Perfect in every way!

das Haus war sehr geräumig , Möbel und Deko sind geschmackvoll und es hat an nichts gefehlt; insbesondere war die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Von der Terrasse aus konnten wir Alligatoren und verschiedene Vögel beobachten. Das Haus ist in einer Sackgasse und ruhig gelegen mit viel Natur.Direkt vom Haus kann man schöne Fahrradtouren unternehmen oder in wenigen Minuten zum Strand radeln. Es war sehr einfach, sich mit der Agentur in Verbindung zu setzen.

We stayed at this home for 2 weeks and it’s truly spectacular. Looks just like advertised. Super clean, updated décor and very cozy. We loved the view of the lagoon from the back screened-in porch. The kitchen was well equipped, everything was working properly and starter kits (eg dish and bathroom toiletry kits) were very much appreciated. We knew the distance to the beach and brought our bikes for numerous, great rides to and along the beach. Very quick response by the host. We would book this place again.

We enjoyed our stay in Shipyard. The host left a lot of thoughtful touches like sunglasses, coffee, and local guides. The house offered easy access to bike paths and was a pleasant walk to the beach. We especially enjoyed the screened porch.
