Soak Up the Ocean Air Seaside Villa Stay Near the Sand

My husband and I recently began going to Hilton Head, just the 2 of us, no kids or grandkids! This is the best place, so close to the beach, walking distance to dinner, bars, coffee shop. The floorprint of the condo is perfect for a rental, good storage, well decorated and all the ammenities needed! We already know we will back again next year

Everything was amazing!!! The location was breathtaking from the balcony. The room was very clean. And had everything we needed. Checking in and out was very smooth. It was great they had a laundry room on the floor. I recommend this place for sure! We will definitely be back

Great location close to the beach. Nice apartment with a sea view. Apartment has everything you need and hosts very good. Nice bars and restaurants nearby.

This condo is perfect walking distance from the shops and restaurants at Coligny. There are quite a few restaurants and some cute shops there. There is also a city park nearby. Nice view of the ocean from the balcony!

We spent a few nights over the holiday weekend and we had a lovely stay. The location of the condo is wonderful, right on the beach and nicely maintained. The pool was a must for us and it delivered. A close bike ride to the main circle and Sea Pines. The only negatives we can think of would have liked is more bath towels and towels of way better quality and the patio furniture needs an upgrade, the paint chops on the table were not the best. The beach towels were a nice touch, we didn't use the provided beach equipment but it looked in good condition. Overall we would definitely stay here again!

Right off the bat, communication with host was great. I accidentally reserved location starting on the wrong day. I messaged and they immediately changed it for me with no hassle. This little condo was perfect for my husband and me. We loved having use of beach chairs and umbrellas. The property is exactly as advertised. Very clean. Had everything we needed to enjoy our 4 night stay. We would most definitely stay again.

We stay on HHI often and enjoy this location to Sea Pines and Coligny. This unit was okay. The air conditioner couldn’t keep up with the high temperatures. The shower was not thoroughly cleaned and the kitchen drain had issues and wasn’t fixed properly.

Location was great! Bed not very comfortable. Hard to keep bedroom cool with air at 64 and 2 fans going all night. Wish the fridge had an icemaker, had to buy bag ice to keep in freezer since we take a cooler to the beach daily for drinks. Only 2 ice trays but other than that we had fun, very clean!

The owners were great to work with and accommodating for our situation! Easy and fast communication as well. The place was just as it was pictures. It was perfect for our stay in a very nice complex! It was gated and we felt very secure! Highly recommend this property. We can't wait to be back!

We drove through the night and arrived early for check in. Possibly because the cleaning crew were trying to hurry so we might get in a bit earlier than usual, the unit wasn’t super clean. It didn’t smell fresh or clean, and the outer bedding on the bed, pillows, and ‘bunk’ bed were dirty. But we were able to check in about 3:30 instead of 4:00. The AC unit didn’t cool very well, but it was adequate for April. The property manager was friendly and helpful and we love being right on the beach and close to coligny

Everything was great here! The unit was very well kept and such a great spot to the beach. The owners were very accommodating in even being flexible when requesting a day difference in the booking due to a conflict on our end, and stopping by during the stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Perfect spot being close to the beach, close to Coligny Plaza and a straight shot down to Harbour Town!
