Great place to stay!! Great location on the beach! Condo perfect for 2 people! We were welcomed with a few extras which were appreciated. (Toiletries, coffee for the keurig and automatic drip coffee maker, popcorn just to name a few.) Would definitely stay here in the future!!! Thank you for sharing your place with us!!!

We spent a few nights over the holiday weekend and we had a lovely stay. The location of the condo is wonderful, right on the beach and nicely maintained. The pool was a must for us and it delivered. A close bike ride to the main circle and Sea Pines. The only negatives we can think of would have liked is more bath towels and towels of way better quality and the patio furniture needs an upgrade, the paint chops on the table were not the best. The beach towels were a nice touch, we didn't use the provided beach equipment but it looked in good condition. Overall we would definitely stay here again!

Nice place! Pretty much perfect location. Could’ve been cleaner, some cobwebs (spider on my pillow) and some dust, but generally clean. Nothing fancy but gets the job done! Oceanfront and 2 min walk to the beach.

Lovely little condo close to the ocean. Homey touches were included. Host was very responsive. Onsite laundry for a dollar a load. Also the beach chairs were amazing! Would definitely stay here again.

Easy short walk to the beach, Nice size shower, and walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Tips: walk down the beach to and from for dinner and ice cream. We loved it

I'll start with the two cons.The bedroom in the front part of the room doesn't cool down very well. We also had problems with the TV in the bedroom as well.There were times that it would freeze up or restart our movie.There are many positives though. The backroom does stay relatively cool with a nice TV. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom/shower is very nice. One of the reasons that it gets a 5 star from me is because the outside beach access and the nearby sidewalks for early morning walks. Each with beautiful views! And another reason for a 5 star is that this company does it right! With easy check-in and check-out while providing you with all the instructions that you'll need to make this a great vacation! This was our 30th anniversary trip and our first time visiting HHI. Overall, we enjoyed staying with CCV and I believe that they will address these minor issues and we absolutely loved HHI. We hope to be back and we hope to get to stay with CCV again!

Loves our 3-week stay at the villa. Check-in instructions were clear and easy. Accommodations were clean and lovely. Kitchen was fully stocked with all implements needed to cook as we liked. Bed was extremely comfortable and linens were fresh and of very nice quality. The property was gated, so we felt very secure with leaving our e-bikes locked to the available bike racks. Very, very quiet at night. Enjoyed beautiful ocean sunrises from our balcony. We could walk to the beach in a couple of minutes. Enjoyed walking on the beach as well as riding our bikes. Location offered easy access to HHI’s excellent bike trail network. We were just a few minutes from shopping and restaurants. Loved everything about the place.

Location was spot on, unit was very clean and had a lot of little perks folks look for in a beach stay (well-stocked kitchen, beach towels, extra toiletries, great water pressure in shower). Where it missed the mark for me was the bed (soft to the point of hurting my back) and the super scratchy, thin sheets and towels. Made for uncomfortable nights and found myself sleeping better on the mini loveseat. Lastly, my biggest airbnb pet peeve: door codes and instructions in various places - multiple emails, the app, physical book in unit. It's cool if you're repeating info, but would really appreciate everything in one place. All that said, the location really can't be beat and would make me consider staying again...maybe I'll just bring my own bed ;)

The location of this place right near Coligny is amazing. The queen bed wasn't very comfortable and my wife and I both struggled to sleep for most of our trip due to how uncomfortable the bed was. When we arrived the wall behind the bed and the fans were extremely dusty. The wall had so much dust on it that it looked like paint texture. The location of this place is why we booked it and the location lived up to our expectations, but we will likely elect to book somewhere else the next time we are in town.

We had such a great stay at this AirBnb! It was just my husband and I, and it was the perfect spot for two adults. Very comfortable, clean, and awesome hosts. We hope to return one day!

We enjoyed our stay with Carolina Coast at Hilton Head Island. The condo is in a pretty good location with several good restaurants within reasonable walking distance and many more a short drive away. The beach in this area is more crowded than I was used to but still nice. We enjoyed the full kitchen, good sized TVs, and ocean view from the balcony during our stay. Overall, the condo was pretty quiet and we didn’t see a lot of our neighbors. The bed itself is next to the hallway, so we did hear some eager kids running down the hall late at night. I also question if the bed is a queen size or a double… it felt a little smaller than we were used to. There’s no light to read under on the balcony (probably turtle related if I had to guess but some condos have them) and the seating out there isn’t as comfortable as it could be. Signs like “please keep drapes closed to reduce sunlight and heat in villa” cheapen an otherwise pretty nice condo. Thanks for hosting us on our first HHI trip!

Could not have enjoyed our stay here more! The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We had all of the amenities we needed. The view from the balcony was stunning. Location was great for walking along the beach or to restaurants.
