We really enjoyed our stay. The view and the beach are amazing. The grounds are very peaceful and pretty. The beds were comfy and we really appreciated the extra little amenities.

The view from the porch was great but there were other things about the condo that we had a problem with. The main thing problem was the edge of the rug on the porch was curled up and so my 3 yo tripped on it and fell forward, hitting his chin on a chair leg which resulted in a large gash that caused us to go to urgent care. The other problem was with a couple of the dining area chairs that were pretty unstable because some of the legs were loose and could've easily broken underneath enough weight.

PERFECT place for small kiddos! Waves were small and the location has everything you need. With the beach and an indoor and outdoor pool you can not go wrong! We will definitely be returning to this location.

Wasn’t a fan of the beach area because the water recedes so bad during low tide but the room was so comfy, the beds were incredible and the room was clean.

Beautiful and clean condo. Great view of the beach from the balcony! Beach chairs, towels, etc were provided. Great stay and we will be back!

We really enjoyed the quiet and peaceful location. The beach was steps away and not crowded. Great for beach walks and exploring. The view of the beach/ocean was lovely from our balcony.

We had several families, each staying in their own units at the Spa for a family reunion. The proximity to the quiet Fish Haul beach on Port Royal Sound. The only downside to the location and our unit was that when the weather is bad there isn't a great gathering spot for a big group. Our unit's porch was not screened or enclosed, so it was unavailable to us when the weather turned cold and rainy.

This condo was great. Waking up in the morning and being able to see the beach from the bed is awesome. Being able to take a walk on the beach in the morning getting seashells was definitely a perk. The in unit washer and dryer are very helpful. This spot was so quiet. We will be staying again.

Pros- Good location, very close to beach, 2 pools, and indoor pool when it rains Cons- We stayed for a week and were given 2 pods for the dishwasher and washer and dryer, when asked for more they told us no. Didn't have garbage bags( they did give more of those), dusty, outdated, stains on linen and couch, bare minimum of everything in the kitchen. Door to patio doesn't lock. For the cost, not worth it and would not stay again.

Love that is a Feral cat sanctuary. Not so much the shark reserve nearby. Land to beach was very marshy. And difficult to walk across or around it. It was a lovely place, relatively quiet outside of pool times.

The place is a bit tired. The sofa sleeper was nearly impossible to use. The garbage disposal didn’t work. The sliding door was very hard to open. The dining chairs were rickety and needed to be tightened. However, the beds were comfortable, and the space was good for our small group.

Beautiful setting, large trees nice landscape. Less than three minute walk to the beach on the Sound (river) quiet, safe, very few people on beach. Comfortable condo, would go there again

Great beach access with multiple pools and great walking trails. Access to shopping and restaurants was a positive. The area was quiet and great for relaxing! Host was very responsive to our needs. Huge supply of towels, soap, detergent and dishes. Our bed sheet had makeup stains at the foot of bed. We called the host and they immediately replaced the linen. It was surprising to see so many feral cats around the property. They were not a problem at all and were super laid back. And lastly, the living area was much narrower than the photo appearance.

This trees, flowers and bushes were postcard perfect! The beach was excellent for bird watching and exploring and not crowded! The rooms were very nice and comfortable

Beautiful quiet spot to stay by fish haul beach! Lots of wildlife, my son loved it so much. We said several times we would stay here again.

Condo was clean and all amenities that were needed were there. Its a little on the smaller side than the pictures suggest but still large enough for 2 couples or a family. We really enjoyed the balcony views and had fabulous weather during our visit. We looked at the calendar wrong when booking and arrived a day early, but the company was accommodating and let us check in early !! (Looked at Feb instead of March) Our fault, but it worked out. All in all, a good experience...

Whole place was’tired’…all four dining chairs had loose front legs…kitchen faucet was hard to move…furniture not moved to sweep….outside patio had dish with melted wax….mess…very poor water pressure throughout….main shower could not increase pressure without making it hotter…no pillow protectors….washed bedspread as it was soiled….especially around your face and hands…mattress cover needs washing…..third time we’ve stayed at the Spa…previous two were better experiences, but they were owned by individuals..so, there was a special touch….when owned by a mgmt company….you get what you get…I think mgmt company people would benefit by staying a few nights in their properties…kind of typical profit maximization mentality…we stayed a whole month, paid a pretty good price…not even a plate of cookies, or a bottle of wine, or something…..the only thing there was salt and pepper…anyway…the best part of the property is the location of the unit and the view…great for a few days..not for a long stay
