Clean and well kept condo walking distance to the beach and right in front of the pool! Owners are responsive and kind and check in is a breeze. We love this location for little kids.

Our 7th year staying in this complex and 3rd different condo. This location is perfect for our birding interests with the parks on either side and the beach with marshy areas. We prefer this quieter NE end of the island. The indoor pool and hot tub are also a big plus for us as we come in the off season. This condo was nice for us and the pictures and descriptions were accurate.

The place was cute and great location. It is on the bottom floor and next to the pool. The guests upstairs were up late and it was a little hard to sleep. The gym was very tiny and some stuff was broke. No fault of the owners. They were easy to deal with and a very cute place!

Everything was great at this Airbnb. Very comfortable and nice sized beds. The only problem we ran into was a problem with the water from the fridge was broken but the host was very responsive. I’d stay here again.

It was a perfect private get away for my off-peak season visit. Instructions and a wealth of material regarding the island and amenities were readily available. The beach is just steps away which is ideal in the summer months. The indoor pool and hot tub were a bonus!!

This was an awesome location - not on the main beach which was what we wanted. The sound was a great place to find shells, read a book and watch the sunsets. The local pair of bald eagles took it over the top! Amenities were stated correctly and staff was friendly. Location is a bike ride aways from restaurants and the main beach. Tons of golf available as well. The host was very responsive!

Great Family Vacation
We had a great time at this rental along with a second unit for our family vacation. The proximity of the pool was perfect for our littles and we enjoyed gathering for games under the covered gazebo area outdoors for family game night. Highly recommend!!!

Omg! The villa was so perfect for our stay. Everything is conveniently located and within driving distance from the villa. This trip was my son and I first mother son vacation, and this was the perfect location. I highly recommend booking you will not want to leave. It’s so peaceful and writhing walking distance of the beach, which was breathtaking, we saw so many different things there and met some of the residents which are super friendly and gave us some great food recommendations. This villa has it all and on the day it came to check out I was not ready to leave. Thank you for sharing your beautiful villa with us. Will definitely be returning.

Our stay was very comfortable. All the amenities were great. The short walk to the pool and beach were quite wonderful. The place itself was a little tired but was ok. We had one hot, stuffy night when the AC stopped working. A person came to check it the next day so very prompt. The biggest issue for us was the noise from the unit above. The first week, it was children running constantly up at 6:30 am. The second week, people up at 6:00 am, pounding and playing music with a lot of base. This maybe just speaks to the construction of the units themselves? All in all, we had a very nice vacation at this location!
