Sounds Perfect First Floor Villa By the Sound

We had a great time at this rental along with a second unit for our family vacation. The proximity of the pool was perfect for our littles and we enjoyed gathering for games under the covered gazebo area outdoors for family game night. Highly recommend!!!

Everything advertised was 100% spot on. Comfortable bed. Water pressure that made me jealous I didn't have it at my house. Super clean. Would definitely visit again.

We really like this area. Overall good property, great location. Kitchen was amazing. Property manager was very nice and quick to answer any questions and deal with a couple small problems we had. Only negative at all was the couch needs to be replaced and the fitness center was closed and we were not aware of that prior to coming.

We loved Hilton Head Island and the Spa On Port Royal Sound. Wonderful amenities with the pool and short stroll to the beach. Relaxing place to stay and unwind during a break.

The rental was nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable. The front bedroom could us dark curtains to block the light of the porch light. Had problems with the t.v. in that room also. Very nice location enjoyed the beach and pools. The housekeepers could spend alittle more time to detailing and less bleach.

We would eat out lunch, but then cook supper at night. I will definitely be back and try more restaurants, because the ones we did eat at were great! I loved that at our property there was access to 3 outside pools and 1 indoor pool. It was awesome!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo very much. Pictures and description show exactly how the condo is. It was clean, chic and comfortable. Beach is just a short walk from the condo. Check-in and checkout is simple. We will surely stay here again.

The condo was very clean and in a great area. We loved the beach being so close, especially bringing a toddler. Communication with the property manager was suburb. Our coffee pot was broken and I was able to text the manager and it was quickly replaced. The only thing I was unimpressed with was the pool. When we went to use it, it needed cleaned and swept. Otherwise great experience. Planning to stay here again

I love this property and the nearby beach and amenities. The unit is clean and modern. It comes with everything you need including beach chairs. The only problem was that the upstairs neighbors were extremely loud and the sound really carries. They were running around and stomping above our heads until 1 AM. I know this isn't the fault of the property owner, but I want future guests to be aware of this possibility. If I stay at this location again I would book a top floor unit.

The Spa at Port Royal is super convenient to the beach! This unit was nicely updated, but wish we had asked for it to be re-cleaned upon arrival (hair still on bathroom floor, toothpaste spatter on bathroom sink, a few sticky areas on floor of main living area). It would have been nice to have a swiffer to be able to clean up sand that we tracked in daily, but only option was an old broom and dust pan. We ended up buying our own cleaner to wipe down the kitchen counters throughout our stay. There was a drainage issue with the secondary bath, but this was handled immediately by maintenance after letting them know. Also, the unit above us had a tub overflow, which came through the master bath light fixture, but this was also addressed immediately! Overall, we would probably stay here again.

Perfect for my husband and I, our teenage son, and his friend. The combination of the pool and proximity to the beach was perfect for us. Rented bikes for the boys to get to busier beaches. 20 minute drive (at most) got us to all the other parts of the island. Property was updated, clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable - and we’re all very picky!

This property is located on the quiet part of HHI. The beach was very nice for finding shells, watching birds, crabs, and other types of marine life. The house was very clean and worked for a small family vacation. Loved sitting out by the pool on our patio. Felt like we were at the pool without having to leave the villa. We had a great time!

My husband and I celebrated our 4th year wedding anniversary. When we arrived in the room our hearts was captivated. The place was beautiful. The 1st thing I notice when I got into the kitchen was a bottle of wine, red velvet cupcakes and a card wishing us a happy anniversary and thanking us for choosing to stay there. Our stay was very relaxing and the bed was so comfortable. The shower was very nice too. The community was quite. Only thing we didn't like is it's very dark coming up to the Villa. I can't wait to come here for another vacation. We will be bringing our family. We enjoyed our stay. Sincerely the Ampy's
