Spacious Pet Friendly Home Sea Pines Golf Views

Very comfortable and updated house. It was bigger than we expected. Absolutely perfect for 2 families with young children. The kids had plenty of space to play and the backyard was pristine. Easy bike ride to everywhere we wanted to go. We will stay here again. The property management company was accommodating and very quick to respond.

Located in a very convenient location, this one level house has everything one needs…beach towels, beach wagons, fully stocked kitchen and a beautiful pool. The rental company is extremely responsive if a problem should take place. We were here for five weeks and have already reserved for next year.

Everything was very nice but we did have some problems with the hot tub not staying hot and also some lights kept turning on and off in the bedrooms. The master shower had issues with water as well.

The house was perfect for the eight adults and children that stayed there. Plenty of living space, bedrooms were spacious, backyard view of golf course was beautiful and very peaceful. Would definitely recommend and stay again if need be.

We had a group of 9 (7 adults, 2 kids) and this house fit us perfectly. It’s a great location, just a few minutes from Harbor Town, the beach, stores and restaurants. The kitchen is well-appointed and had everything we needed to prepare most meals at home. We had a few hiccups with the hot tub when we arrived, but the issue was resolved after a day or so. Overall, we were happy with our stay and the clear communication from the rental company.

My family spent the weekend in Hilton Head to attend a wedding of a close family friend. The home was perfect in every way as far as accommodations for my family. My only complaint was that the beds were very soft and we all thought they were uncomfortable. The location was great, just a short walk to the beach or Harbor town.

Three night stay to celebrate two family birthdays. Group of 7 with ages 15-65 and we truly found the best location for our weekend of fun. The house and location was perfect for our needs with the pool and hot tub being the standout. Also very easy to explore Hilton head on our rental bicycles which is highly recommended as tons of trails and safe for all the family. The house was beautiful,well equipped and super clean with plenty of space for larger groups then ours. Host was very helpful and responsded quickly to our questions. Would certainly book again.

Perfect location for a golf trip I had planned with some college friends. The primary shower had issues. Wouldn’t turn on and never had hot water. The host came and fixed the shower but the shower had cold water all weekend and one other showers water pressure was bad. Wi-Fi was spotty which was explained to us as being an island problem. We had some people trying to work which was an issue. Lastly, there is an activation fee to turn on the hot tub which I thought was corny after spending quite a bit of money on this rental. Other than that, we enjoyed our time.

The house has a nice layout and soothing color scheme. Good common areas for relaxing and eating. Bring your own sponges etc if you use and clean cooking pans. The pool lights never seemed to be on between sunset and ten so pretty dark for a night swim. There was a basket of beach towels which was great and a large bike rack as plenty of games and some books. Ample towels except only one dish towel. A buggy stay compared to many other HH stays.

This home is a slice of heaven- it spoiled us in all the best ways from being perfectly situated to accommodate our 3 generations, beautiful and so relaxing back yard with pool for all to enjoy. We would love this home to be our regular spot for future trips! location is incredible, access to The Sea Pines Beach Club and all other Sea Pines amenities is priceless when you have everyone from grandparents to young children. Beds and linens were SO comfortable, kitchen was clean and well equipped. We did have trouble with WiFi but hosts were responsive and accommodating (and I welcomed the tech break for an even more relaxing vacay) . We really hated to leave and hope to come back soon!

The backyard pool was A+. Overall the property was better than its pictures. The mattress in the king bedroom not the primary needs replaced- it was like a hammock with two people in bed. Kitchen could be better stocked, the knives were dangerously dull. Loved the 8 seat table in the kitchen. Had to buy toliet paper, paper towels, trash bags, baggies. Appreciated wine/beer cooler. Although there are 3 renovated bathrooms- not ideal floor plan for privacy. Hangers were awful. Lots of different seating areas for a big family. Walkable to beach but not ideal for bringing all day beach stuff. Nice to have the automatic lock on front door. Back door needs to open smoother. Great outdoor furniture- durable, drys quick and looks/feels good. Thank you for sharing it with us it was a positive for our family vacation of 3 generations!

The only good thing about the property is the proximity to golf and the beach. The home itself was a HUGE disappointment. The pictures do not accurately reflect the actual home. Spiders and bugs in every room. It appears they do not spray for pests. Most light switches don’t work, lighting throughout is depressingly dark. Master bath electrical wiring installed poorly, unable to dry your hair. Hot water takes 15 minutes to reach master bath, unable to use shower as plumbing installed poorly. Any renovations done, were done very cheaply and geared for quick rent. All three mattresses were worn and sunken in. The furniture in family room was icky to sit on. We paid an ungodly amount of money for what was barely tolerable. So disappointed that nothing lived up to description. Even the pool was dirty. The baggy of soap left at each sink was embarrassing. We will never rent from this management company again, Carolina coast vacations.

A group of us were in town for a wedding and decided to stay at this wonderful property. We couldn't have asked for a better place. The spaces was large and clean, and had all the amenities we could have hoped for. The pool was our favorite part about the stay. If we ever come back to HH I will definitely be checking to see if this property is available!

Beautifully renovated home in an excellent location. Matches pictures exactly. WiFi was strong throughout the house. Kid-friendly with a high chair and pack n play available.

Very nice and spacious home in a beautiful location. Walking around the property was amazing. Not many pots and pans to use in the kitchen, so if you need to do a good bit of cooking it may be a good idea to bring some. We really enjoyed our stay!
