Spacious Pet Friendly Home Sea Pines Golf Views

Located in a very convenient location, this one level house has everything one needs…beach towels, beach wagons, fully stocked kitchen and a beautiful pool. The rental company is extremely responsive if a problem should take place. We were here for five weeks and have already reserved for next year.

We absolutely loved this house! We had a group of 10–two families (4 adults, 6 kids 6 years and younger). We really liked how there were two bedrooms on either side of the house so that each family could have a side. The house has been recently renovated with beautiful new finishes and fixtures. The kitchen is spacious and fully stocked with all the tools, pots, pans you need. The beds are sooo comfortable as well! On top of all the awesome inside features, the backyard is gorgeous. The brand new pool and spa are amazing! Our youngest kids loved the “sun deck/wading” area of the pool, and none of the kids ever wanted to stop swimming. The golf course view is awesome as well. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood and convenient to all sorts of biking trails. We rented bikes and rode all over. Additionally, the property management company was extremely responsive before, during, and after the stay. I cannot recommend this house and management company enough! This first stay in Hilton Head has convinced us to come back in the future, and the house was a huge part of that!

Booking process was extremely easy. The property is in excellent condition, tastefully furnished, with all amenities. Close to beach, shops and golf courses! Couldn’t be better!

This house is in a great location for a Hilton Head stay. We really enjoyed our time here. The home’s floor plan is great. My husband and I came with two other couples, it was especially nice to have three rooms with our own bathrooms and queen/king beds. Most of the other listings we found only had two rooms with queen/king beds with additional rooms having bunk beds. Nice, new furnishings and well designed. The kitchen was very well equipped so we enjoyed cooking a lot of our meals together as well. Great home!

4 golf loving couples (and one infant) enjoyed our weekend stay very much-beautifully remodeled home - spotless upon arrival even though they had to flip the house in just a few hours-plenty of room indoors for all-well appointed kitchen for a rental-we cooked each night and only thing lacking was a large bowl for pasta or salad for 8-they should note that the grill provided is a flat top grill and not a regular gas grill-hope they are putting a pool in and will work on the outdoor living space -we can’t wait to see what they do with the space and will definitely rent this house or another from this company-very responsive and like I said very clean!!

I got this property for my wifes 60th Birthday surprise from our daughters and her brother. It was the perfect mix of open floor plan, plenty of space indoors and outdoors, nice patio in rear overlooking golf course and pool area. The water was a bit chilly in pool and hot tub was really just additional pool space....would have been nice to sit in hot tub in evening and relax with adults. Would definitely stay here again....

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The house is exactly as pictured and was incredibly clean. The host answered all our questions quickly and the check in process was very easy. With two bedrooms situated on opposite sides of the house it was a great set up for two families gathering together. We would absolutely stay here again next time we are visiting Hilton Head area.

A group of us were in town for a wedding and decided to stay at this wonderful property. We couldn't have asked for a better place. The spaces was large and clean, and had all the amenities we could have hoped for. The pool was our favorite part about the stay. If we ever come back to HH I will definitely be checking to see if this property is available!

The only good thing about the property is the proximity to golf and the beach. The home itself was a HUGE disappointment. The pictures do not accurately reflect the actual home. Spiders and bugs in every room. It appears they do not spray for pests. Most light switches don’t work, lighting throughout is depressingly dark. Master bath electrical wiring installed poorly, unable to dry your hair. Hot water takes 15 minutes to reach master bath, unable to use shower as plumbing installed poorly. Any renovations done, were done very cheaply and geared for quick rent. All three mattresses were worn and sunken in. The furniture in family room was icky to sit on. We paid an ungodly amount of money for what was barely tolerable. So disappointed that nothing lived up to description. Even the pool was dirty. The baggy of soap left at each sink was embarrassing. We will never rent from this management company again, Carolina coast vacations.

The backyard pool was A+. Overall the property was better than its pictures. The mattress in the king bedroom not the primary needs replaced- it was like a hammock with two people in bed. Kitchen could be better stocked, the knives were dangerously dull. Loved the 8 seat table in the kitchen. Had to buy toliet paper, paper towels, trash bags, baggies. Appreciated wine/beer cooler. Although there are 3 renovated bathrooms- not ideal floor plan for privacy. Hangers were awful. Lots of different seating areas for a big family. Walkable to beach but not ideal for bringing all day beach stuff. Nice to have the automatic lock on front door. Back door needs to open smoother. Great outdoor furniture- durable, drys quick and looks/feels good. Thank you for sharing it with us it was a positive for our family vacation of 3 generations!

My family had a wonderful time... we will be going back. The house was great. Me my wife in-laws and son stayed in the house and we had plenty of room. A great peaceful 3 night stay. The only small aggravation was going back and forth about the parking pass. I thought we paid for it in the price but had to buy another pass when we got there. Everything else was wonderful!!!

New home, perfect for a family of 8 to stay a week in HHI. Loved the spacious kitchen - no bumping into each other! :) Management quickly addressed a pre-existing issue with a broken cabinet door and was helpful with check-in and check-out. We did have to kill a number of bugs during our stay but i assume that's part of staying in a warmer destination. We were told this home is having a pool put in this winter and a staircase with 2nd level and bunkbeds put in, which should make this an even greater place to stay. Would definitely recommend!

My family spent the weekend in Hilton Head to attend a wedding of a close family friend. The home was perfect in every way as far as accommodations for my family. My only complaint was that the beds were very soft and we all thought they were uncomfortable. The location was great, just a short walk to the beach or Harbor town.

We had a group of 9 (7 adults, 2 kids) and this house fit us perfectly. It’s a great location, just a few minutes from Harbor Town, the beach, stores and restaurants. The kitchen is well-appointed and had everything we needed to prepare most meals at home. We had a few hiccups with the hot tub when we arrived, but the issue was resolved after a day or so. Overall, we were happy with our stay and the clear communication from the rental company.

Everything was very nice but we did have some problems with the hot tub not staying hot and also some lights kept turning on and off in the bedrooms. The master shower had issues with water as well.
