Spacious Villa Walk to Coligny Beach

This was our second time staying here and just like before, it was wonderful. The place was clean, easy to get to and spacious. They messaged us before check in and said we could arrive early as it was ready. Messages throughout the stay were nice and check out was a breeze. Everything was as expected and we will definitely be back

Das Haus ist toll eingerichtet, renoviert und hat unseren Bedürfnissen mehr als entsprochen. Es war alles sauber und ein kleines Willkommenspaket stand auf dem Esszimmertisch. Eine sehr freundliche Geste.Zum Haus gehört auch ein Beach-Trolley sowie Strandstühle und Wasserboards. Das macht einen Tag am Strand perfekt. Dieser ist fußläufig in max 10 Minuten erreichbar.Auch der Gemeinschafts-Pool liegt schön und ist sehr gepflegt.Die Gegend um das Haus ist sehr ansprechend. Man kann spazieren gehen, joggen oder einfach in den kleinen Läden bummeln. Ein größerer Supermarkt Publix ist 5 Autominuten entfernt. Schade war, dass wir aufgrund des herbstlichen Einflusses die Terrasse nicht gut nutzen konnten. Sie war sehr belaubt, Ein Gärtner kam nicht. Wenn überhaupt ist das aber der einzige Kritikpunk.Wenn wir noch einmal nach Hilton Head Island fahren, würden wir genau dieses Haus wieder buchen. Vielen Dank für einen schönen Aufenthalt.

So pleased with our visit / condo was nice and clean and the location was perfect for walking to coligny restaurants and beach access/ will definitely stay again in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay! Location was pretty great, very walkable to the beach, some restaurants and activities. Highly recommend! 4/5 for cleanliness only because there was a lot of sand already on the floors when we arrived, but I imagine it’s hard to get up completely.

We loved it, and did not have any issues while we stayed there... Super close to the beach, walking distance and a relieve that we didn't have to look for parking spot in a busy weekend in summer.

The home was very nice and roomy. It had a fully stocked kitchen with lots of space to cook with family. The deck space outside was used every day and so was the access to the pool and hot tub. The VRBO pictures of the home did it little justice, it was much nicer in person. The cleaning inside the home left some room for improvement.

We enjoyed our villa that was within walking distance of the beach, Coligny Plaza, and a park. We loved seeing the alligators and turtles too! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, food storage containers, and plenty of tableware. The only issue, which is not necessarily the host's fault, is that much of the dinnerware and flatware were not clean. Some was put back into the cupboard although still obviously dirty. We also found the wifi unusable because of the slow speed. However, we really appreciated the wagon and chairs plus enjoyed the courtyard. Overall, it was a great place for a fun trip and will use again if we return to Hilton Head.

We had a group come and stay for a tennis retreat, space was great and walking distance from a ton of great amenities. Close driving distance to many tennis facilities.

It was a great place and the ideal location. The playground pirate ship was 2 min walk, beach was a 5 min walk (with little ones in tow), abundance of restaurants, shops and anything you need all within walking distance

Good location...9 minute walk to the public beach... lots of restaurants and shops a short drive away. House comfortably sleep 8. Beach chairs were handy.

The house was nice and the location was good. Unfortunately the place didn’t feel very clean when we arrived. After just walking around for 30 minutes our feet were really dirty and felt gross, so we ended up trying to clean all the floors and countertops. The pool was nice! You are able to walk to the beach, but it’s a 15ish minute walk at least.

This was a great spot to stay for my family and me. It was a 10 min walk to the beach and Coligny shopping center. The pool was close and the property management had so many amenities for us it was great. The only downfall is there were so many bugs in the house (mosquitos, spiders, etc - NO roaches). We had one issue with the shower not draining and they were out to fix it the same day. I’ve saved this listing for a future trip, because we really did enjoy this location.

The place was a nice place. There were only a few things that I would personally say were needed. The master bedroom needs a ceiling fan or at least some type of fan. The floors down stairs need to be cleaned thoroughly. Other than those two small things the place was nice and wasn’t a far walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay.

Overall we had an okay stay. The pros - great location to walk to the beach or Coligny! The kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking supplies, plates, utensils, etc. that we needed! Loved having the beach cart and chairs available to use - that was a nice amenity. Enjoyed playing the card games on a rainy afternoon! The back patio with the sting lights and places to sit was awesome! Cons - When we arrived I was a little disappointed at the cleanliness. The floors were covered in sand like it hadn’t even been swept prior to our arrival. The drain in the downstairs bathtub drains very slowly, and the grill on the back patio was rusted and falling apart. We had bought food to grill so that was disappointing. A heat and air conditioning guy showed up to do routine maintenance while we were there at the condo, which wasn’t an issue, but a head’s up would have been nice. Overall plenty of room for our family and a nice week at the beach!

We enjoyed our stay for spring break. Plenty of space for all of us (8 people) and lots to do in the area. We arrived about 20-30 minutes before check-in but they allowed us to go in early, which was very kind of them. We will definitely recommend this place and be back again!

Great location. Super quick response time. I forgot to mention we had a second vehicle and someone dropped off a second car hanger the next morning while we were at breakfast. Close to Coligny Plaza and the beach (even though it was too cold to go!). Condo was cute and perfect for our needs. We will definitely stay here again!
