Stunning 2 Bedroom Villa Steps to the Beach

Great location just steps away from Fish Haul Beach. Easy access to walking and biking paths. Smaller, friendly for 2 adults plus children who can sleep in bunks. Our host was also responsive to our requests.

This was our third stay at the Spa at Port Royal Sound. We like this part of the island as it is quieter than the more heavily trafficked areas. There are longer stretches of uninterrupted paths for bicycling and running. We prefer exploring--rather than sitting on--the beach, which changes every year, and my daughter loves hunting for shark's teeth here. I personally enjoy bird watching along the shore and marsh. This particular accommodation managed by Coastal Carolina is the nicest unit we have stayed at here. Recently remodeled, tastefully decorated, brand new stainless steel appliances, this was much nicer than places that are primarily outfitted from second hand stores. It accommodated our family of five without having to resort to the Medieval torture device euphemistically known as a sofa bed. The hosts are very responsive and professional in their communications. If we return to the Spa at Port Royal Sound in the future we will check this unit's availability first.

Great place to stay for a last minute trip to HHI! We love this area and the condo was well done. If I were to change one thing it would be the addition of more comfortable living area furniture, especially if more than two ppl joining. But for the two of us it was fantastic! Clean, good location, and easy check-in/check-out process.

Our stay was amazing! Everything about the Airbnb was as shown in the pictures. The accommodations were great! Loved the pools and the private access to the beach!!

As a family of 5 with 3 kids 12 and under, this place was perfect! If you’re looking for a quieter, more peaceful stay this spot is perfect! But it’s also not a bad drive to venture out to busier beaches, restaurants, and shopping areas. This villa definitely exceeded our expectations. It was clean, organized, had a modern yet comfy feel, and really felt at home. The only feedback I could give is that the balcony was a tad crowded with the furniture but this did not interfere with our overall experience. We were thankful to have use of the beach wagon and other beach supplies as this helped with space in our vehicle for packing. We are more than satisfied with our stay and highly recommend!

We have nothing but good things to say about this place! The place was spotless and the location was great! You’re about 15/25 minutes from pretty much anything on the island and the beach at low tide is absolutely incredible. My kids 5 & 3 loved the bunk beds. Such great memories made here!!!

Too close to airport.and not use to a beach like this one. My son got his feet cut up when we first walked out to the water because my granddaughter ran out and started sinking in muck and she screamed out in fear and he ran over to grab her up. We just didn’t know . The apartment was nice.

Our stay was awesome. The property was beautiful and had a tropical feel. There was only a short walk to the beach and any of the 3 pools. The kitchen had any appliance you could need to make family meals. We loved it and will definitely be back.

We truly loved the place, the kitchen and living space were great. The patio and property were peaceful and close to everything. Parking was easy and plentiful. Both bathrooms were clean and the toiletries provided with the towels were a nice touch. We traveled as 5 adult women, and it turns out bunk beds aren't so great for adults. While there was plenty of sleeping space, we would recommend the 2nd bedroom be used for children as it was difficult to climb in/out of the triple bunk beds. Overall, the unit was great and would be perfect for a family or couple.

Condo is spotless. Resort amenities are excellent. Beach area is beautiful but not where you will swim or relax for the day- it is more like a wildlife preserve. But everything is within driving distance so this made the condo an excellent place to call home base. Sunrises are gorgeous over the beach and pier.

We had a great time here. The condo unit was accurately described, clean and check in was a breeze. The location is quiet but not far from all of the Hilton Head spots. The host was very helpful prior to check in and honestly we didn’t speak a ton throughout as we didn’t have any issues. We would stay here again.

We had a great stay. 2 adults and 2 kids (15 & 5) stayed comfortably. Not much room in the living room for all of us but both bedrooms had TVs which was perfect for us. We were only in the condo for breakfast and bedtime anyway. The kitchen is stocked with every utensil (any bakers out there?) and every pot, pan and plate you can ask for. It has a coffee maker along with a Keurig type and an air fryer. One of the pools is right behind you and a quick and easy walk. The beach doesn’t have much shoreline (not sure about the waves. We went at low tide). We ended up driving to a public beach for good waves and nice sands. We appreciated all the beach and pool items too.

We absolutely loved our stay! As soon as we walked in we were super impressed, the space was so updated and welcoming! The extra touches were so appreciated and loved. The walk to the beach was absolutely amazing and easy! We have two young kids and not having to drive to a beach was a lifesaver, plus the beach equipment was super helpful. Our daughters loved the bunk beds and kids room! We will definitely be staying here again!

We loved our stay! It was just the right amount of space for our family. My kids loved the pools and walking along the beach. It was easy to get around the island to do any activity or restaurant (with a car). Our favorite vacation spot is Hilton Head and we will definitely come back!

Our stay was wonderful. The area was full of wildlife and we love how secluded the area was. Everyone was friendly and we enjoyed talking to the residents. If you are up for a true adventure go walking along the shoreline and even venture out further once the tide goes out and find hermit crabs, horseshoe crabs, birds, jelly fish, etc. The condo is in excellent condition and has all supplies you need for a nice weekend getaway trip. Beds are comfortable and the kids loved the triple bunk bed and soft bag chairs. They are currently replacing the flooring on the walkways to the condos but there were no hazards during this process. We have nothing negative to say about our stay.

We walked into a spotless and welcoming place. Everything needed was provided, including things like beach towels and sunglasses. Plenty of information was available to help get acquainted with the area. Notes were posted on how to contact management and even emergency numbers. Simple rules were clearly stated as to checkout procedures. We were delighted with the care and thought that went into providing every possible "need" that might arise. We will definitely choose Carolina Coastal Properties again!

they only disappointed about the beach we had to go elsewhere beach was very poorly managed. no rolling tides for kids to play my daughter cut her foot. plan on driving to a beach

We are glad that overall you enjoyed the villa!! The Spa on Port Royal Sound is located on a more natural, quiet beach as it is in an area where the ocean meets the sound forming more of a rippling effect than the waves found at other beaches on the island.
