This is our second time staying there and we absolutely love it. The location is perfect and you don’t need a car if you don’t want to drive. The house always has everything we need and it’s always very clean.

The back courtyard was nice but too hot outside to enjoy. The fountain provided an oasis for several birds and a squirrel needing a drink! Access to the pool was easy. The washer wouldn’t fill up with water. It only filled about one third. Don’t know what was wrong with it.

Great location! Loved the back patio! It was very quiet and private. My kids enjoyed fishing across the street at a little lagoon and were able to ride their bikes all around. Will definitely stay here again!

The space had everything we neede and was super cozy! Being within walking distance to the beach and the playground was really nice. The pool was a few steps from the back gate. We will definitely be back!

A Perfect Home Away From Home I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location was ideal—everything I needed was within walking distance, making it super convenient to explore the area without a car. The home itself was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully decorated, giving it a warm, welcoming feel that made me feel right at home. A beautiful and wonderfully located condo for our family vacation to Hilton Head! Thoroughly enjoyed the pool, the quick walk to the beach and Coligny Plaza. Would absolutely recommend staying here and will be looking to book again next time we’re back!

Absolutely perfect walking distance to the park/Coligny beach. We had our 1 year old and he loved visiting the park, Sandbox Children’s Museum, and the Splash pad! Would recommend if convince is priority!

The location and cleanliness of the condo were great and the extras that are given at check-in are very thoughtful. I rarely review places however I must echo the previous review that mentioned strong musty odor. More than a scent but made me really concerned about condensation/potential mold issues. If you are on-the go or this doesn't bother you then the place may do you well as its affordable and provides amenities.

this location was so great. we traveled with our toddler and the walk to the park, beach, restaurants, and the sandbox museum were fantastic. the pool was just a few steps from the place too. the condo offered all the necessities and was clean. our only negative, as others had mentioned, was there was a smell. it just smelt musty. we had bought some air freshener during our stay because it was a little strong. otherwise though we loved the place, host and location. thank you for having us!

This was our 4th April break coming to Hilton head and we had a great experience! We love the location of this condo as it is walkable to the playground, the pool and Coligny. Thanks for a great stay!

Location was fine. Patio was nice. Master bedroom was fine. Unfortunately unable to have hot water in the bathroom sink due to how the faucet handles were placed. Only hot water was in shower. In half bath toilet seat was loose. Called and someone came to repair that very day but it was not correctly fixed. Also the light at the front door didn’t work. So I would rate it as ok.

Great spot to hangout and watch movies at or walk to the beach from. Everything was very clean and organized. The host is professional and proactive with instructions/ communication. Would book again.

The patio is the best part of this place. With it’s privacy and tropical lushness you are drawn outside to enjoy it. Thats a good thing because the smell of this unit needs to be dealt with. If you are sensitive to mold, dank, overpowering musty smells you wont be able to stand it here. Unless you do laundry and take it right to your car you will bring it home with you. Owner should remove that carpet and then air it out as much as possible. Location is wonderful and decor very cute.

We really enjoyed the villa. Check in was easy and the villa was clean and well stocked with essentials. The location was a quick bike ride or walk to the beach and other locations. The beach chairs and wagon provided by the host was a nice bonus. We especially loved the privacy of the outdoor courtyard, with easy access to the pool at the complex. We would book this villa again in the future.

The condo was nice and quaint with a beautiful oasis backyard, super close to the pool and a short walk to the beach. We had everything we needed for the stay. My only complaint was the carpet in the living room felt grimy and I felt like I needed to wash the dishes before using (which i usually do anyway, anywhere we stay), but for good reason as some of the silverware looked dirty and there was lipstick on a mug in the cupboard. There was also sand in the dryer. We were there for a week so I just cleaned everything before we used it, which kind of sucks since we are paying cleaning fees. But other than that we really enjoyed our stay and the location.

Location, location, location! We have visited HHI at least once a year for over a decade, and this location can’t be beat! Walk to the beach, shopping, restaurants, the park. One of our best visits to HHI. Lots of room for family board games and watching a movie together on the couch when we weren’t out walking, biking, or kayaking.
