Place was actually bigger than expected. Very comfortable place to stay. Close by to restaurants, shops, etcWalk to beach is easy, less than 10 minsWould definitely come back and stay here again

It’s a nice place , but it’s been wet before because it rally smells moldy. We left to go home and had washed some clothing and when we got home the smell was so bad we had to re wash all of the clothing. Would not stay here again.

great place and location ! the amenities were great for cooking , grilling ect and also the beach chairs , umbrellas , and cart were nice to have as an option..will definitely stay there again 🌞🏝️🌊👙

Our stay was great, nice location. The only but is the unit had ants and cockroaches which created fear of the possibility of bringing an uninvited guest home. Certainly would recommend spraying the unit. Thanks

The condo is a great location! Very close to the pirate park in Celebration Park and to Coligny Plaza. The condo had all amenities one may need, including beach towels and beach gear. Lots of storage and space for a family with kids. Front porch is covered, great for a stroller. The listing initially had a room with 2 twin size beds which had an updated description to a king bed in each room, ended up working well for our family. The only negative is the place wasn’t very clean, our feet were all black with dirt within an hour of arrival. We washed the floors once, the management company had cleaners come back to wash the floors and then we washed them one more time to get the grime up. Lots of dog hair in the condo, we had to wash the bed covers. Overall an enjoyable stay.

I haven’t been there since 1976 and the houses and apartment are great! This apartment was on point with everything and with Piggly Wiggly, Publix and the beach nearby made a difference! I did not see a bug nor anything creepy! All questions were answered politely and thoroughly! I would definitely love to stay here again. I made sure to take care of their place as if it were mine!!! CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN!!

Our stay was wonderful and our villa was clean and comfortable. It is very well stocked with essential bath and kitchen items. Great location on the island. We moved back home from hhi in 2022 and always enjoy our return trips. This villa will definitely stay in my "favorite" folder on Airbnb!

We really enjoyed our stay in Hilton Head. The unit was in a great location, nice area and close to Coligny plaza. The kitchen was a nice size, we enjoyed the back patio and barbecue. Also it was nice to have the parking right out front, that way no need for elevators. Thanks for a wonderful stay, hope to see you again next year!

Overall we were happy. Very quiet. The pool is nice. It is walkable to the shops. The beach is also walkable but not ideal when you are lugging stuff for kids. Overall the place needs maintenance. Several things were broken or need repair (doors, garbage disposal, sliders to get outside) we did have to call once and he was very responsive. Needs a good cleaning. The floors were filthy. I would have mopped if a mop was left. I used Clorox wipes that we brought. We would stay again but some care and cleaning need to be done to the place.

Very nice location! Near lots of shops and restaurants. Walkable to the beach but also a quick drive to free parking across from the beach. Easy checkin/checkout with good instructions. Only thing was the amount of dirt and sand on the floors and there was crumbs and a French fry in the pull out bed downstairs. Other than that would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay!! The villa was clean, nice, A/C worked great!! We loved being close to the pool, shops, dining, and beach. We will definitely be back!!

The location is perfect. The space would also be perfect w a few improvements. The floors were dirty and sticky. I contacted the host and she did offer to come and clean them but that felt too disruptive to our vacay. But we had comfy beds. Great pool. The beach wagon and beach chairs and beach towels were much appreciated as was the washer/dryer and towels. The kitchen would be perfect w just a few cleaning supplies (409 and more paper towels) and actual regular sized coffee mugs (there are only espresso tiny mugs) The sliding doors/screens are in need of repair.

This is right next to the park which was so nice for the kids! The rental property manager was so quick to help us with anything we needed and the kitchen was well stocked! Comfy beds and great patio!

What a great place. 5 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute walk to Coligny Circle, and centrally located to just about everything else on the island. Condo was clean and the facility it was located in was quiet!

Fantastic location - easy walk to beach, numerous restaurants & shops. Easy check in - greatly appreciated that host notified us that unit was ready so we were able to check in a bit earlier. Unit was very comfortable & had all the amenities we needed. Quiet community with friendly neighbours. We truly enjoyed our stay.
