We couldn’t have been more pleased with not only the amenities, but the location as well. The attention to details really stood out. We enjoyed every aspect of the location and a very pleased that we chose to stay there. The cotton sheets or a big plus!

We had great expectations, our AirBnB locations have always delivered to exceed those expectations. Upon our arrival we notice a heaviness in the air and excessive moisture. The bedding was all damp. After an uncomfortable night sleep, we still decided to make the best of it. The next morning started to make coffee, then discovered the coffee urn had been previously broken and placed back in the coffee machine upon removing it, it fell to the floor and shattered. we called the management and left a detailed message. No response, and we called again the next day, unable to leave a message on the number provided. we then called Airbnb, they were able to contact management who immediately accused us of being rude and denied any problems in the unit.We invited them to come to the unit to see for themselves, they declined. At that point we decided we could not stay for the remainder of the trip. we prepared to leave,the cleaning crew arrived and accused us of trespassing.

The accomodations were good but the amenities were a little misleading. Showing pics of pools and tiki bars of a neighboring hotel and not opened to these accomodations.

The place was just as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. It was an easy walk to Coligny Beach and just a short stroll to the ocean. I did move some of the decorative knickknacks out of reach since I was traveling with a curious two-year-old, but otherwise it was a great stay for our family!

We loved staying here! Everything was as described and we had a great time. The beach cart provided made transporting everything back and forth very easy! Sitting at night on the balcony was about as peaceful as it gets!

We were happy with our stay. We had to call to get more towels but that was quickly rectified. We do suggest to have the proper size sheets and mattress protector whereas they were too small and wouldn’t stay on the mattress.

This place was a great place to stay! It is right on the beach so extremely convenient to walk downstairs and be almost right on the beach. We walked to restaurants and shops every afternoon and the Tiki Bar Hut is the best place to hear live music and is a ten minute walk down the beach. The interior of this place isn't fancy, but that isn't what we were there for. We didn't intend on spending much time in the room as there is so much to do in this area. There was coffee provided, soap, towels, beach towels and a cart to carry your things down to the beach easily. We most certainly would stay here again!

A nice affordable condo right on the beach. Would be good for a couple or couple with a young baby but probably too small for a family.

The condo is in a nice, quiet building with a beautiful view. 5 stars on the location for me! The condo itself is small but comfortable for 2 adults. We had issues with the door code at checkin but the property management company answered my call on the first ring and got us right in with no further issue. The kitchen is not very well stocked so if you are planning on cooking meals, you might keep that in mind. The condo smelled a bit like mildew upon first entry but once we opened the patio sliding door and aired it out, the smell dissipated. I would stay here again, its a great condo/location for the price point.

We very much enjoyed the condo. Easy to find, private parking and direct beach access…couldn’t ask for much more. Close enough to Coligny to bike or walk. Would definitely stay here again.

If you're looking for a place to stay on Hilton Head Island, this is the perfect place! It's right on the beach, nestled in between two large (read: super expensive) resorts, and is close by a few supermarkets and Coligny Plaza - so the location can't be beat. The villa is very cozy and could fit up to four comfortably. The living area has a comfy sofa, an armchair and a small dining table. The kitchen has just about everything you need, including utensils, pots and pans, a dishwasher, and more. Everything you need is provided to you -- from beach towels and chairs, to coffee makers (a drip and a Keurig!), to kitchen towels and detergent, to extra pillows, sheets, and even an air mattress. There are laundry rooms very conveniently located on each floor and a couple of laundry pods are included with the room. The washer and dryer are only $1.00 each and take quarters. When I arrived, the place was immaculately clean. There were no bugs of any sort. And everything was well organized, including very helpful information about the villas and surrounding areas on the desk in the hallway. The balcony looks over one of the neighboring resort's pools with a nice view towards the beach on the right. The balcony is also where you'll find the provided beach chairs and wagon. Oh, and the air conditioning works great! This place is a 10/10 and I highly recommend it! Plus, the management company that handles this room is very VERY responsive.

Me and some girl friends wanted a beach vacation that was easy and fun, and this property was exactly what we needed and wanted! a quick walk to the beach and a nice pool when we wanted to be off the beach! the amenities were cute and unique which we loved!! My one and only critique is the "sofa bed" was not the type of sofa bed I imagined and what I think of for a sofa bed. It's the tops of the couch and you sleep long way on the couch instead of like a bed, the friend who slept in it said using extra pillows helped with comfort, but we brought an air mattress and that worked out a little better. Otherwise it was GREAT! beach chairs and buggy provided which came in handy and all the kitchen things you would need for a quick trip!! we would absolutely stay here again!! <3

The living room furniture is basic at best and uncomfortable to sit on. The "pull out sofa" is not something anyone should sleep on. We actually bought air mattresses.

Great place to stay! Only negative is the couch! Very small, hard as a rock and just plain uncomfortable ! Glad we spent most of our time outside. Otherwise, it was a typical Ocean Dunes condo.

First time staying in Hilton Head. The condo was as described and well decorated for a beach vibe. Great spot for two people to get away and relax. The “complex” itself is very quiet and peaceful, the tenants/owners of other condos were kind and laid back in passing and at the pool. We didn’t cook however the kitchen is set up to do so, go eat out! You won’t be disappointed with the variety of dining available. The customer service on the island at restaurants/shops is outstanding. Rent a bike and enjoy!!
