Moorings 45 was exactly as described. Very nice place, comfortable, well stocked, clean, close to the beach and amenities. Great place to stay on Hilton Head!

Very nice place, easy check in process. Everything was clean. I worked remotely there and the WiFi was reliable. Our dog loved being on vacation with us.

The condo was perfect for our weekend getaway. The rooms were very clean out the layout is perfect for families.It is a short walk to the beach and the wagon that was provided made it easy to carry the stuff. We would definitely book this condo again.

The property is located close to the beach. We have stayed at this property several times in the past but with a different owner. We love sitting on the balcony but could not this visit due to not being cleaned. Could not open the doors to the balcony due to an issue with them. The property seems a little worn and needs some updating.

Great location and so many walkable attractions. We were able to play tennis, pickleball, walk to the beach, and spend many nights at the pool. Plus you get the view of the lagoon from your back porch.

Overall the location is great-we love Palmetto Dunes and the short walk to the beach! The floors were not very clean at all. We had black feet after walking around inside for just a short time when initially arriving. There was lots of dust over things/furniture as well. The laundry area is tight but having it was a great touch. The beds are VERY loud and make noise with the slightest movements and not ideal for sleeping at all but especially when sharing the room with two kids under two. All mattresses were this loud and very uncomfortable. However the space overall was great. Would have liked another couch or comfy space to sit on. The decorative chairs were cute but not very functional or comfy! The beach wagon, chairs and towels were handy!

Perfect location in Palmetto Dunes! Beach, tennis, golf, pickleball, restaurants, General Store all walkable! Beautiful expanse of beach that does not get crowded. Comfortable space with all the necessities! Welcoming to people and dogs! Thanks for having beach towels and dog bowls!

Pros: great location & beach access, roomy unit, beautiful grounds, beach equip/towels provided (very nice touch), Bob's communication regarding problems, pet friendly w/ nice details included (pet bowls, waste bags etc). Nice central location on island. Cons: Some dated equipment (Main TV so old it wouldn't load netflix/allow streaming, dryer that was inoperable for most of vacation, some old outlets that drop plugs or don't work), stiff noisy mattresses, requires climbing 4 flights of stairs to unit/no elevator. Biggest negative was the abrasive, defensive handling by Jackie of our requesting attn. to the dated equip. issues. She failed the golden rule (customer is right) in the service industry and made us feel we were wrong for taking issue with noted problems. Notably detracted from our arrival for our vacation and we spent most of our first day dealing with these problems and carrying the stress of her very disappointing attitude. Not a good way to start a vacation.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! It was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a perfect holiday getaway. The place was spacious enough to accommodate our entire family, making it an ideal place to spend the holidays together. We especially loved the proximity to the beach—it was so convenient! What truly stood out was how dog-friendly the property was. It was great to bring our dogs along, and the thoughtful touches like the provided dog bowls and poop bags made us feel truly welcomed. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we’d happily stay here again!

Pros: - Location (5 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute walk to the tennis/pickleball courts). There's also a restaurant and general store nearby. This condo really is in a great location within Palmetto Dunes and is the main reason I would consider coming back. - End and top floor unit (could be a con for some if you don't want to have to carry items up multiple flights of stairs). - Private balconies off each bedroom with access to both balconies from the living room (note: the living room access door for the master bedroom balcony needs to be fixed) - 3 full bathrooms (although small, it was nice to have 3 showers and toilets). - 3 TVs with cable (a large living room TV and smaller TVs in each bedroom). - Beach wagon with 5 beach chairs and 2 beach umbrellas. The beach chairs and umbrellas were old and rusty but worked fine! There were also plenty of beach towels. Cons: - The beds in the 2nd bedroom were definitely not queen size (more like full size beds). - Cooking appliances/tools need updating. The frying pans in particular need to be replaced. - The couch in the living room was not very comfortable and didn't seem particularly clean. We opted to bring an air mattress for the living room rather than using the pull out sofa. - The floors were sandy and a little dirty (this is probably to be expected in a dog-friendly beach condo) Overall, we really enjoyed staying here! It could use some updates and a little TLC but for the price this one is hard to beat!

This unit is in an excellent location - close to beach and amenities. We had a great vacation! Only negative about the experience was the cleanliness and condition of the unit. It’s quite old and while somewhat renovated, wear and tear is noticeable. The condo was also pretty sandy and dirty. I vacuumed upon arrival just so we could walk around without grime on feet. I didn’t complain to the property management because we have an elderly dog and housekeeping services would have been tough to accommodate. The toaster broke but management was quick to respond which we appreciated. Would we stay here again? Maybe…if the unit was cleaner.

Closely situated within a quick walk to the best beach around. Enjoyed our stay for that reason. The apartment was a little more outdated than was expecting, with some items broken/in need of repair. Felt it could have been a little cleaner. Overall, was satisfied with location and convenience. Company also responded quickly and efficiently anytime needed.

Not impressed with this property compared to others we have stayed at in Palmetto Dunes! The kitchen does not have a pantry so food had to stay on counters! The freezer only has 2 little shelves. Ice maker does not work. The coffee maker burner is rusted and didn’t keep coffee hot. The washer and dryer are in a very small bathroom and is tight going in to wash and dry laundry. Living room couch is lumpy. Dining room table needs replacing. I guess I’m just used to much nicer properties so will not be staying at this one again.

It's a fabulous location, close to the beach. Perfect set up for grandparents, adult children and grandchildren. Loved that beach chairs, towels, etc. were provided.

We absolutely loved our stay in the Moorings and Palmetto Dunes. The location was steps from the beach and a beachside restaurant, but connected to a wide network of walking trails through the island. The unit was perfect for our small family of 3 for the week! We will definitely be back.

Location was great for beach access! This unit is near the road though so expect to hear garbage trucks and work trucks quite frequently. The property has nice potential - and one problem is bot a big deal, but there were several that I listed below…. The culmination of all led me to reach out to the property manager who did respond. They offered me 75 dollars as a refund but I would have rather had the attention to detail I expect. Unit needs a new couch- this one literally appears broken. Ice maker broken. Unable to open sliding glass doors and several broken fixtures in the unit a property manager should just maintain. Unclean under the beds, furniture and in the washing machine (yuck). Glassware had food caked on them. *** NICE Feature - A wagon, chairs and umbrella to help trek to the beach.🙂 Palmetto Dunes has lots to do.. AND its Hilton Head! ….always my happy place! Hopefully these comments will result in an improved experience for the next guest!

Our first time to HHI and our family had a blast! The condo was very clean and the location was close to everything Hilton Head Island has to offer! The kids especially loved the short (very short) walk to the beach! We saw lots of dolphins and deer!

We stayed between Christmas and New Years. It was a good location to the beach as well as getting in and out of Palmetto Dune. The property management company was quick to respond when we reached out. Our family had a fun trip in Hilton Head!
