The beach views from this unit are breathtaking. The unit is stocked with beach chairs and other beach necessities. You can walk to Coligny in just a few minutes. We also utilized the pool when it was windy at the beach. We had a great time!

We had a wonderful stay. The view of the beach and ocean is beautiful. The condo is on the smaller side, but perfect for a couple or maybe three people. It looked just like the pictures and everything in the condo was just as described. The location can't be beat. Close to restaurants, shops and several grocery stores. We hope to be back.

Perfect view. Cute decor. But the bathroom was horrible! Bathroom door needs to be painted. Black mold in shower and on baseboards was absolutely disgusting . Toilet seat cracked. Bathroom needs LOTS of attention! I nearly cut my leg on the cracked chair on the balcony. Rickety bar stools on balcony. Will not be renting this unit again.

We had a wonderful stay, the place was clean and comfortable. However, there was only one mirror in the bathroom which made it hard to get ready for two woman. The space was very tight and it was hard to open the closet door in the hall. Also the bedroom being in the back furthest away from the AC made for very hot nights. Other than that our stay was wonderful.

Host allowed us to check in slightly early which was a big help. Great condo, great view. The front door has a decent gap so noise can be loud if there are yard maintenance people. But otherwise it was a fantastic stay in a great condo! Would absolutely book this condo again.

This was our second time in this complex but first in this condo unit. The view was terrific and access to nearby attractions was convenient. The condo was updated and spacious enough for two adults and one teen. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony during the evening, listening to the ocean.

This unit has a great location. Close to shopping and restaurants. And the view from the balcony is phenomenal! We enjoyed watching the sunrise from the balcony.

Balcony views were beautiful. Easy walk to the beach. Great area for walking. Close proximity to many restaurants. Kitchen is functional, but sparsely stocked for those intending to cook - we tend to cook often due to food allergies. Overall, we had a wonderful experience.

Beautiful ocean view from the deck. The bench seating was really nice. Great decorations, very beachy. Ideal for 2 people since it’s a smaller space. Bring quarters if you want to use the washer and dryer in the laundry room. Also, there is an elevator and trolleys for your luggage in each building.

Pros: the view, attractive decor, cleanliness, welcome amenities and extra beach towels from management company, K-Cup coffeemaker, doormat for sand, ceiling fans, nice amount of storage, walk in shower. Found coffee filters under the sink Areas for improvement: old-school scratched Teflon cookware is a health risk, unit doors are very old (either pressboard or foam core) and are disintegrating, Touch-up areas on bathroom walls need to be sanded and painted. *Lack of communication from maintenance personnel! I slept in one day, waking up to a knock on the door quickly followed by a man trying to open the door with a key. He did not announce who he was, or the company he worked for, and kept trying to open the door while he talked to another person outside. I am a solo woman traveler, so thankfully had an extra security lock on the door. When I asked what he needed, he said he was there to do the routine soft wash on the porch and needed to come in. I refused. Next morning it was the same routine, but this time to spray for bugs. The 3rd day a long handled scrub brush appeared over the porch railing, spraying water on windows and furniture. Thankfully I did not have the sliding door open and was not sitting outside! NEVER did I receive any email, text, or see any printed notices posted in stairwells, elevators, or on my unit door that maintenance would require entry to the rental for three consecutive days. Very disruptive!

We had a wonderful time. I travelled with my two younger kids to escape hurricane milton and we had the best time playing at the beach and the big lawn. The view was peaceful and calming. There are lots of great parks around to explore with kids. Tons of family friendly restaurants close by too. The condo was clean and spacious. It was a perfect refuge to enjoy, I highly recommend Carolina coasts’ accommodations!

Clean, uncluttered unit with fantastic ocean view. Great location, walkable to shops, restaurants and grocery. Some beach gear provided. Can also rent chairs/umbrella from Shore Beach Service. Furniture a bit stiff (including bed) but looks newer. Laundry takes quarters only. Unit best suited for 2 guests.

The only negative thing I can say is the sliding glass door is very hard to open/close. Otherwise, beautiful views, clean condo, great location. Perfect for a couples vacation!

Overall we had a great experience here! Check in was easy. the place was very clean, and we had everything we needed. Hard to beat the oceanside view and the short walk to the beach and coligny Plaza. would definitely stay again!

We loved staying here! It was the perfect size for two people and the location was great. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the bed was uncomfortable and needs to be replaced.

We love the spot and it had so many positives. My only question is that it’s listed as a “penthouse”. I realize that used to mean the top floor property, but when you read “penthouse” you expect an extremely high end property. The a/c is in the living room far from the bedroom so the bedroom was very warm. We bought fans at Walmart to compensate. The bathroom had duct tape holding a cabinet shut, an inexpensive shower curtain, and a rod that looked like it was from a kids camp. We loved it, we enjoyed it, but it really wasn’t a “penthouse” in our estimation.

Great views of the beach from the balcony and inside the unit. You can semi see the sunrise from the balcony at this time of year, but for full spectacular view highly recommend walking down to the beach. Bed very comfortable, living area furniture not so much, but ok. Bathroom adequate but could definitely use an update. AC worked great (is not central though, definitely fine for most as is, but we always bring a small fan to circulate the air to the sleeping area at night). 100% walkable to the many restaurants / shops at Coligny plaza. (It is a 12 - 15 minute walk, but you are mostly in the shade, and way better and actually faster than trying to find a parking spot at Coligny). Would definitely stay here again, perfect for a couple.

Great place for a budget friendly place. Location and view were amazing! Very comfortable and very clean. There’s only one small mirror in the entire place and that was annoying but we made do. The sliding door is very hard to open. Overall we were happy and had a great time.

We couldn’t have picked a better place to celebrate our anniversary! The condo was perfect for a couple. The view was beautiful. The walk to the beach is easy. It comes with all you need to enjoy a great beach day. The welcome book is filled with helpful and important information! We’ve stayed at Hilton Head for years and this was by far our favorite place!

My girlfriend and I enjoyed a week stay with Carolina Coast, and it was very relaxing and peaceful. We had an ocean view room & watching the sunset from the balcony (or on the beach) was beautiful. There was plenty to do & Savannah GA is a short drive away as well. We would recommend this airbnb to anyone looking for a nice getaway!

We enjoyed our stay at this villa. It was clean and fresh upon arrival. The bed was comfortable but the living and dining room furniture were not. They were new and stylish, but like most Home Goods/Wayfair furniture, a bit stiff and hard. We would have liked more towels for an 8 night stay, but we made it work. All in all, it was fine, but a bit high priced in comparison to other villas.
