Palmetto Dunes is a great area to stay. It is close to a lot of restaurants and the grounds are beautiful and well maintained.

This house was fantastic! I love how close it is to the beach and how close it is to the grocery store. The house is very well maintained and has most supplies that you need in the kitchen. We had a great stay and we’d love to come back.

The property was beautiful and immediately love the bright whiteness of the kitchen. The hardwood floors were an added bonus, and my favorite was the desk & the very comfortable chair in the downstairs bedroom, which allowed me to do desk work, make up, computer work. Very comfortable! Loved that there was an extra chair in the closet in which to rest. Loved bright spotlights in the bedroom to illuminate the corner, which otherwise could’ve been dark.

Nice stay in Palmetto Dunes - weather was great; unit was very quiet; easy to ride bikes to beach; wagon in outside closet very helpful when unloading car. Also, Dunes House is a great place to grab a quick dinner. Only issue was the floors inside and outside on porches need to be mopped.

We had a wonderful vacation. the villa is conveniently located inside palmetto dunes which gives you easy access to everything on the island.the villa has everything you need for a great vacation.

This condo was perfect for our family. It was in such a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood. The bike shop was a short walk to rent bikes for the week (or they will deliver to the condo) condo was close to everything and we could bike everywhere. Condo was clean and spacious.

I couldn’t tell from the listing that it was a 2nd floor, so dragging all our belongings up lots of steps was not expected. Also, I HATE bifold doors & they were all over this place! Otherwise, well stocked & about what I expected

St Andrews Common at Palmetto Dunes is a great place to stay. The community is very quiet. There is lots to do inside of the community and going outside the community offers everything you can think of that you would like to do. The location is great! The condo that we rented at St Andrews common was exactly as described in the description. The rental was clean and well equipped. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone! thanks for a great visit!

Beautiful place to stay in palmetto dunes! We really enjoyed the community pool and how close we were to everything. It was so nice having beach chairs and a wagon available as well. Condo was so pretty and had a cozy beachy feel which we loved! We are excited to book a trip here again soon!

Great location. A good 15-20 minute walk to beach. Beautiful area and close to shopping and restaurants. Pictures of unit are pretty much accurate.

We had a wonderful time. The unit was good for our family, although a bit snug for a family of 5 (adult-size). The cleanliness was generally good, although we couldn’t use the pull-out couch bc it was filthy. Grateful for AC bc it was unseasonably humid (“miserable” according to weatherman!). Having the laundry in the unit was clutch — we put that to good use from all the beach sand. Highly recommend renting bikes to get around the island — look around for bike rental companies. The one on property had bad customer service and had no availability… but plenty of companies on the island to rent from and some even give discounts to other excursions.
