Stayed with 3 other couples for a destination wedding in Sea Pines. Great location! Plenty of space for 4 adult couples.

Great week in Hilton Head. Everything was great except the full size bed in the upstairs bedroom was not in great shape. Very comfortable. Otherwise it was very homey and fit our needs of 4 adults and 3 kids.

The house is very comfortable and large. The house is very well equipped and clean. The only downside for us was that the air conditioning didn't work properly. We were very hot. Thank you,

Very nice place with plenty of room for our group. We loved the pool. Fairly close to the beach (10 minute walk). Overall excellent stay!

The home is in a great location with a private pool and easily walkable to the beach. The 3 upstairs bedrooms are good and can easily accommodate a group however the second suite is located off of the garage and is fully separate from the other space. There’s a dark unfinished staircase leading to that room. It was a bit awkward for a 2 family group with kids upstairs and one couple being very separated from them. Might not be an issue with older kids, but it was a struggle with younger kids. Also the tvs in 2 of the bedrooms never did connect to WiFi and never worked despite trying many times. And the tv in the upstairs bedroom kept disconnecting from WIFI and kicking off. We did reach out, but never got a reply about it. All in all-I would still recommend this place because it really was a great location and had all of the items we needed to make a beach trip successful. Hopefully they can just get the WiFi figured out.

Great location! Such a pleasant short walk to the beach. The pool was awesome as well as the beach supplies. The beach wagon was very helpful

We had an incredible time in Hilton Head and a huge reason was the amazing house that we stayed in. My family was very comfortable and able to feel right at home upon checking in. It was a short walk to the beach and a short drive to many restaurants and shops. We hosted a private chef while there and the kitchen was able to accommodate perfectly. Highly recommend this house if you are coming to Hilton Head with your family!

The house was enjoyable and as listed. The rooms were spacious and allowed for us all to have our own space. The pool was nice to come back to between going to the beach, with plenty of chairs for us all to use. They also provided plenty of beach chairs to borrow, along with towels, some beach toys, and a wagon to transport the equipment to the beach. We arrived a little early and the property manager was very accommodating to let us access the house early since it was already cleaned for us. There were some palomino bugs but were as expected for the location in the Carolina’s. Overall it was a nice house and location. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

Great location & clean house! The path to the beach was about a 7 minute walk but had a ton of mosquitoes so bring bug spray. The beach towels provided were very handy but small so bring your own for laying down on the beach. The AC was excellent considering the heat outside. All of the TVs were smart TVs great for streaming at night. Having a pool was awesome and we used it daily. My suggestion would be to have some lights outside for night swimming.

We visited with 8 people including my in-laws, teens & a friend each. Everyone had their own space & the family room/kitchen were great for game nights & working on a puzzle together. The walk to the beach was super convenient. The pool, in late July, was perfect, not chilly but still refreshing! Tons of beach chairs, toys, umbrellas, pool floats and the wagon!

This home was perfect for our family, which ranges from 4 months to 60 yeas old... great location, close to beach for families with small kids... Really enjoyed the house's different bedroom set-up/layout...just worked well for us all the way around...

This was the perfect house for my family and I in Hilton Head. The house is situated in a great location. It is located one block away for the beach so we were able to do a short 5-7 min walk with the kids. Restaurants/ bars/shopping were about 10-15 min drive. The house itself was in great condition. The kitchen/dining/living spaces were all open enough for 10 people to sit comfortably. The bedrooms were also very spacious with clean bathrooms. I would highly recommend this location and will definitely stay here the next time I'm in town.
