Walk to Beach Private Pool Pet Friendly

Place was everything we could have hoped for! We were in town for a wedding and the sleeping arrangements were perfect for my family along with their small kids. The bike trail and nearby beach were great to take advantage of each day and would be happy to stay again in the future!

Amazing stay. Would absolutely book a vacation here again! Clean, convenient, accommodating! The place has everything you need, and more! The beach wagon wound up being our favorite item that we didn’t even realize we would need and rely on so much. Highly recommend.

The house was great and we really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for our group of 7. The pool was a little small but the beach access is very close . Approx 900 steps and about a 5 minute walk. The beach itself was beautiful and not crowded. The house is close to shopping so that’s very convenient.

Beautiful home just a 5 minute (shaded and beautiful) walk to the beach. We appreciated the comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, private pool, and kind attentive hosts. We will definitely visit again! Thank you Carolina Coast for a memorable week!

We were on a girls’ getaway and didn’t like our first vrbo - not affiliated with Carolina Coast Vacations. We called around and luckily made contact with Jackie from Carolina Coast Vacations- who called in a cleaning crew on a Sunday- and got us into this house the same day ! Sparkling clean, roomy, everyone had their own private suite. Multiple verandas .. and best of all? Our own pool ! Lots of nice little thoughtful touches in the property. Highly recommend!

Nice touch to provide beach equipment and towels, pack and play. Serious HVAC issues. Upstairs (3rd floor) BR always cold, downstairs hot, noisy equipment, condensation at vents. Appears to be considerable black mold in 3rd floor bathroom. Cutting boards and non-stick pans peeling and need to be replaced. Blinds in living area broken or stuck. Upstairs grill on deck needs cleaned and maintenance. (Did not use)

this house is just okay. The way the house is advertised makes it look bigger than it actually is. The house is way overpriced for what you get.

Exceeded expectations. I read some of the prior reviews and was concerned about some of the comments. Obviously the management read the comments and addressed them ALL! We had 2 infants and 8 adults ages 28-65. The place had EVERYTHING one needs for a location within walking distance of the beach. The place was very clean and included all you need in a kitchen (utensils, appliances, coffee makers, blender, pots, pans, dishes, etc. ). A pool, BBQ outdoor furniture and kiddie toys for pool in yard. Tvs in every room, plenty of seating in kitchen, dining room and kitchen. I would stay here again without any hesitation!

Pros - Home was in a perfect location. Great size and had everything we needed. When we had an issue with the air conditioning (would not turn off) they sent someone out immediately to take care of it. Cons- Home need attention. Carpets are stained, walls and doors need a good cleaning. Pool gets dirty easily due to trees on the property, but there was a pool service that showed up during our stay. Overall we were happy with our stay.

Location was perfect and place was designed for a large group. Pool was dirty upon arrival and appeared to have a problem with filter because even after evening cleaning, pool was very dirty the next morning and we were unable to use the pool anytime during our trip. Little black spiders were in 2 of the 3 beds in the top floor, making 1 room & 2 beds unusable. 2 in our group got spider bites. Shower was broken and not usable in 1 bathroom. Beach chairs were old & not comfortable. Told placed was stocked with essentials but had no tissues, salt/pepper, oil, only 1 day coffee, etc. Still waiting to hear back from Mgmt. company on resolution for our issues with property.

Property fit our family well. Kitchen/living area was open while bedrooms were separated to allow for privacy. Private pool was great and adequate parking for 3 vehicles. Beach chairs, umbrellas, wagon all furnished. House was comfortable and suited our families needs.

Everything was perfect. The pool was hard to keep clean due to all the pollen. The house was located in a little circle of houses on Myrtle Lane. They were all very close together, so not much privacy if outside. Other than that, everything was great. It was a very nice, comfortable stay.

The listing did not accurately describe the property. There was a bed/bath located in the back of the garage. The property needs a good cleaning. We had to empty and wash all of the silverware and several pieces of the dishware as they were dirty (caked with food). The owner had to come Thanksgiving morning to sweep down cobwebs in the garage (remember, there was a bedroom there) but my daughter-in-law had already vacuumed up cobwebs and dead roaches in that area when they arrived. The towels and facecloths were all old, hard and dingy. Finally, a roach found its way into my grandson's crib at 1 a.m. and bite him!

The house was enjoyable and as listed. The rooms were spacious and allowed for us all to have our own space. The pool was nice to come back to between going to the beach, with plenty of chairs for us all to use. They also provided plenty of beach chairs to borrow, along with towels, some beach toys, and a wagon to transport the equipment to the beach. We arrived a little early and the property manager was very accommodating to let us access the house early since it was already cleaned for us. There were some palomino bugs but were as expected for the location in the Carolina’s. Overall it was a nice house and location. We enjoyed our stay and would return.
