The location was excellent, close to beach, shops, family and resturants. Thought the carpet could have been cleaner or replaced and the ice machine needs some attention. Would stay there again

Noisy every single morning: no sleeping past 7 am for 2 weeks of vacation. Rugs were so worn & dirty. The unit was not well maintained. There were more steps than indicated in the description.

Villa was as advertised and very comfortable. Welcome package of kitchen necessities etc. very nice. Shops at Cologne easily to reach on foot, along with many restaurants. Beach was about a 3 - 5 minute walk with an easy access trail. Company was very responsive to any small requests etc. overall a very good stay and a place where I would gladly return.

Loved our rental. Loved the distance to the beach! Had trouble communicating with the rental company. Upon arrival our door didn't lock and it took 48 hours of communication in addition to them not "understanding" the problem before it was fixed. Other than the communication issue we really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful, quiet, roomy, close to beach and restaurants, and complimentary items such as: salt & pepper, coffee filter, trash bags, and use of beach towels along with beach cart and chairs

Everything was great for the most part. The location, it's very clean, plenty of room. The water/pond between the buildings is beautiful. We enjoyed the scenery and wildlife. The few things we had issues with were: only 1 wash cloth per person (5 people) for 5 days. We worked around it by doing a load of laundry every day. The bed in the master bedroom is not comfortable at all, unless you like a very firm to hard mattress. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay.

The condo had all the amenities as listed and described and was clean. It wasn’t quite as close to the beach as we thought, but was convenient to many other activities and places to eat.

We enjoyed our stay here. Well appointed. Quiet unit. Both bedrooms have attached bath. Also half bath on main level. Great location. Walking distance to beach and great coffee shop plus many restaurants. Also a good park nearby.

Great location! It's within walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. The condo was very comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything that you could need. Great stay and value!

If you’re looking for a place close to the beach and Coligny Plaza, this is it. 5 minutes to the beach. 5 minutes to the Coligny Plaza. Close to every thing you need!

Host was super responsive, even letting us know that the rental was available early. They were also flexible with check out which was awesome when Hurricane Helene visited! We loved HHI!

We had such a great time! We loved that we were within walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants, etc. and it was an easy walk. It was very clean and comfortable. The pool was also very clean and well kept, we also liked that it was private to our set of condos. Highly recommend!

It was our first time visiting Hilton Head Island & we loved it! We enjoyed the beautiful area & we were able to walk to the nearby Children’s Museum & playground! We loved the pool & we were impressed by all the wildlife we saw! Overall, it was a great place to stay, close to a lot of places/activities, & we would highly recommend!

We had a very good trip. We anticipated the beach being closer than it was but the Coligny public beach access with free parking was available so we utilized that. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

Unit is on the second floor so be prepared to walk up steps that are narrow. Carpets are really worn down, and bathroom tubs are really old and not in good shape. The location was the best part. Internet was off and on and we had to reset the router every day.

Nice house but not end of terrace as on the pictures. Most of the apt was ok but kitchen floor needed cleaning. It was kind to put some coffee and detergent in the house. We did not discover the bikes until our morning of departure. Would have been good to know earlier. The pool was closed because of maintenance - a pity. All in all a good place to spend some quiet days.

Great location! We could walk or bike to everywhere! Two bikes were in the storage closet for us to use saving us from having to rent bikes. The agency was super response with a minor concern. Which is always appreciated. Would definitely stay there again!
