We enjoyed our stay here. Well appointed. Quiet unit. Both bedrooms have attached bath. Also half bath on main level. Great location. Walking distance to beach and great coffee shop plus many restaurants. Also a good park nearby.

Our stay at 107 Springwood Villas was great. The place was spacious, clean, well stocked with amenities and was just what we were looking for. The complex was very quiet and was a great place to come back to after a day out exploring. The unit is in a perfect location - we hardly needed to do any driving once there as everything we wanted to do was so close by. The unit has everything you need already stocked - the kitchen has a full supply of cooking pots / pans / utensils and appliances. We were happy to find a few beach chairs already supplied as well. Overall a wonderful stay and we hope to be back soon!

It was good. Loved it! The toilet paper was horrible. The shower curtain in the master fell down, needs a permanent one.

Great location to shops, restaurants, beach, and park! All within a short walking distance. A little feedback, the key to our sliding glass door was broken on arrival (you need to exit the condo via sliding doors and go down spiral steps to get to the pool area). If you can't lock the sliding door and your whole family is at the pool, then your condo is left unlocked. This problem was not rectified the entire time we were on vacation (8 nights). Management was aware of the problem - an attempt was made to fix it, but problem was not fully fixed during our stay. It was nice to have 2.5 bathrooms. A bathroom was ensuite in both master and guest rooms w/ half bath on lower level. The furniture on main level was comfortable, but mattresses were mediocre. It was clean on arrival, but carpeting was stained and appeared dirty (berber carpet). The entire condo complex was beautiful and the grounds were maintained very well. We would stay in this location again, but would likely look to other vacancies within the complex.

The place was well cleaned and the rooms spacious. Everyone loved the pool and the beautiful grounds with all the turtles. A nice playground close by was a definite hit with the younger kiddos. Lots of dining options within walking distance. The beach towels and toys were a nice surprise, saved us a bunch of money. Upper floor location also means no bugs trying to crawl in.

The condo unit is an older well kept building and unit. During record high heat, HVAC kept us very cool and comfortable without problems. All basic amenities were available and covered our needs. Everything is as pictured and the cleaning ladies are great! We will stay again and recommend this unit for your next week or weekend stay in HHI Forest Beach/Coligny area

Great stay and location. Short distance to the beach and local restaurants and activities. Could have been cleaned a bit more quite bit of hair in bathrooms and dust in rooms. Other than cleanliness the villa, location and stay was great Thanks for having us!

Unit is on the second floor so be prepared to walk up steps that are narrow. Carpets are really worn down, and bathroom tubs are really old and not in good shape. The location was the best part. Internet was off and on and we had to reset the router every day.

The location was excellent, close to beach, shops, family and resturants. Thought the carpet could have been cleaner or replaced and the ice machine needs some attention. Would stay there again
